I really count on reviews when purchasing. What I'd really like is follow up reviews. Everything is nice and shiny and wonderful when you first get it.

I had Walker Heating & Air Conditioning install a gas furnace in November 2022. It's now January 2024. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!
It kept my home comfortable last winter, as well as this winter.

The crew was great! They showed up when they said they would, got the work done in the time they said it would take, and left my house and yard cleaner than it was when they arrived.

The decision of which unit to buy was scary and confusing while I was researching it. Mark showed up and explained things in words I could understand. He helped me through the credit application (18 months interest free) and made the installation appointment.

After a couple nights I started hearing a noise in the middle of the night. I waited another night and there it was again. I called and Mark came right over. Of course we didn't hear the sound and trying to describe a sound is difficult. He checked everything, no charge, and said everything looks good. There's nothing that would make the sound you're describing. I was insistent about hearing the sound. He started going through each part of the furnace that could possibly make a sound, like when the thermostat tells it to start warming things up, asking me if that was the sound I heard.
Nope.

He told me to try to record the sound with my phone, if I couldn't the next step would be show up in the middle of the night. They do emergency service, but for a sound?!

Later that day I was throwing clothes in the dryer and moved my small, round conical shaped trashcan that I toss the lint in back to the other side of the dryer. My friend had helped me put up some shelves and moved the metal trashcan right next to the copper water line the day after my furnace was installed. No more noise!!!

I was able to reach Kevin with the first phone call. Kevin was very familiar with houses in my area. So Kevin was able to use his experience on working on other houses in the area to give me a rough estimate over the phone. The very next day Kevin came out to give me an estimate and do his measurements. The rough estimate he gave me was right on and very affordable. They were out the very next week to do the work. The guys from Walker where very professional. They were able to install a new outdoor unit as well as a indoor unit with new thermostat within 6 hours. Kevin also invited me to call him anytime that I had issues or questions. They did a very good job cleaning up after themselves you would never know they were there. Their 10-year warranty on parts and 5 year warranty on labor beat out the other companies I got estimates from. I will definitely use them again when needed in the future.

I’ve signed up for a service plan with Walker Heating and Air Conditioning, and had the best level of service I could wish for. I even contracted them to install a new hot water heater and got the highest level of service. I cannot recommend them enough for responsiveness and workmanship. They will work with you and go beyond what a regular HVAC service provider will provide. They can be trusted for giving an honest price and top notch service.

Kevin came out and was able to assess the situation and resolve the matter quickly! I appreciate his HVAC knowledge and his efficiency in fixing the issue. He had had our A/C back on and running in no time. Pricing was fair and reasonable.

Walker Heating and Air are consummate professionals. They replaced a broken A/C unit for us a couple of years ago. Kevin was very kind, explained everything well, and was able to install a new unit within days. Today, our other A/C unit stopped working. I didn’t even hesitate to call Walker again. Mark came out within hours and had it fixed in no time. Very nice guy and a did a great job!

Their prices are fair, far better than other quotes we got for a new unit, and they are reliable and prompt. They’re totally trustworthy and I would recommend them to anyone!

The guys at Walker are the best. I called them for a repair but knew I needed a new HVAC system. Kevin came out and quoted me a price for the repair and gave me information on a new system, but he never pressured me. He thoroughly explained the options available and gave me a great discount for payment by check. I decided on a new system and had a temporary fix put in at no charge until the install date. Mark came out a few days later to install the new system and was courteous and very friendly. He thoroughly explained all the features on the new system. Kevin checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. They were always on time and cleaned up everything before they left. I will definitely use them again and plan to get their maintenance service plan when the time comes.

Justin came out today to maintain our air conditioning system. He was very professional, polite and did what he needed to do to maintain our system. I highly recommend him and the Walker team to anyone. Walker has a great group of men who works for him.

Really great service and installation by Mark and the team at Walker. Our heat pump went out in the coldest time of year and they were able to come out the next day. We opted to install a new HVAC system and they had great recommendations. Best prices around in Northern Virginia. They installed a week later. On time. Took care to lay down runners to keep our house clean and damage free. Install was done by early afternoon and we had even better heat than before. Mark took the time to test and show us all the new equipment and how it works. Fantastic job and highly recommend Walker Heating & Cooling.

Great service! Communicative on when they were en route, showed up on time, explained every step as we went along, explained different the features of our system and ways to prolong its life. Kevin came to my house. I had a boiler issue located figured out the problem ordered the part which was a pump that need to be replaced after the pump is replaced ran into a few other little issues. Kevin stayed several hours until he fixed all the issues with the piping that was causing other issues. Kevin went above and beyond and made sure that my family had heat again before he left my house at 9 PM. Great guy great company would definitely recommend them. If I have any issues with my boiler system again, I will be giving Kevin a call. Thank you, sir. I could not recommend Walker Heating & Air Conditioning more! I initially contacted Kevin Walker due to the great ratings his company has, and he did not disappoint! The cost of replacing our AC system was reasonable and I am very happy with the service, the unit, and the entire experience. Huge shoutout to Walker Heating & Air Conditioning for saving us during the recent heatwave! Our AC was somewhat cool in the mornings, but was hitting over 80 degrees downstairs and 90 upstairs by early afternoon and throughout the night.
