We previously had a 2 ton unit and it stopped working. We called and got an estimate and he gave us an amazing price for a 3 ton plus installation. Very professional and got the job done in 1 day!! A.c. had worked all summer beautifully and ready to being on winter! Would recommend to any and everyone!

Couldn’t get anyone to come out and install my new AC’s they all kept telling me my Home Owner Warranty will not approve. I was advised and got it approved. They were on time and very professional answered all our questions. The techs were very knowledgeable and provided us with all of the necessary maintenance information. They weren’t just trying to get us to purchase a unit out of pocket. I will recommend 100% if needed.

We had one of the "major companies" give us a quote this past Monday when our heat pump died. $15,000. Then we called HVAC Docs, and they came and did a more thorough inspection, explained the issue, quoted less than half of the other company! They also gave us a window unit to get us through.(our bedroom temp 83). Never had any company go above and beyond like these guys! They came Wednesday morning, replaced the unit, replaced the exchange unit, and did some "tweaks" to help everything run more efficiently. Communication with Carlos and Emerson was outstanding. They were knowledgeable, patient, respectful of our dogs, our property, and us. Left everything clean. We would give them more than 5 stars if we could!!!

These men were amazing!!! They were prompt, professional, respectful of our property, as well as us.
They were extremely knowledgeable and empathetic. Our bedroom temp was 85 , so they brought us a window ac to get us through until they could get there in 2 days. We had another company with a big name give us a quote and this company was 1/2 of that! We have been recommending them every chance we get!

I encountered a short cycle on the house AC unit, and the AC stopped working over the weekend. I called C.E HVAC Docs first thing on Monday AM, and I described the issues to Carlos. He and his brother showed up at the house within an hour on their way to the first job and took time assessing and diagnosing the problem. He then called me to explain of the possible issues and options. He also checked the unit model, SN, and cited that the unit is still under warranty, so if a replacement is required, then it will be covered. To my enlightenen is that most of companies do not mention this info unless the owner brings it upfront, and that alone showed me of their honesty and caring for their customers. Due to an extended time is required to perform the leakage detection and their fully booked schedule, they have to come back 2 days later. Carlos and his brother returned promptly first thing on Wednesday and performed the work. No leaks were found, filled up the freon and even fixed an air vent feeding one room that came loose under the crawl space. He thoroughly explained the process that was performed, what may have caused the leak, the next steps, etc. It almost a month for the come back to check on the freon level and to determine if the leakage may occur somewhere hidden in the inside unit. So far, the house temp and the unit work as expected. Overall, I am extremely happy with the professionalism, services, honesty, and especially the price. I highly recommend C.E HVACS Docs to VA Beach community.

My AC just stopped working one day so I checked things that I thought could cause it but nothing worked. I had contracted C.E Hvac Docs once before for a different issue and both times I called they were very professional. They were able to work around my work schedule and when performing the work, everything was explained to me so I knew exactly what they were doing.
I'm not sure of the cost of other AC repair companies, but C.E Hvac Docs have fair pricing for personalized service. Will recommend them to anyone having AC issues.

My nephew (who is a very technical person) used CE HVAC Docs 4 years ago and recommended them. It is a great company. Carlos (the owner) takes time to answer any questions regarding the technical aspects of the system. All members of his team (electrician, installers arrived on time, did a complete replacement/install of the HVAC, moved the new air handler to a more accessible direction, installed floorboards in the attic, removed the outdoor unit and completely cleaned up everything when they were done. Again, great job. You will be completely pleased hiring them!

The 5 star ratings are truly deserved here. Contacted CE based on a referral from a roofing contractor after another local vendor (with very high Google & Yelp ratings) left me sitting in a 55 degree house after trying to sell me on an expensive new system. Carlos was responsive, and he and his team were courteous and performed a clean install. They gave the option to get my old system working the day they arrived or to install a new system for a very reasonable price without a hard sell. I work in the shipping business with refrigeration equipment and the brand of the new handler & condenser is one we prefer to use, so the quality of the equipment is solid. Would use again and recommend.

I was in need of HVAC service duct ventilation replacement…and I was referred to CE HVAC DOCS. When I called the office I was greeted by the receptionist/office manager and an appointment was scheduled for the very next day…the vibe I got was that these guys are really in the business of providing honest fair and affordable service….a quote was made and a proposal was sent….the team arrived and I must say everything and everyone were engaged and knew there role… very respectful knowledgeable and professional…I recommend this business to anyone in need of HVAC services….1st time Quality, excellent customer service/care, professional team of technicians…integrity….Family oriented business just overall Good people!!!!…

It’s unbelievable the AC unit installment they performed to my house. I had an old AC unit using gas to heat the house. I decided to change all old appliances and AC that were part of gas to convert all to just electrical. I was referred to them by a Mechanic guy that I used all the time to fix my vehicle. I was talking to him about me needing to replace the AC and the quotes that I received from other companies. He told me don’t settle down yet, call C.E HVAC Docs. I am glad that I did.
From the first day they came in to take a look at what needs to be done, I was already convinced they are the one to do the replacement for me. I don’t usually write reviews about service rendered, but when I find true professional, I feel obligated to share and let other people know about it. The best deal with them, they are not greedy like other companies for every little other thing they want to charge you some extra money. The house was just renovated and I closed some vents in the house by putting tiles. They cut tiles in two different locations to add vents so they whole house can be heated or cool. They could’ve decided to add a fee for that. Besides that, they finished the job before the estimated time given by bringing more people to do work. After the job was completed, Emerson waited for me to guide me on how to use the new unit.
It was a great experience and I would recommend anyone who need AC or heat service to contact them. You won’t be disappointed. I am extremely happy. I spoke to my Mechanic who recommended them to me to tell him my experience as well.

I highly recommend CE Hvac Docs! They were very efficient, trustworthy, professional and friendly! Our AC issue started last August ( 2023) and when they came to do an estimate, they did an adjustment that fortunately got us through the summer and we really appreciated it. When we were able to replace the unit we knew exactly who we trusted to do the work and we weren't disappointed. CE Hvac Docs thank you!

Great service! Super friendly on the phone, didn’t try to upsell me on any services, were absolutely sweet to my toddlers who wanted to watch them work! Couldn’t ask for better men. Worked fast too which was a plus!

I was given their information through a coworker and let me tell you… super nice, professional, for me as soon as possible for a tune up and coil cleaning. Price was VERY fair. I also have the crew coming back out today. My AC is not working and it’s not even 2 years old. I was supposed to have the original company who installed my unit come out but I have it received an update since they told me they would try and squeeze me in. I have C.E coming out tonight. Again, they go above and beyond. It is hard to find a good company, but they are amazing.

I have been dealing with hvac companies and techs for twenty years as I manage rental properties. This company is the best in my experience. Very professional and very reasonable prices. The city inspector was also impressed by their quality of work. I highly recommend this company.

My 29 year old oil heater broke and our 14 year old hot water heater was also due for replacement. We contacted CE HVAC Docs to do the job and they were professional, inexpensive, reliable and had excellent communication! We had our oil heater converted to electric heat and the hot water heater was replaced as well. I highly recommend this company! I was originally going to go with Millers Heating & Airconditioning but they were way overpriced. My neighbor told me about CE HVAC Docs and I couldn’t be any happier! Thank you!

My system was struggling to keep up, they came in and determined my ductwork was the issue. They showed me all the problem areas, and a few other things the that would help airflow in my home.

In just two days they ripped out my old ductwork, and replaced it with larger supply and return lines, all new flex lines, framed and replaced several vents. They lifted all the lines off the attic floor, so it looks much nicer and way more room for storage! I highly recommend this guys, very knowledgeable and professional!! Amazing work!

Excellent work. I have had an ongoing ductwork issue that I had multiple technicians from various companies look at with no solution or extreme price tags attached. Emerson and C.E HVAC was able to solve that issue and diagnose my system for a sensor issue as well. Its been a cold winter so I am very thankful.
