Hugo has been our “guy” for heating and AC needs for a number of years at our house and rental property - we trust him immeasurably and refer him (and his company) to our friends. Walter and Jonathan did our service yesterday and were awesome-on time, professional, and provided great recommendations. This is a great company that provides great services at great value.

I have been with this company since the beginning. They have come out when I needed services for my AC unit within a timely matter. Even on emergency had made efforts to come out. I like receiving reminders about needing to make an appointment for the maintenance of my unit.

My heating system was over 20 years old and was not working properly. The technician fit me in at the end of his day to address. I ended up needing a new unit and was able to get one at a reasonable price and installed within a few days excellent customer service.

Kevin is a great technician. He is professional and listens to the customer complaints. He helped unclog a drain pipe on my HVAC unit and tested the condenser unit as well. I highly recommend Hugo’s HVAC team for any of your residential need.

Update. January 2025. I have been working with Comfortable Air Services for many years now. Mr. Hugo Juarez and his crew are a top notch bunch. Every single time they take the time to explain everything including costs involved. I will keep on working with them and wish them continued success...

Good communication, they gave me lots of availability to choose a 3 hour window, and gave me a call when they were 30 min out. We paid $99 for a diagnostic check (it was a plumbing leak, not HVAC) and then $150 for an installation of a Nest. Felt pricey for the amount of time, but probably fair for the area.

We have been using their services since 2017. Both Hugo and Kevin are very kind and experienced. We’re very happy with the quality work they did to keep our ACs and heating systems in great condition.

I have been dealing with Comforable Air Services for years now and there service has been nothing less than A plus. Nothing has changed recently, when I called Hugo about an issue with my water heater. Hugo came out within 24hrs and diagnosed the issue, and my hot water heater was professionally replaced within 72hrs at a reasonable price.Total professional organization and people.

On Monday my heat exchanger went bad. Although it is under warranty I have to wait at least 2 weeks. I need to replace my furnace. My current HVAC gave me a price which is too high. My daughter recommended Mr.Hugo. On Tuesday, I called him at 10:30 and he was at my house at 1:30. He checked the system and gave me the price about half of my current contractor. He promised to install one day after. We met on Tuesday. He promised to install on Thursday. He and his crew arrived at the appointed time. They installed the new unit in 5 hours. The new unit is running smoothly. Call Mr Hugo when you need a new furnace. Don't believe your current contractor. Mr Hugo also do the maintenance.

This team is incredible. Always attentive and I feel that they are going to be honest and upfront with their assessments. I have had other HVAC companies who have done the minimum and often made me feel like I was being taken advantage of with cheap maintence packages but then marked up replacement prices. I have always felt that Hugo, Kevin and this team work with me to keep my system working flawlessly. And if I ever have a problem one phone call and they are quick and responsive.

My 25 year old A/C finally died and after getting three replacement estimates from well-known HVAC companies – you’ve seen them on TV – I went with Comfortable Air Services. We’ve known Hugo and his team for at least ten years and he has serviced our former HVAC system as well as our hot water heater. His estimate was on par the other well-known HVAC companies, so our decision was based on having worked with Comfortable Air Services before and the excellent and timely services they provided us in the past. They did not try to sell me something I didn’t need. The new system is ‘right-sized’ to my house. The previous system was way overpowered for the size of our house. The installation team was polite and professional, wore booties in the house, laid down canvas cloth to protect the floor and answered innumerable questions we had. The installation was beautiful. Everything looked clean, neat, straight and professional. They left the work areas spotless leaving not so much as a loose screw or scrap of paper or spent foam. It was like they were never here, except now the house is cooler and much quieter than before. Also, Hugo followed up with me on the generous warranty information and took the time to fill out the forms for me and email me what I needed for the future. I’m confident in the new HVAC system and confident that Hugo and Comfortable Air Services will be there for my family when we need them.

Called comfortable air a few years back for standing water which turned out to be a plumbing problem. They were so professional and helpful even though it wasn’t an AC problem. Since then I always get spring and fall AC and heating inspections with them. I trust them to inspect and maintain the system with honesty, competence and professionalism. They don’t disappoint. Highly recommend!
