We had a broken shower cartridge. Once David was on site, he found a water leak in the same pipes and some water damage had occurred. David went above and beyond. Not only did he fix the cartridge and stop the leaking pipes, David also arranged for household water damage company, whom came out quickly, set up drying units. It was more prompt service than we could have expected or hoped for. Thank you David for making the repair process so simple.

When my water heater started going out, I was recommended by my neighbor to call Bob Larson Plumbing for an estimate. From the start, their office staff was so nice! Had a water leak in our main 185' waterline. Ben, the estimator, explained the whole process, patiently answered all our many questions, and expedited the scheduling. Kaitlin,Amber and Piper cheerfully handled our phone calls and the paperwork. Todd Maley, the plumber,and his helper Blake, did all the repairs with minimal interruption of our water service. Todd is as good using an excavator as he is at plumbing. Skillfully trenching around our many plants, trees & power, cable lines. They were courteous and personable as well. Everyone was super to deal with. Just what we have come to expect from the Bob Larson business. Will continue to use them.
