Really pleased with going with this company for my home irrigation needs. They are professional, prompt and provide great service - couldn't even tell they did any work in my yard when they were done. I'd like to recognize two outstanding gentlemen. The first is Amarion who provided the complimentary pressure washing of my driveway & patio. He was such a professional I asked him to add on whole house wash & fence line. He provided a great price, products are eco-friendly and WHOLE HOUSE looks good as new. The other is the Micah who came over to provide me the estimate and go over all my questions - great rep who even after install is reachable and conveys a "I'm always here to help" should the need arise. So if you're considering either pressure washing or irrigation for your home - use this company.

Bert and Team at Hampton Roads Landscape and Irrigation did an awesome job on my brick pavers and assembly of my grill gazebo. Bert is very professional and responsive. I found this company through Angie’s. I called and Bert came out to our home on the next day and shortly after that he had the estimate in my email. Ge followed back up with us twice. After getting a few other estimates we decided to go with Bert and Team and we are so happy that we did. There workmanship with the pavers are awesome. Bert’s Team was on time and did an excellent job. They cleaned up nicely after completion of the job. I had one issue, discussed with Bert and the next day it was resolved. I definitely recommend this company!

Bert was quick to respond to our request for quote. He continued to keep us updated on their progress. Once we agreed, Jason and his team showed up within days. We gave them a brief overview of the work to be done and they went right to work installing our drainage pipes. My wife and I were extremely impressed with the quality of everyone’s work, their professionalism and their responsiveness. Pricing for the work was very reasonable. We will definitely used them again and we highly recommend them!

My review is easily 5 stars after the excellent service HRI provided to fix some issues on my French Drain. Late last year the installation had not fixed water getting into my crawl space. The salesman Jason was concerned that it not alleviated my problem. He was dedicated to fix the issues and we worked on a redesign of the system. The team showed up earlier this week and added extra flow and drainage for me. I have to say the team was more than willing to fix it and went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. We have been using Hampton Roads Irrigation and Landscape to service our irrigation system and handle any drainage problems in our yard for a couple of years. They are professional and knowledgeable. They are OK. Scheduling service: expect to wait a week or more before someone comes out. This summer I didn't have use of my sprinkler system for most of the season since the controller kept having a fault. Had three services, was billed for each, and finally the third fixed it. Had to wait a week maybe more just to get someone to come out each time. When I called the third time, I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told my request would be passed on. Never heard from anyone. At least the staff are professional when you call for something.

They put in Landscaping, irrigation, and piping for drainage in my backyard. Bert's suggestions, that did not discount my desires, were incredible. His team were neat, clean, cordial, and thorough.
If I any future endeavors, they will be the first I call. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.

Had them come out to install a sprinkler system. Jason and his crew did a phenomenal job. When they were hooking up to the waterline under my house, they discovered a leak. Let me know about it immediately sent me photos and fixed the problem. Highly recommend!

I worked with Micah to help solve the drainage problem for my property. He was transparent throughout the process and explained things as needed for me to have french drains installed. The price was reasonable and the crew that did the installation was on time and did an excellent job to include cleanup of their work areas on my property. This is the 2nd time I have used this company and would definitely used them again and recommend them. 5 star overall experience.

We had a paver patio installed 2 years ago and have been so pleased with it that we had more added recently to increase the size. Both installations went great and we are super happy with the quality and aesthetics. Every text and phone call was responded to quickly.

We wanted a sitting area with a fire pit to replace an area behind our house where grass won't grow because of shade trees. Bert from Hampton Roads Irrigation and Landscape met with us and designed an area that used large flagstones, gravel and rocks, with a stone fire pit. Under Bert's direction their team of experienced, skilled craftsmen created a beautiful sitting area that we have enjoyed with our friends and family. We were very impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness that Bert and the HRI team displayed.

The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. Kelly in the business office was professional, polite and booked me an appointed ASAP and C/B in a timely manner.

This was one of the best service experiences I've had for home maintenance.

Mr. Voight personally surveyed the problem (on a weekend) and provided a temporary fix before scheduling his team to provide the permanent solution within a couple of days.

They fit my emergency repair into a busy schedule for them, and completed all repairs quickly, at a much lower cost than I expected.

Our tech Logan did a wonderful job replacing the backflow preventor, to include testing our sprinkler system and adjusting the heads. He was extremely knowledgeable in his craft, walked me through on how to use my sprinkler timer and was very accommodating to a scheduling conflict that popped up on our end when he got to our house. Bert and his team were phenomenal. Truly a full-service experience. We decided to do a complete reset of the front of our house. Removing 20+yrs of bushes, shrubs, and a last-minute request for a tree removal. The team was flexible to meet our needs/changes. Our sprinkler pump died just in time for the new sod but luckily, they are going to rescue us there as well. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to have landscape or irrigation work done.
