My experience with Bob Larson was great. Katelynn was able to get me scheduled quickly and with very nice customer service. The plumber was also kind and took his time explaining to me what caused the leak, and was able to fix it same day. Thank you!!!

Benjamin Hansen from Bob Larson Plumbing just left. He fixed shower drain leak and explained the process of starting the replacement of our tub because of another leak. He is very knowledgeable, professional and clearly explains the process and tirelessly repeats answer to all questions. I am glad we choose the Bab Larson Plumbing.

We had burst pipes in the back yard of course on a weekend . They came right out . Kyle was excellent , progressional and friendly . Answered questions and answered explained things well. He got a Leak detection expert out the next abs two days later it was all fixed . I will call Bob Larson plumbing again.

Kyle and Sean came out today to try to address an issue with a non-draining dishwasher. What they discovered is that we didn't need a plumber, we needed a dishwasher repair service tech!
The best thing about this company is that they can be trusted. Trusted to do a good job for a reasonable price and also trusted to say when a job is beyond their skills.
They are also, to a person, kind, friendly and honest.
The dishwasher isn't working yet but that doesn't change the fact that the only plumbing company we use is Bob Larson Plumbing.

There’s no competition! Bob Larson Plumbing is superior. From that first call to the office for my emergent plumbing need to the guys who came out and fixed my broken pipe. Professional, courteous and thorough. They explained why it happened and how to prevent it in the future. Ask for Amber when you call, she not only got me scheduled quick but told me about their affordable Maintence plan, now plumbing is something I don’t worry about. I have an old home and with Bob Larson behind me I don’t worry about it at all.

i recently had the pleasure of using Bob Larson for a pesky leaky faucet issue. I spoke with Amber she provided a thorough explanation of the necessary repairs. Her professionalism, expertise, and friendly demeanor put me at ease.

The work was completed efficiently and effectively, and the price was very reasonable. Amber even took the time to explain how to prevent future issues and provided helpful maintenance tips.

Matthew was great! Let us know when he would arrive, did a thorough walk around the house and was able to locate the problem quickly. Returned the next day to complete repairs. Did not follow s.o.p over charged from the quote. Management won't address the issue. One clog in a pipe was unfixable""" without redoing the entire house. My mother went without running water for the next 2 years . Make that make sense . Inept service techs predatory dishonest pricing and no commitment to integrity

Today I questioned my bill. #1-$900 to replace a valve and inside of the toilet.#2- $200 to vacuum out a barrette from toilet. #3- $300 to push toilet paper through toilet. They told me if I joined their membership I would get a discount. They wouldn’t adjust the bill. Does anybody else think this is appropriate?

David Armistead came to remedy a previous plumber’s mess of a job. He also had to solve a wrongly installed whole home water filtration system that he wasn’t familiar with.
He quickly got to work, fixed the piping and ordered the parts to be able to correctly install the filtration system on his next visit.
Plumbers need to have good problem solving skills but David’s were exceptional - all while maintaining courtesy and professionalism.

I want to thank Royce Christiansen with Bob Larson Plumbing. Royce did such an excellent job cleaning my kitchen drains that I received an unexpected bonus when my dishwasher began to work better. Thank You Royce

David came out and answered all our questions. He fixed our outside facets and serviced our water heater. Proffesional, personable and was impressed with work done. Will use Bob Larsons again and recommend to others looking for quality work.

Sean did a great job in scoping out sites where our plumbing could be improved, explaining and pricing them clearly so we could prioritize, and then doing four of the tasks, plus some smaller stuff, right then. We learned a lot about our house in the process and discovered a clean out pipe that was hidden under the bricks in the path to the front door. Sean worked very hard in the hot sun to clear out a root ball in our sewer pipe. As a result, we feel like we have a trusted partner going forward.

Thank you Bob Larson Plumbing for hiring employees like Royce! Royce was efficient in assessing where the leak was in my hot water tank, gave me the estimate to fix it and made the repair while being courteous and friendly!!!

Royce also was able to give me a one-the-spot estimate to install a toilet and sink for a possible powder room update! Gave me the info I needed to budget for my project hopefully in the near future! Thank you Royce!
