Edward is solid. Very knowledgeable. Quick service. Most of all answers every call. He saved me from paying $1500 to Topline Heating and cooling and fixed my problem for just $95 dollar. He is honest and does not over charge like a lot of AC/Heat companies out there. There are a lot of AC/Heat crooks out there and this company is NOT one of them.

The real deal! Al was extremely prompt, polite, and professional. He identified our issue within five minutes and had the right part on his truck to finish a total repair in less than 20 minutes. We were highly impressed with the work and the fair labor fees. I actually would have been happy to pay more for this service. Keep up the great work!! 😁

Galatic was the third company we called when our air condition wasn’t working. We have had some poor interactions with other HVAC companies in the area previously but were relieved that Rob was able to fit us into his already busy schedule. He listened to all of my concerns and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and efficiently getting our air conditioning back up and running. He also did a bit of preventative maintenance to fix our slightly bent air handing unit’s drain to prevent the same issue from happening again in the future. Rob explained all of the costs associated in the repair and felt we paid a very fair price especially since he fit us in same day going into the holiday weekend. We appreciated his professionalism, thoroughness, and never mailed us feel awkward.

The Galactic team is wonderful! I’ve had them come out to our home for the past few years to do maintenance and checks on our unit. Every time they come out, they have been very nice and professional. They’re always on time too. The company I work for uses them for commercial work as well and they do a fantastic job. I called and explained my AC was out and withing 1 hr. a friendly, knowledgeable worker showed up at my door. Had the AC running in less than an hour. Did not over charge and was very good about explaining everything he was doing. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing AC repair.

Very challenging system hi- tech these guys are aces inmybook. 37 year federal contractor and done everything from chiller/boiler to air to air - take my word - you won't be disappointed. Installed Mitsubishi Trane high performance system and these guys are it in the 757

Galactic Technician, Wyatt, was very professional, efficiently diagnosed the heating unit issue, was very knowledgeable, replaced the necessary component, checked for leaks, and cleaned the area. He had explained what he was doing during the service call. He used shoe coverings in the house, wood floors, without even asking. They also support the military and emergency responders, thank you. There was no sales pitch, strictly a professional repair. I highly recommend Wyatt at Galactic and will use them for future HVAC work.

New System was Installed for a property that I manage. Very thorough with their estimate, work, billing and communications. They just completed a 6 month check up. I figured it would be 30 minutes. NOPE - again thorough in their work and letting us know what was done! THANK YOU!

It was a pleasure working with Galactic Air. Rob and his guys came out next day to check out what was wrong with our AC and had it fixed before the end of the week. They were all super nice and polite and offered very fair pricing compared to two other places that quoted us. I’m so glad I found them!
