I called last Thursday, and Lucas arrived within 30 minutes. He was incredibly thorough and super friendly. He arrived back Monday to repair what had been found. I will definitely use them for my HVAC needs in the future.

I didn't have a great experience with Rescue. First, the technician (Lucas) was late arriving. Then he told me what he found as being the problem when we went to the outside unit. He told me that he was going to have to take the top off to throughly clean the dirty coils. This did not happen, Lucas only sprayed solution thru the unit and brushed the coils with a brush. I was looking at him from my deck. See picture below. The cost for that was $360, I could have done that myself. The part that was replaced was also $360- I'm sure that little part didn't cost that much. I asked him to check the freon level before he got started but he waited until afterwards and showed me the results with faulty equipment (he said the equipment wasn't in the best shape) and wanted to charge $500 more dollars to add some. I felt like I had been mechanically raped by this time. Then when Joseph (field supervisor) came I really had heard enough with the quote I received from him for a new unit.

I had an excellent experience with Rescue Air From the moment I called for service, their customer support team was friendly, professional, and quick to schedule an appointment. The technician arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue and provided a few different options for repair, which I really appreciated. The repair was completed quickly, and everything is working perfectly now. The pricing was fair, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend Rescue Air for anyone in need of HVAC services!

I got home from work today and my AC was blowing hot air. I called Joseph Moss at Rescue air and I had a tech here in 45 minutes! Reliable and affordable! I’ve used this company before and will use them again! As a kindergarten teacher, money is always forefront in my mind. They are honest and professional and you pay for the great work they do and that’s worth it to me!

Jordan came out after two other companies came out with the wrong part and couldn’t fix the issue and Jordan had my unit fixed quickly with no issues.

Rich was very pleasant and gave me a comfortable feeling when he was in my house. When he cane back he was very helpful and gave me comfort level.

Mike even took the time to share helpful maintenance tips, and you could tell they weren’t there to gouge us or push unnecessary upsells. Just honest, dependable service. I have been dealing with Rescue Air for over a year now initially through my warranty company but now directly. The warranty company screwed me out of coverage but rescue air helped with making sure I didn't get over charged unnecessarily. The team that has come out every time has been respectful, helpful and did a great job. When my heat wasn't heating our downstairs I called and someone was able to come out the same day and fixed the issue to get us back up and running before the big snow storm. Yesterday my AC would not turn on. I called on a Saturday and Joseph was able to come out same day to get us back in action. He let me know when he would be here and even called to let me know before he got here. He was patient with our mistake causing the issue and he fixed it for us no problem. I appreciate Rescue Air putting their customers satisfaction above all else. They do not nickle and dime you. They truly just want to get the job done. Thank you Joseph and team! We will certainly be sure to call Rescue Air for any of our future needs.

Mike was knowledgeable, charismatic, and funny! I appreciate him explaining everything in depth about my husband and I a/c units. Mike was informative and fair 👏 The prices for his service were good, and I highly recommend trying them out.

Over the course of the year I called Rescue Air and had it diagnosed that I needed a compressor repair in order to fix my issue of not having cool air. After scheduling the repair the technician didn’t flush the lines properly for the outside unit and it continued to cause problems. The technician left outside for a couple of minutes and came back with the conclusion to just replace the whole HVAC system which would cost me more. It’s been at least a month and I was left without a fix or no update from the technician or company.

Sounds like I have had the same great experience as others. I am not surprised. Joseph was the fourth contractor assigned by my home warranty because he was the only one that I didn’t have to wait two weeks for. (And having dealt with two of the other companies the summer before, I would not have let them come even if they could that day!) So, originally, I was just happy someone could get there quickly. I was efficient, easy to deal with, and so on top of dealing with AHS (home warranty). He had the unit ordered immediately and was able to install within a day of it arriving. But even more importantly, I could reach him when I called, he explained everything clearly, and he checked in when part arrivals changed. I will definitely request him again! Thanks Joseph!

The best experience and company I’ve ever dealt with. They replaced three AC units at our church and installed them with excellence. Michael Riggs and his crew did a phenomenal job and did it in the time they said they would. I couldn’t be more happy with the results and the company !!!
