I had this company to come out today which Emerson showed up and found that I had an airflow problem. This was the third company I’ve had to come out and the only one to find out that I had an air flow issue which was not a $7500 job nor did I need a replacement unit…as the other stated. I love the fact that Emerson was very honest open and never did I hear him double talking. I will use this company to fix my problem and give another update. CE HVAC Docs did a fantastic job with removing my old ac unit and furnace and replacing with brand new systems. Even when there was an issue with one of the parts in the system, CE HVAC Docs was very responsive and came out quickly and got the part replaced! I have had a great experience with this company. When I contacted them they got back to me quickly. I didnt have to wait weeks for them to sqeeze me into a schedule. Everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable about the job at hand and were comfortable with explaining what was going on each step of the way. They stayed after the work was done to ensure everything was done correctly, working properly, and that the job site was clean. The price was very affordable. It wasn't too high so it made you feel ripped off but it wasn't so low that you question the quality of work either. The customer service is incredible. I will definitely use them for any future HVAC issues.
