i didn't have a big job but TSP fit me into their schedule very quickly and took care of my needs in less then 2 days after I contacted them. I will certainly use them again and will recommend them to others.

Great prices, Great service, and great people. TSP has always done right by me and so many of my friends and neighbors. I have referred them hundreds of times and I have never heard a complaint.

Last Fall we needed our irrigation system repaired so I called TSP. They sent Ryan and he took care of us. Explained everything he needed to do and did exactly that. Today he made a service call and knocked it out of the park. Ryan is a class act. Appreciate the work he has done for us.

TSP transformed my deck! When the concrete slab cracked and started sinking, they found and fixed the problem. Then, by laying pavers and coping, they totally transformed this outdoor living area. Michael, Nathan, and their crew did a professional job. I can't wait to move the furniture out again!

We were very disappointed with the service. Jason came out to review what we wanted and we discussed what we might need and want. He said he would droop off the estimate and plans in a few days. After 4 calls inquiring where the estimate is and being told to expect soon because he had been busy we still never got the estimate. My husband called and told them we no longer were interested and it would have be nicer to just say you don't want our business. Guess he thought we couldn't afford him

Very Odd!!! This is the 2nd landscape company in Yorktown in the past 2 months for me to get a quote from and told a time they would come by to discuss the project and my wife and I take time off and no one shows up at all, nothing, no reason, no communications, not even a curiosity call as to why. Very unprofessional and not reliable when it come to their words.

We have used TSP a few times and have always been BEYOND satisfied with their work. The men that do the installation are always friendly, polite, and skilled. The supervisors that are at the job site are always really great.

Had TSP re do my yard . They were very helpful in giving me options for the new grass. Due to the summer heat, I elected to go with the Zoysia. They tilled, graded the yard and put in Zoysia Sod. They also repaired my Irrigation system. They team members were prompt and courteous. They did a great job cleaning up after the work and staying in contact re maintenance of the new grass.
The yard looks great!! Would highly recommend Tsp for any Landscaping needs.

Came out on Tuesday 3 full weeks ago to give me a quote. Had a 10k budget. Asked for drainage solutions down a very shaded sloping back yard. Said it would be no problem, was very friendly, and wrote things down on the notebook, promised a quote and a military discount, which I did NOT ask for, by the weekend. Nothing. Waited a week, thinking I was wrong about the promised time, after the following Friday; again nothing. Called and let them know I purchased a tree that I would like to be added to the quote and was told she would pass along the information. Waited another 5 days; nothing. Called again to ask about the quote thinking they must be very busy and was told I would have a quote by end of the day the following day, which was last Wednesday--BUT YET AGAIN, NOTHING! How RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL to completely blow off a customer. IF YOU CAN'T PERFORM THE WORK, HAVE THE BASIC RESPECT TO RELAY THAT MESSAGE and don't WASTE MY TIME!! I COULD HAVE CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY, WHO ACTUALLY wants to work for 10K dollars!

TSP installed a French drain on the side and back of our yard. They did an outstanding job and solved our water issues. The team was very knowledgeable and professional, and the company gave a competitive bid for the work. I highly recommend this company for French drain installation.

TSP was already taking care of my lawn. I asked for an estimate to do several things that would make the outside of my house look nice to include a concrete pad. I got the estimate at a price that was fair and affordable. I cannot wait for the work to be done. I will give another review after the work!

We had TSP grade are huge yard. We would have ankle high water after heavy rains. They came out handled our yard like true professionals. They also promise to come back if I need them to fix a problem. Good quality hardworking guys that handle themselves well. Highly recommend!

I contacted TSP Lawns & Landscapes because our lawnmower broke. They
came out within two days after I contacted Tye the owner. They did a excellent job. I highly recommend them if you are going on vacation or don't have the time to do your yard work...call them. They are very professional.

We have had TSP Lawns and Landscapes do our entire landscape at our new build last year. They put in zoysia sod for our lawn. They also have mulched, mowed and planted things for us after our landscaping was complete. Tye and his crew are always professional and they clean up after themselves. Hailey is the office manager and she always gets back with me. I highly recommend TSP.

TSP is an awesome company. The front office welcome by Hayley is responsive and courteous. We worked with Jason and his crew who installed paving paths, walkways, patio and fire pit. Jason has a good eye and great ideas. We had some old landscaping that needed to be re-worked and cleaned up. The yard looks better than it ever has, and we are really happy with the results. My Grandmother had TSP do her lawn care for years! When she passed, they were phenomenal to me and my family! Tye and Hailey were "ALWAYS" there for me and even helped me when I was by myself and moving the contents from the house. I do not know what I would have done without them.

Always professional and always there when you need them and their service and work is impeccable!!! You will not be disappointed.

I requested a quote from tsp and was promptly visited and given a quote. They allowed me to modify the requested items to make the service meet my current budget. On paper it was a simple task, clean the weeds out of my flower beds and trim the shrubberies, but it was overtaken with weeds and Bermuda grass. They initially scheduled work for one day but were unable to make it and updated me they’d be able to the next day. They showed up early, as I had to rush out the door for work, and I returned to a beautiful manicured landscaping. I am so thankful for the great work they did. I am scheduled to have hip surgery next week and never thought I’d have to hire someone to take care of my landscaping, but this experience has assured me that I can count on tsp for top notch work until I can recover (and maybe even after!). I’m looking forward to doing business and would highly recommend them.

Edit: I used their services again and was a bit disappointed. Instead of removing weeds, they were trimmed and mulch was put on top of them, as a result, the weeds are already coming back through the mulch. They also didn't remove any weeds from the rock portions of my landscaping. And they trampled over my flowers, killing a portion of them, to put mulch in the one space. I wouldn't use them again.

I have to say, the quality of work that Drew Cook provided to our home driveway had beyond exceeded my expectations. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is due to the lack of communication from the front office on scheduling and the estimator not communicating well to the team. Other than that, if you have Drew and his team performing your work, you will be very pleased with the quality of the work!

I had TSP come to my home in Newport News earlier today to stripe my lawn and it turned out Perfect!

Called for an estimate for leaf removal. Got a quick response and some options to consider. I was on the schedule quickly, and they did a great job for us. Ty and Wendy were easy to work with and communicate with. Thank you.
