Frank's service was excellent! He was friendly, courteous, and answered all of my questions. He arrived on time - I even got a text from FloHawks when he was on the way that included his picture!

The FloHawks company was prompt in responding to our questions & concerns regarding our septic system. Our Plumbing Technician Matt was very personable, professional & helpful in answering our questions & concerns too! Overall our experience with Flohawk was positive. They resolved our clogged kitchen sink issue that we couldn't. They weren't over-friendly but not unfriendly either. They got the job done, but at a cost that we felt was just unreasonable. Unlike other places we called, Flohawk charges a single fee for the appt, so in theory, whether the issue takes 30 minutes or all day, the fee is the same. (The only reason we didn't go with someone else was because this is a rental and we couldn't put it off for too long. So Flohawk was available the following day, kudos to that.) The one-time fee was $400 and this job took barely an hour. Do the math. Of course, it could have taken all day and it would have been a bargain (assuming there weren't any additional costs), but it didn't. The gist of it is: big job, Flohawk may be the place to go given their fee structure. Small job ... worthwhile looking elsewhere.

Flohawks was quick and courteous and efficient With very fair pricing.
I found Nate and Jim to be extremely courteous also they had great concern for my problem they offered me good advice and carry through on everything that they said they would I would recommend them

Matt of FloHawks just finished pumping my septic tanks and is on his way. He was here early and finished in just over two hours. He is knowledgeable and readily shares his expertise and answers questions. If I had a business I would hire him in a heartbeat. He is acredit to his company.

Garrett was great -- professional, friendly and efficient. He let me watch and answered my questions about what he was doing so I could learn about my system. I also appreciated the text updates about my upcoming service that day.

I explained to customer service that I needed a leaky fawcett fixed. She told me that I needed to get my own parts and the plumber would install the parts. I went to 4 stores and finally found what I needed. I called to assure them that I had the parts and they could schedule the appt.
I was given an appt on saturday from 8a-12noon, no one showed. I called several times to get updates on when they would arrive and was told they will call before they arrive. They didn't show until 4:45pm and then couldn't stay to do the job. They told me the customer service rep had given me incorrect info about me getting the parts. I was not supposed to get my own parts. I was upset! I spent 5 1/2 hours driving around to stores on Friday to get parts and then no one showed to do the work on saturday. I was then given an appt on Monday am. Every one of the customer service reps need to have better training, need to know a bit about what the other depts do that they work with, need to make phone calls to update customers, need to learn how to treat customers that have questions or concerns. I have asked to have the supervisor call me 5 times and as of 6/15 at 5:18pm no one has called. This company charges about $200+ an hour, plus parts. If they are going to charge that kind of money they need to be professional enough to deserve it.

Very responsive and professional company. They were able to come out the same day with all the required equipment. We had Kyle and were fortunate to have him because he was able to clear the drain clog and work with us to figure out what was wrong.

Required service because septic alarm kept sounding. Service rep arrived as promised, explained what he would do before getting started. Mike was friendly and conducted himself in professional manner. Unfortunately Mike discovered our septic pump had gone bad and would need to be replaced. Unfortunately the pump would need to order before the system could be fixed. Because our tank is almost full we can’t generate any waste water until we can get the tank pumped out.

We needed emergency service and they were available. Todd was very professional and courteous; he thoroughly checked out our septic system to make sure his analysis was correct. Would definitely recommend.

We have one bathroom and the plumbing stopped working! Flohawks company came really quite quickly thank goodness! And the gentleman doing the job worked very hard and was very professional!
His name was Mark. I will now being using this company the next time.

FloHawks (Chau T) was awesome because I thought I had septic issues but I didn't. They informed me it was NOT necessary to pump my septic because it was at normal levels. They were really honest about what they believed the problem was (it was a blockage in my plumbing pipes). I really appreciated their attitude. They were really customer service oriented. I'll call them next time for sure.

I had a problem with my toilet and called these guys out. My plumber was Mark and I an super happy with the job Mark did. Turned out that my septic tank was flooded out and we caught it JUST in time. Flo Hawks were able to get the septic pumped out the same night with no notice and May was great as well.

Will was a pleasure. He was very professional and spent more time than usual helping me with my drain problem. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber. He deserves an A plus. I would also like to thank you for being so quick to send Will out.

The tech (Eric) was on time and also let us k ow that he was on the way. He was at our home most of the day since we had a lot more cheap to deal with (TWO trucks!) than we first thought. But he never made us feel like #2 for it. We highly recommend Flow Hawks for any septic needs. We are so happy they made our doodie their duty.

Ryan S. came to our house on a service call. He was very knowledgeable and kind. We are first time homeowners and septic is very new to us. He gave us information that will help us maintain the life of our septic system. When in need ask for him. Need to see more people like him who have a passion for the work that they are in. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Craig was polite, courteous and very professional. He got the job done for me quickly, and even helped out figuring out what was wrong as well as giving me the information for the part I needed. Price was a little high from the company, but for a last minute appointment I expected that.

FloHawks showed up and did a professional job advising us on what needed to be done with our septic system. The representative was helpful and it turned out our system didn't even need to be pumped. Our system alarm was faulty and our filter just needed to be cleaned. We were shown how to clean the filter and advised on approximately when to expect that our system may need to be pumped. Professional, fair, respectful and clean! We have had horrible treatment from another local septic business that overcharged us JUST TO LOOK at our septic system. Dishonesty will watch up with you.

I called flohawks on a Saturday after finding very few septic companies open on the weekend. Dawn was incredibly helpful booking an appointment as quickly as possible. Jesse came at exactly 1pm, assessed the situation, called a pumper truck and went to work, doing as much as he could until Garrett arrived to pump the tanks. They worked together to fix our pump and pipes. I was back to doing laundry by 4pm! Thanks everyone! We will definitely be doing business with you again!

Had a septic failure today. Called FloHawks Plumbing and Septic mid-morning. They were able to send Steve Bolen this afternoon. He was able to solve and fix the problem quickly with no issues. Many thanks for the great work...and on New Years Eve day to boot!! Awesome job Steve. Thanks again!

Mike was very polite and informative his entire time during his visit. He gave me several pointers on how to care for me system. He was knowledgeable about the septic system on my property. When I bought my home in 2013, I did not have a usable back yard so I trucked in 770 cubic yard of good soil instead of the rocks and clay that was my back yard. I have buried all my access points to my drain field point of access. He made some make shift divining rods and found my clean out points. Besides the point that FloHawks hires veterans into their staff. The visit and service I received from Mike was excellent.
