A real nice knowledgeable technician came out same day, and I called at 2pm. Diagnosed the problem and proceeded to repair it. Identified himself. Made sure I was aware of the charges in advance, which I considered fair. This company was pleasant to work with and had all the tools and knowledge to repair plumbing or septic problems. I would certainly recommend them.

We are really impressed with such excellent service. Todd worked very hard, fixed everything, and taught me a lot! Especially, he came on the same day as the problem happened. We are beyond grateful that it turned out so well! No way to improve on that! Thank you!

I called to set up an appointment to have my septic pumped and needed it done right away because I sold my home. This was the only company around that could come out next day. Brian arrived he was very friendly and very informative. He answered all the questions I had while he was working. He explain to me how everything worked with the septic tank. Nit to mention all the do's & dont's. Brian was a super great guy and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Big thanks to you Brian!

We are Very Happy with the Job done by Matt Smith. He Represents the FloHawks Company Very Well. Matt explained everything he was doing and why. All our Questions did not bother him. We didn't care for one of the Employees. But Matt made it all right again. Thankful we don't have to look for a new Septic company for next year. Thank You FloHawks :-)

The young man was AWESOME very polite and respectful. Did a great job very knowledgeable and informative. What I was very upset about was I told the young lady making my appointment that we would have the digging done and ask how many lids should be uncovered. She told me 2 great but when the worker got here he said there was another lid to be uncovered. I had 2 uncovered but there is actually 4. 2 small and 2 large. I had know ideal if I had been told 2 large and 2 small they would have been uncovered. I know now at extra cost and was not cheap.

We had a difficult time navigating what was causing our back up. We were under the impression we were on sewer but turns out we have a STEP system. Flo Hawks was very helpful and the only company we called that seemed to even have knowledge of the STEP system. Jimmy, the technician that was dispatched to us was great! He answered all our questions, explained how to maintain our system moving forward and was very knowledgeable.

The tech who came out (Michael) did a fantastic job of steering us the right direction to get our septic system repaired, all while working with us to provide fair invoicing. Michael was friendly and a mark of the kind of service we all want out of the companies we call to come out and work at our homes. He went out of his way and represented the company well! Flohawks was quick to find a time that worked for our family, the service provider was fast, efficient, and provided good options for what we could do with our tank since it didn’t need servicing immediately. We opted to have it emptied anyway and my kids were fascinated with the process. I know this wasn’t part of the job but Jimmy answered my children’s questions and was very patient with them. The whole service was fast and relatively easy.

John came out today to help us for some troubleshooting on our tricky septic system. He was patient and really listened to us. He was thorough in his work, checked and re-checked everything he could. Clearly explained the issues and instructions moving forward. His customer service was A+

Jimmy the tech that came to my house was incredibly helpful. He was on time. Very respectful of my lawn and property. Exercised caution around my flowerbeds. Answered all my questions with a good attitude and even helped me a bit when I had dug up the wrong access hatch. I've dealt with a lot of workers on my house this year and it was refreshing to have smooth and easy experience. Jimmy deserves kudos. Well done Flowhawks!

Ryan from FloHawks was able to get out to my house within a few hours of my call. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue with a plugged pipe going to the septic. He also answered my questions and was very courteous. I would use FloHawks again for my plumbing or septic issues. Thanks for the excellent service.

Matt was absolutely amazing. Kind, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. He worked tirelessly for my family today troubleshooting a tough system and working with me throughout the day to figure out out how to resolve things with our septic. His workmanship looks spot on and during a stressful time he put me at ease with repeated updates and thorough explanations. I will always ask for Matt’s support from Flohawks when we need support with our septic. He was awesome!

Mike came out today to diagnose my septic pump problem. He was at my house when scheduled with all he needed to fix my problem. He gave me a clear estimate of the cost and when I agreed he got the job done quickly. I like that FloHawks sends out text message with picture of your technician prior to him showing up. This is the second year that Mike from FloHawks services our Septic System. I can’t say enough about how cool this guy is. Takes time to explain the work and outcomes in a very professional way.

As for the company, I know there are others out there, I’m however pretty happy with what I’m seeing when FloHawks stop by. My neighbors feel much the same way!

This year our system required repair-it seems that Pierce County approved our septic system in spite of the fact it was built incorrectly. Great oversight there, anyway after spending more than ten hours at my home the problem has largely been fixed. Darren went beyond my expectations with his time spent here.

While FloHawks has some pretty steep rates, you can find cheaper, for me, the level of professionalism is worth the cost. Thanks

Tony was great. He came out to help me with a clog between our house and the septic tank. He was able to remove the clog quickly, as well as identify the cause (a belly in the pipe causing solids to build up). He discussed several possible fixes with me, and is going to have an estimate sent to me within a few days. Thanks, Tony!

Kyle was super professional, informative and polite. He was able to come earlier than scheduled, which was great since we were completely unable to use any plumbing due to a blockage in the main line. He fixed the problem in a timely manner and gave us a fair price, especially considering it was an emergency. We would definitely use his services again!

My water pipes were making a loud howling noise, loud enough to keep us awake at night. I narrowed it down to what I thought the problem may be, but I’m not a plumber.

Called Flohawks and gave the the call taker a synopsis. They give you a six hour window that the plumber could show up in. Plumber showed up to my house after regular business hours, so supply stores were closed.

I told the plumber what the symptoms were and what I thought the problem could be. He agreed with me and said I needed a new PRV. Told me that he’d have to get the part tomorrow, but couldn’t guarantee a time for coming back. The man was at my house for no more than FIVE MINUTES.

Flohawks charged me $265 for that five minutes. No repair. Barely even a conversation. Was told that the scheduling people would get back to me later that evening. That didn’t happen either.

Called the next morning, they had scheduled someone to come out between 1pm and 6pm without consulting me first. I told the lady on the phone that I would like to discuss why I was charged for nothing before someone else comes out.

A supervisor called me shortly thereafter and said that he would keep the charge from the day before in place, but would discount 15 minutes off of todays time.

To summarize, I threw away $265. Not letting them come back out to my house and rip me off again. Had they been reasonable and communicative I would have gladly done business with them.

Please find a better managed company to come out and do your plumbing or septic.

I have called several times and left messages, also on FloHawks site, but never received any responses. They arrived on time and that's the only positive I can give. We were shocked since we've used them in the past. This time was completely different. They were hired to clean and inspect our septic system prior to listing our home for sale. What was left was a huge swath of dug-out lawn, damaged landscaping and large rhodies, plus some debris from somewhere. Exposed dirt and rocks all over with no attempt to repair or even cover the area. They didn't report there were any issues, only handed my sister the bill. Two other family members also called to report the unacceptable mess, however no one ever did anything! I will not use FloHawks again and do not recommend this company!

1st home with a septic and the lid seal broke not sure what to do so I contacted them they came out right away. Eric was able to fix it explained what happened and how to prevent it in the future! He was very friendly and professional!

A nice touch that goes along way when it comes to service was that FloHawks sent me a text when he was on his way with a picture and name of the technician coming! Fantastic idea I think every service company should do this!

Amazing customer service. Septic system alarm went off the afternoon of Christmas Eve. Of course. The morning of the 26th, I called and I was offered an immediate appointment. I couldn't set up an appointment until today, but they were still very accommodating. The tech showed up and was very polite. Initially we were quoted as needing a new pump at $2600 total for our bill. Ryan continued working on the septic and then realized that the pump had a piece of plastic stuck inside of it. Ryan was an outstanding customer advocate and ensure we were taken care of. We still had our tanks pumped just to be safe.

It's rare for companies to do what's best anymore. But FloHawks is still customer service driven. And I wont hesitate to call them anytime I need any service they provide.

Overall, an excellent experience with Flo Hawks. They quickly responded to my initial call. Reviewed our situation and made a plan. They work weekends and evenings which worked well for us. The technician, Tony, was really skilled. He showed great determination in fixing a particularly difficult problem. While it was a bit expensive, they seem to be competitively priced. We really appreciate the good work.
