Our furnace died in the middle of the night. It was below freezing, so we were pretty upset. I called CM King. I spoke to the tech on duty. He came out and went over what we needed. He told us he would get us a new furnace ASAP. A crew was knocking on our door before I had got out of bed. We got a great price and the updated furnace is much warmer and cheaper to operate. Real nice guys. I would highly recommend them.

My furnace went offline during the coldest week of the year. It was New Year day , I called Mr. King. I was sure he was not available because of the holiday. To my joy he answer the phone. He explained upfront the service fee then said he would be there in an hour. Within an hour of being onsite he diagnosed the issue. He replaced the faulted part, however explained my unit was at end of life. He stated it might last the winter. He provide a quote on a new unit that would lower my heating bill. That night unit went offline again. I called Mr. King. He said he would be onsite in the morning. The next day he replaced my unit at the cost he quoted. In the spring, Mr. King will replace my dated AC unit. Mr. King provides great customer services and pricing. I have recommend him to my church group and friends.

Chris came and replaced our AC system. Quick and efficient with getting the old equipment replaced. House is finally nice and cool! Highly recommend for quality HVAC work that's worth every penny!

Extremely happy with the complete system install from CM King. Had an unexpected need to have a separate (new) system installed when we were renovating our main floor. Chris and his crew worked hard to get the system installed, ducts run and AC cranking right before a heat wave hit this spring! Highly recommended!

A big thumbs up for Chris King. He installed a great heat pump for me a few years ago and does maintenance inspections on it every every year. This morning I discovered he does plumbing too! He is honest, knowledgeable, fair, and punctual - absolutely no BS. If you are looking for a heating and air conditioning contractor, this is the guy to hire! Twice this concerned AC repair and once I needed help with my gas fireplace. I did some research on the company - the BBB said there had been zero complaints in the last four years. Honest. Reputable. Trustworthy. These are the first three words regarding character that come to mind when I think of Chris King. No fluff -- Chris aptly advised me of what I needed to heat and cool my home efficiently - at a reasonable price point. I did some research on the product I wanted installed -- and interviewed three other vendors before Chris came to my home. Chris didn't try to oversell me a product I didn't need... and that really, really impressed me. I've already recommended C M King LLC to folks I know.

Gave Chris a call for a quote to replace our outside AC unit and the evaporator. Our house wasn't being cooled properly and the inspector from our home warranty recommended replacement. He was super informative, responsive, and helpful!

Chris came out the same day, only a half hour after I called. Cleaned our outside unit free of charge, which is already making a difference in the temperatures inside! He was clear about what would really need to be done to make a meaningful difference to our HVAC system, far less than what the home warranty inspector anticipated, and he'll be getting back to us with quotes soon. Highly recommend!

Amazing service! I had ARS quote me $6000 for repairs to my HVAC system. I had Chris come look at it and he had it fixed and running within 30 minutes and only fixed what needed to be fixed. Cost me $160 to get my furnace up and running again. He will be getting all of my business and all of my friends business. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! You won't be disappointed.

I noticed my heat was out when I woke up this morning, I had heard wonderful things about Chris so I immediately gave him a call. He made it to my house on an emergency visit and diagnosed the issue very efficiently! He is very knowledgeable and professional, I’d hire him again in a heartbeat

I have had a series of HVAC issues since I purchased my home in 2018. The first HVAC company wanted to charge me thousands of dollars so luckily somebody recommended this HVAC company. He is gone above and beyond fix the original problem for a couple of $100 instead of over 1000. I call him anytime I need something. Recently I had to replace my HVAC system. He worked with me on Prize and explain explained every step of the way to make it less stressful. For the first time my heat in my home is the same temperature throughout the house. I'm truly thankful for this company.
