Oscar came by for annual maintenance on our water heater and plumbing and was extremely timely, professional, and thorough! He made sure we understood aspects of our system and helped answer every question we have. Scheduling was also easy and communication was smooth leading up to the appointment. I want to commend Michael Bonsby for sending out experienced and personable employees to their work assignments. I was politely greeted this morning by Curtis Jackson who knew exactly what needed to be looked at and serviced on our HVAC system. He provided us with a thorough test and a detailed explanation with photos of parts that were reaching their life cycle, with a recommendation to schedule their replacement before the winter season. I am confident that Michael Bonsby truly cares about my appliances and personal comfort in services and personnel they provide to maintain them. I’m so satisfied I settled on purchasing their yearly maintenance plan after I purchased this older home.

This was a completely different type of service that I had from NICE all communication from tech was through text or a recognizable phone number. I appreciate his work I was surprised he didn’t say anything about the filter. I never saw him check any vents. It was different now that I know you communicate through email instead of texting and calling from Gaithersburg hopefully things will be better. It would of been nice to have had a heads up of the transition

Oscar Diaz (Tech) responded to a urgent no heat call the same afternoon on my (listing) client's vacant home. He was immediately able to assess that the condensation pump motor had burned out, causing intermittent smoke in the Unfinished basement, causing the smoke detectors to go off throughout the property. Carlos was authorized to replace the pump, but due to the frigid exterior temperatures he offered a additional and creative remedy (which my client agreed to) that would ensure this issue would not Reoccur.

David was able to come same day for an electrical appointment and got the job done. He was very professional, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and even went out of his way to clean up any mess that happened due to the work and helped install the dryer. He provided us with explanations for the additional work he recommended, but wasn’t pushy and made us feel very comfortable. I was pleased with Walter's work. And overall we're pleased with Bonsby. I wasn't pleased about having to pay $75.00 for a replacement filter in a furnace that's 5 weeks old. And it turns out, I have to replace a filter in my 10 week old air handler too.

I recently started using Bronsby for routine maintenance on an older unit to preserve it, but unfortunately he explained that continuing to do so was no longer cost-effective due to obsolete parts.

Marco provided excellent customer service this morning. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He fixed my unit and what I very much appreciate is that he wasn't trying to upsell me additional parts or services on this visit. Additionally, he took the time to explain to me how a functional capacitor is crucial for maintaining care of the unit and compressor. I will request Marco for my future HVAC needs at both the home and office.
