The gentleman were on time and very friendly did a quick and efficient job cleaning my air ducts and I am very happy with the job they did and they cleaned up after themselves

Sears ….. no good …. Don’t spend money please..

My experience was amazing. My whole house smells the cleanest it’s been. Workers Kareem and Louis were very polite and thorough.

They advertised $199 up to 20 vents and dryer vent clean out. Until they got to my house and started trying to upsell me. They told me what bad shape our unit was in. Our home isn’t even 15 years old and in very good shape. Total scammers. Beware

Reggie and Pino were excellent in helping us do a first time air duct cleaning and sanitation full thorough cleaning service and very knowledgeable. They knew What we needed to do and compassion to go the extra mile with a reasonable cost to us.

Do not call Sears Air Duct Cleaning! It's a total scam!! The advertisement says $99 up to 10 vents. They came and did not do the cleaning. They said we have to pay them to clean the HVAC system first and the charge is $1100 for it. We told them no and they left. Never ever contact for anything ever again

I thought Sears closed down, but only Department stores are closed. I had my house Duct cleaning from Sears few weeks ago. The manager/ technician, Mr. Bernard was very knowledgeable and patient. I was explained very thoroughly about why HVAC Systems , Duct cleaning and Air vent cleaning have to be cleaned at the same time. I am very satisfied with the service and I am breathing much better after the service.

I have never ever experienced such terrible service. I booked a week ago, have called and emailed repeatedly to get my appointment, they've basically lied constantly. There's no appointment. I asked for a manager, they hung up. I've contacted several times to confirm my appointment- they were due to call me today to set the time- when I called to ask when they are coming, i've been waiting a week to get confirmation! I was told you aren't booked tomorrow, you only booked yesterday. Which is nonsense, they confirmed my date by email over a week ago and I've called daily since and been told they're coming tomorrow. Absolute scam

Terrible customer service. The rep called stated I’m number 2 on list at 12 non. Then at 5 pm no call no show. Call dispatch and they have no idea of when the duct tech will arrive. Just a terrible company. No wonder Sears went Bankrupt!

I booked a vent and carpet cleaning service two weeks in advance, and the experience was extremely disappointing. On the day of the appointment, they kept assuring me they were on their way, only to cancel at 5 PM. This was a complete waste of my time and showed a total lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service.

Made an appointment based on a promotion. The representative assured me of the price. On the morning, tech arrived and looked at my unit (no touch, no inspection) and after 5 mins, charged me $500 extra because "it was the first service". I don't understand. It was a "bait and switch" that involved waiting for service that was falsely advertised. I called scheduling to ask them why they lied and lady said she'd call me back after speaking to manager...lied again. Likely will not use this company again.

Fast* talk- say everything you want hear. .. The truck and professional tools wasn't impressive, looks outdated. They done a fast job in and out in 60 minutes and was gone with 800 bucks...
Next time get Stanley cleaner. Truck looked professional, updated equipment..

After contacting Ap Mechanical services they came out the very next day and determined the problem. They were very professional and took the time to explain what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. As soon as the parts came in they were right back on the job and our heat was repaired! William was awesome both times he came to the house and William was always available for questions and kept me informed on the repair plan, parts status, and so forth. I highly recommend Ap Mechanical services

Second terrific experience with this company and tech Daniel. Last summer they found a tiny leak in our refrigerant line and repaired. Another company insisted on a full (pricey) replacement.

Jan 2026 - same tech arrived to offer a 2nd opinion on our furnace. He thoroughly inspected the unit, verified proper function of all safety devices and heat exchanger. Discovered a dip switch in the wrong position due to our humidifier. Again - modest repair cost instead of replacement unit saving us $$$.

Highly recommend this company for any HVAC service or repair.
