I had a digital thermostat that I needed to have installed. Walter came during the window time so he was on time. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and resolved my issue in a timely manner. I really appreciate his efforts and education on what the issue was and how he would resolve it. If I ever have to have a thermostat installed again or if I have any other HVAC issues I will call this company and ask for Walter but I am sure that all of thier employees have the same level of professionalism but I would prefer Walter in any future calls.

Our outside AC unit was not working properly. The tech came on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He repaired the unit and it now works great!

It was first time use for my last minute walk through. He charge $98 for service charge to come out to check. It was battery problem, I did not have time to come and change the battery. So I told him to change it. Just to change the battery, he charge another $98 total $196. With other vendors, they normally credit the service charge when they perform the work.

They installed my new system last year, I'm very happy the way the system works, their service is outstanding too, thank you Comfortable Air Services Team.

I recently (about 3 weeks ago) had Comfortable air services come out to look at my water heater. Walter came out gave me an honest estimate and also mentioned my heating and cooling system. My heating system was 30 years old. I had been thinking about replacing it, but took no action. After talking with him, we decided he would give me a quote to replace my water heater, a/c and heating system. I got a fair quote and my install was scheduled. Rick was my Master Technician and did a wonderful job on the install. It was neat, clean and professional. I barely knew they were there. The whole team was very professional and I would recommend them to anyone considering service or upgrading their appliances. My space heaters are put away for good and I am enjoying the warmth of my new Trane heating system and water heater.
