We had our air conditioner stop working in August and our house was miserably hot. We were assigned Universal Heat and Air through our home warranty company after the first provider assigned was unresponsive and unable to come for a week. Universal came out the same day! Sam showed up within his quoted window time, quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. We were so grateful! We would definitely recommend!

Sam came out to my house at 8pm on a Friday and was awesome. Extremely professional, polite, and amazing prices. Most reasonable price, fastest, and one of the BEST. This compamy will definitely be added to my contacts for my first call if I need something.

I rarely post reviews, but feel compelled to due to Sam’s excellent customer service and willingness to go above and beyond. Our AC unit broke on the hottest day of the summer and I called after 6pm, but Sam was able to come within the estimated 2 hours given and fixed the issue. Other places either couldn’t come until 2 days later or quoted high diagnostic fees. Would definitely use Universal again.

Called because outside unit was buzzing and not coming on- within 30 minutes someone was at my house, diagnosed the problem and fixed it! Sam was very knowledgeable and very quick with the fix! Would definitely recommend this company!

Amazing service by Sam. He answered every phone call, diagnosed the problem promptly and fixed our HVAC within 24 hours. Other companies gave me a 3-4 day window. The company was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. Sam was impressive and I will be using him from now on! I give this company 5/5.

I am not one to give or even believe reviews. But had to for this one, all of the positive reviews are legit! My AC went out and I called around 2PM and Sam was at my house by 6. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within the hour for a very reasonable price. I recommend them to anyone and will be using them in the future!

Mark saved my day!! My HVAC went down suddenly, and I started looking for experts to come over to fix the issue on the same day, which wasn't possible. However, Walker Heating made it possible, and they understood my situation because of the kids. They sent the best of the best and most well-experienced technicians to get the job done. Even though I was out, Mark called me, saying to take my time and not rush. He waited for me for about 15 minutes. So professional and friendly- wow. He explained well and showed me what went wrong. He immediately fixed it and checked other fuses to ensure nothing else was the problem. If you are looking for experts, call Walker heating and thank me later!! There are no six or ten stars; otherwise, Mark is worth more than five stars!
