Heat pump was layered in ice. Hats off came out first thing the next day and took good care of us. Couldn't be happier.

I called Hats Off because I had an issue with the company my home warranty sent for my geothermal unit. Bo came out the same day to look at my unit and come up with a game plan. He was able to fix my unit and get me back up and running with cool air!!! Bo was AWESOME! He explained everything so I understood what needed to be done and even how things worked. Will call them before calling my home warranty if I need help in the future!

Hats Off was able to come fix my AC the same day in less than an hour. Ryan, the technician, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend this company to anyone. Plus they offer a discount if you’re military with a valid ID!

The techs were good...knew what they were doin. However, the company is not forthcoming with their pricing. Refused to provide a breakdown of their pricing. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE ELSE OR EVER USED THEM AGAIN.

The young man (Evan) that came out to my house to do a maintenance check & work on both of my air conditioning/gas heating units was an extremely nice & polite young man. From what I could tell, he seemed to be knowledgeable & very thorough in all the work that he did.
I’ve known the owner of Hat’s Off for quite a long time. He repaired my fathers central air conditioning when two other companies couldn’t figure out what was causing the air conditioner from not working properly.
I’ve always liked Hat’s Off Heating and Cooling and would highly recommend them. They’re a company that takes pride in their work.

Answered my call. Showed up next morning. Laser measured interior. Calculated best match heat/AC. Removal/ Install Team showed up on the scheduled date on time. Layed down carpet protection. Completed project in about 6 hours. Blake and his Team did an excellent job. Thanks.

The BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Extremely knowledgeable and Bo takes out his valuable time to explain the process and provides tons of photos. Emily takes care of the clients like they are her close friends. She keeps the client updated and works to solve challenging issues, especially with scheduling. I hardly ever write recommendations; however, I did not hesitate to give Hats Off Heating & A/C a SUPERIOR 10☆ review!

Tim showed up directly on time. Was courteous. Told me what he was sent to do & listened to what I experienced with the unit. Tim set about his tasks, sticking to it fir nearly 4 hrs., fixing what he could then informed me he'd have to order major warranty - covered parts. He even vacuumed the hall & staircase. Was very efficient & kind.

Process continued to be great thru quoting and purchasing, working with us to provide plenty of options and equipment to fit and perform best for our needs and home!
Installation was beautifully executed Kyle and Bo are A1 when it comes to knowledge and quality of work! They even went above and beyond their scope of work cleaning up mess left behind from previous companies. Kept areas clear and clean and used booties and drop sheets in the house.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but my experience was very disappointing and left me feeling taken advantage of. I requested a quote because I found mold in my child’s mini split unit and needed it cleaned. I was very specific on the phone and was quoted $109.

When the technician arrived and began cleaning, he told me the blower motor was not included. In every other mini split cleaning I’ve had done, the blower motor has always been included as a standard part of the job, so I never thought to ask if it would cost extra. The price suddenly jumped from $109 to $434.

The blower motor added no more than 30 minutes of work, so I was shocked by the $300 increase. An additional $50-$75 would have been understandable, even if still frustrating, but a jump of this size felt unreasonable. I went forward only because the unit was in my child’s room and I didn’t want to wait for another company.

Evan did a great job on the inspection of my HVAC system. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Hats off to Evan!!

Tim did a fantastic job installing my new thermostat. He was on time and proficient. My new thermostat works great!

My Mom's HVAC broke. Bo Juel and his co-workers came out the same day to place a window until in her house until the new system could be installed. We had a few options of HVAC units to go with and they guided us on what fits best for her house and our budget. The new system was completely installed within a couple of days. I can't thank them enough for their attention to detail and professionalism.

Hats Off was able to schedule me a same day appointment when I told them the situation I was having with my AC unit. My unit went out at night, I called in the morning and it was fixed before I went to bed the next day.

My technician, Evan was very knowledgeable he fixed my issue and explained the fix well. He also did a full system inspection and recommended some options but he did not pressure me to purchase additional services.

I want to personally note Hats Off is a great company who understands the needs of its clients, and has great customer service. Providing honest evaluations and great options in a HVAC crisis is a big deal. Kudos to Bo and crew for running a great company! We look forward to working with them for years to come.

Tim with Hats Off came out same day and was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to get my system up and running while also helping me understand what happened. He provided solutions to ensure the AC didn't go out again and overall did a very good job. Their dispatch kept me up to take on the arrival of the tech and the entire experience with Hats Off was excellent.

This group is everything I could hope for in a mechanical maintenance team. They are thorough, professional, reasonably priced, and they ably troubleshoot system issues.

I called on them to repair a different system and they carried the same extraordinary level of service for a fair price. So glad to know them. Ryan found a tiny leak and repaired it in a short time. Way to go… Again!

I asked them to replace my combi tankless water heater to replace the old Noritz brand with a more well known brand and to reconfigure the piping. The results were a clean functional system and I’m very pleased with the results. I’m adding a photo of the combi system.

They fixed a mini split head that was leaking condensate. They took it apart, unclogged the drain opening, reassembled, and now it’s all fixed. No fuss. In and out. These guys are so good, friendly, and courteous.

Just had a technician come out and we were super impressed! Evan was efficient, showed my husband things he found and corrected on the spot from previous HVAC companies. Provided before and after photos. Super glad we became members. Looking forward to keep working with them!

Called for information on a new water heater. Bo came within two days and talked us through our tank versus tankless options. He was very upfront about each systems pros and cons, including price. Ultimately, Blake installed our new tank a few days later. He was professional, timely, and made sure everything was properly functioning before talking us through the system and heading out. Great company to work with, highly recommend!!

After a few less than great experiences with a couple of other companies, Ryan from Hats Off swooped in to save the day. He serviced our geothermal pump and was able to offer a repair solution that saved us a lot of money and extended the life of our very old system. He was very knowledgable, left our unit in better shape than he found it, and kept us informed throughout.

We signed up for a yearly maintenance plan and they won our business for life based on the interaction. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and helpful. Thanks again!
