Prompt, same-day service to install a smart home thermostat. Unfortunately, the smart thermostat didn’t work with my HVAC system, but since I had blown a fuse trying a DIY instal, Sam the technician was able to get my unit up and running again. Would definitely recommend!

The tech assigned from Universal was professional, courteous, and welcoming; he was methodical while examining our AC unit outside. The external fan was not spinning and he tested the capacitor and the contactor. Ultimately, the contactor had to get changed and I was getting cool air within 15 minutes. Finally, the dispatcher will consistently check-in with you and if the tech has followed up with a call. Overall, a great experience today with the team at Universal.

Ahmad of Universal Heat & Air saved the day and a huge quanity of food when he successfully repaired my refrigerator!! The Kitchen Aid required a relay switch for the compressor. The refrigerator came with the condo in 2007 & we were both worried the part no longer existed or the fix would not work. Ahmad located the part, installed and the compressor began to work!!! I was thankful all of the food was not wasted - a true blessing! Ahmad was professional, methodical and thorough. I would recommend Universal Heat & Air without question!! Thank you! Thank you!

Sam was great!! On the coldest night of the year my heat pump busted, mystupidsmart thermostat kept blowing the fuse on my heat pump other HVAC companies I called didn't even pick up the phone i was on hold for his hours then when I finally got through they gave me first available times that were in mid-January but with universal I was so impressed how soon they were able to send h someone out to fix my problem same day!! and on Christmas Eve,too! From now on these guys are definitely my go-to company for HVAC service don't waste your time with all the other hvac companies out there look no further than universal you won't be disappointed!

First hot weekend of the summer and my AC went out! I spent all day calling around looking for someone with availability. Sam arrived at 9pm and was very professional.
