TC recently installed a first-rate thermostat, a Honeywell device, that is TRULY easy to program, in my townhouse, and I could not be more pleased by the price and the professionalism and the sense of trust I have established with TC. Also, as a repeat customer, I have come to greatly value his blithe spirit and refreshingly friendly, agreeable nature, and you will too. It is so much different from all the dour sad-sacks with their grave faces who come and quote outrageous prices for all manner of stuff they try to force upon me.

After dealing with a couple other companies, I’d definitely recommend TC HVAC. Easy to schedule, good communication, totally professional. Especially appreciate that Thea will patiently and thoroughly explain and answer any questions during all phases of the job.

We initially reached out to TC HVAC to get on their yearly maintenance plan for our system and address some things found during our home inspection. It was easy to schedule an appointment and Thea was very prompt. He knew that I was a first time homeowner and took time to explain my system and gave me maintenance tips. He clearly explained the issues he found and I appreciated that he helped me prioritize what needed to be addressed immediately and what to keep an eye on. Thea was very patient with my questions and I never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs. The costs were reasonable and pricing was transparent. We’ve been really pleased with the quality of service we received and highly recommend Thea and TC HVAC!

Wealth of knowledge and experience who handled all questions (mine as well as neighbors) and curiosity from day one. Replaced a 15 year old Carrier Infinity system with a HEIL (3 ton).
Thea is honest, negotiable and gave me the best price. Had some inclement weather, but communicated, showed up on time as expected. Neat and respectful of the property.
Thea and Leo worked well together (great teamwork) and didn't mind my neighbor and I hanging over their shoulders, asking them continuous questions. We're wanna be HVAC techs! Great service, personalities and overall experience.
I only wish I had videoed the entire experience so I could have posted it on the YouTube. I'm sure it you have gotten ONE MILLION views!

This is my second time using TC HVAC. Thea is very knowledgeable and is always professional. I called my home warranty service on a Sunday and they couldn’t get anyone out until Tuesday. I called TC HVAC and they came out immediately, gave me a quote and repaired my AC unit. Honest company and quality service. I would highly recommend TC HVAC for any of your HVAC needs.

Thea and team did great work at an affordable price. They were responsive and communicative throughout the process. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about TC HVAC Services! Back in March 2024, I was having trouble with my heating system and called them for help. The technician I spoke with was incredibly knowledgeable—he had a good idea of what the issue might be just from our phone conversation. When he arrived at my home, he quickly confirmed his diagnosis and got right to work fixing the problem.

I had previously called another company that told me to change the thermostat, which ended up being a complete waste of time and money. TC HVAC Services saved the day! Not only did they fix the heating issue right away, but the technician also shared some great suggestions for future maintenance. I appreciated their honesty and expertise. Updated Review Nov 2025 (Still Great Company!)

Since my review about 18 months ago, I had TC HVAC diagnose and repair a condensating furnace issue. The unit was leaking about 2 cups of water a day. This issue had been intermittent for 2 years and another company was not able to diagnose last year. TC HVAC had it diagnosed in about 10 minutes of which 5 minutes was getting setup and removing the cover. It took about a week for the parts to come in and get fixed. So far so good on the repair with no leaks being seen. I'll continue to call TC HVAC for any HVAC issues I have.

Great experience with this company! They were professional, polite, and on time!

My AC compressor had stopped working late at night after a two
power outages. The next morning I called and they got me on the schedule for that day. My issue was diagnosed very quickly and repair was made on the spot. He also checked the other unit while there to ensure both had plenty of freon.

It was so nice having a comfortable bedroom/upstairs area that evening. In addition, the technician provided several suggestions on things a homeowner could do to keep units running longer. I recommend giving this company a call next time your AC needs servicing.

Best I've ever used. Couldn't be happier with this company. His yearly fee for maintenance is so affordable & gives me peace of mind. He comes quickly if I perceive a problem. THE BEST. I also like that he reminds me when time to check ac or hearing. Can't go wrong with such a reasonable, knowledgeable professional like TC.

They were very timely, finished the work in one visit, and my place looks great! The rates are excellent and I highly recommend them! I called them on a Friday night because my heater broke and they came first thing Saturday morning. They also gave me tips on how to keep the place warm until they got there, amazing work and people!

Last winter my family had to replace our HVAC unit. Other companies I reached out to were trying to force a premium energy efficient replacement on us that we could not afford. TC’s technician answered all my questions and helped my wife and I stay within our budget while also providing a quality installed product. We’ve had no issues with our new unit. I was very pleased with our experience and I will definitely call them the next time I need help.

Update: I had an emergence water heater leak and TC HVAC came out the same day to do a complete replacement. They took their time to do a good job, addressed concerns I had with the wiring due to comments from another contractor, and fully explained the operations of the new model. Really happy to have them replace my 25+ year old system!

My ancient HVAC system recently failed, so I called two different companies to come out and trouble shoot. TC HVAC Services was by far the better tech, walking me through and verifying the issue without me providing what the first tech had said. He also found another failed component the first tech either missed or didn’t tell me about. He then provided me with an estimate for whole system replacement that was very competitively priced. Highly recommend TC if you’re in the same situation.

TC did a new install for me but it had very unique requirements, and they were able to bang out the whole job in a Saturday! Was very impressed!

I'm a bit tardy with this review, but better late than never! Last year my A/C unit failed at the end of May, just as the temperatures started soaring. TC HVAC was able to get a tech out to my house within 48 hours, even accommodating my work schedule so I didn't need to take time off to meet them. I ended up replacing my entire HVAC system, since it was original to my 30-year-old townhouse. They gave me an extremely reasonable price and completed the work quickly. When the system stopped working a few weeks later the owner himself came out the same day I called and fixed the culprit (a loose wire) under warranty. This company is fast, fair, and stands by their work!

TC HVAC has provided very responsive, excellent service to both of my homes. I had a new gas furnace installed and was very pleased with the outcome. I also had work done on an existing system and TC HVAC did a wonderful job diagnosing my problems and fixing/replacing warranted parts. Reasonable pricing in step with current market conditions. I highly recommend TC HVAC.

Our HVAC and water heater needed to be replaced and settled with TC HVAC. They were recommend by our local community. TC was very honest and knowledgeable. He did not upsell anything however was happy to answer and questions we have and provide any recommendations. After several quotes from other companies, TC was one of the lowest. Everything was done within 2 weeks. We were very happy with the service from beginning to end. Highly recommended.

We've had TC HVAC Services coming to do our maintenance on our HVAC system twice a year for a few years now. They are always, reliable and knowledgeable. Additionally, as a relatively new homeowner, they are always willing to answer basic questions when they are visiting (such as helping fix an outlet that was out by having me turn a breaker on and off instead of calling an electrician). I'd highly recommend them as they are always helpful and as a woman, you don't feel like you're getting the run around.
