My first time using this company. Very professional, good communication and a very fair price. Mike was our tech and did a great job. I had them do a gas fireplace service and it looks like new and runs great. I will definitely call them again.

We needed an electrician to come and take care of a lighting problem. Walter came and was thorough and efficient. His work made us feel safe. He explained what we needed to replace and we felt very confident and optimistic that the completed job will be perfect.

Updated: Walter completed the job with the help of a trainee. Both were so pleasant and we found having the same electrician coming to complete jobs is very efficient and reassuring. You build a trust. They were simply the best.

Updated: 6/2/25. Walter came back and expertly installed another fan/light in our foyer. It is split level and with his special ladder was easily able to do the job without any trouble. Again an excellent job completed.

Top notch service: from initial phone call by dispatch to the arrival and departure of technician: Nick Goss . Nick possesses all the qualities I would want from an employee if I owned Holliday. He is personable, very service oriented, extremely knowledgeable about HVAC, flawlessly professional and detailed oriented throughout the service. Very impressed with this company and looking forward to working with them in the future for bi-annual services.

Holliday Heating and Air Conditioning installed a new furnace and air conditioner (They offered a discount if we did the install at the same time.) after our furnace stopped working in December. They were on-time, professional, consultative, and very efficient. I especially liked that the technician had a device that gave all the options of furnaces and air conditioners so that I could see the price differences and benefits of each which made me feel that I was choosing the right one for my budget and needs.

I am so glad I decided to call Holliday for my furnace inspection and tuneup! My experience was beyond satisfactory. I was amazed with the detail and thoroughness of the service. Jory explained everything in depth while making it understandable to a nontechnical customer. I will definitely be a returning customer and recommend them to my family and friends.

Amazing service!!! We have encountered some mishaps with our furnace shutting off and Jory truly went above and beyond. He was extremely friendly, professional and reassuring. Service was quick and reliable. Our furnace has been up and running since like brand new. Couldn’t be more happy 👍👍👍

I’m retired HVAC myself so definitely not an easy grader is putting it mildly. These guys did quality work that looked professional. Can’t recommend enough.

So,so happy!! We had a service tech come out to just do a maintenance check. The tech ( Jory ) showed up exactly on time and was extremely friendly and as it turned out very, very knowledgeable.
We now have a heat pump that works correctly ( it never did before hand). He also reset the fan speeds to accommodate the the numerous other changes he made.
Our house is now being heated efficiently and quietly.
Thank you Jory and Holiday Heating, you guys rock!!

Great service as always! Miguel the technician was right on time and certainly knowledgeable. I was looking for a quote on a significant electrical project at home to run power to my out building. He listened to what I needed, made great recommendations and educated me on key electrical issues. I will be using them for this project.

Daniel from Holiday heating is incredible! Knowledgeable and efficient. Went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of. He literally saved us thousands of dollars by being able to fix our boiler, when two other companies had communicated that it had to be completely replaced. We will definitely use Holliday for all of our heating and electrical needs. Best call I’ve made since moving here.

I don’t normally post reviews, but at this very moment I am frustrated with Hoillday hearing. They came to my house mid December to replace a furnace and do some electrical work. While getting the electrical work done, one of the gentleman broke one of my storm windows. I was assured that it would be taken care of in a week or two. Well, here it is almost two
months, and I still do not have my window fixed. I have called over and over and some how no one can get back to me to tell me what is going on. It seems once Mitch and Chris get your money, they don’t care. No professional at all. I would not recommend this business.
Update: Mitch contacted me about the window and was finally able to get it fixed. He apologized and admitted he should have contacted me sooner.
I would say my experience with their workers was a pleasure. And they did a great job with my furnace, hot water heater, plus the electrical work we had done.

We were due for an annual checkup and wanted to try a new company so decided on Holiday Heating. Nick showed up promptly on our scheduled date and gave me a 30 minute heads up. He was professional, courteous and very thorough with a complete checkup of our furnace and cooling system. Took photos of every item on his checklist for future reference and reviewed with me after. The bill was very reasonable for the time and work performed and we will gladly use Holiday Heating on a regular basis and recommend you give them a try!

My motor blower went out on my furance and I called for an appointment. I was told the service call would be about 299 as it was a weekend or i could schedule it the following day for cheaper 149. I asked for an approximate cost of the repair and he indicated that it could be 600 to around 1000, but he couldnt give a hard estimate as he hadnt diagnosed the issue.this was during our time of 1 degree weather so i agreed to the call.

I told them i had a payne furance and that it was about 24 years old .i asked if they wanted my serial number for it. He told me that it was not necessary as most parts were universal and they carried most parts on the van. I was told that it would be later in the day and the guy showed up about an hour to an hour and half later. I was impressed on how fast they got to my house.

He looked at the unit and indicated that he would not have the part as the furance was about 24 years old ( amazing how he immediately knew he didn't have the part without even looking but I guess he knows his inventory by heart) and immediately went to telling me that units last about 20 to 30 years and then they need to be replaced and he would still charge me the 299 but could schedule me for a quote for a new unit. If i wanted him to fix it he would have to check to see if the parts supplier would open and would cost an extra 75 to 300 to ask the parts store to open up to get it and that if they didn't have it they would still charge me for opening. I then opened my phone and did a Google search and found that replacement part was about 300 bucks and available online with a local option. He told me they would charge me around 600 for the part and that It would take a couple of hours at overtime rate so around 1500 for the repair.

At this point, I told him I no longer required his services and he said he would diagnose the issue to make sure it was the blower motor and he was gonna charge me if he did it or not. He then proceeded to take about 5 min and tell me I had a bad motor as it would not turn freely.

I paid him 324 dollars and told him I would not be using their services again as it seemed more like a sales call then a service call. If they would have told me we don't have the parts or couldn't get them I would have never agreed to the repair as it was a weekend.

The price seemed to escalate at every corner and when I googled how to do the repair and found a video it was approximately 9 min 11 seconds. Not sure how that translates into a few hours of work.. what kind of repair was he was gonna do that they can magically do on the internet in 10.minutes.

I get that it's a weekend and I get that these guys are providing a service but like I said it seemed like I was paying for a sales call rather then a service call and I wouldn't use these guys again as it was bait and switch. I am 324 dollars poorer my wife was pissed as me and my furance isn't fixed.

I am lucky I have amazing neighbors who offered space heaters and support.. these guys aren't them..

Update someone from Sturm reached out after they saw my review and indicated someone would get a hold of me and make things right. Well its been over a two years and no one ever reached out. I went with a competitor and now appreciate how sturm treated me because I wouldn't have found those guys who did an amazing job, didnt play games and didnt scam me. Go look in my reviews if u wanna be treated right for the company who did the work ( I also referred 4 other families to them and they were also happy with the results from the other company).

John called ahead of his scheduled appointment to confirm. Showed up on time. Was professional. Explained what he would be doing with the furnace and ac inspection. For my home pre sale. When he was finished he showed his detailed report with pictures. He was very thorough and left me feeling comfortable about my furnace condition. Thank you so much

Wow! I am totally impressed by the Air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning and furnace servicing provided by Chuck and Dominic at Sturm!! They both worked hard all day and did an excellent job at all of the tasks!!
They were friendly and personable. (Which I think is super important when you have workman in your home most of the day!)
My duct work has never been so clean!! They did a very thorough job! I highly recommend Sturm!!

Gerry and John F were so helpful! Had my HVAC system serviced, ducts cleaned and sanitized. My basement stairs were too narrow for their system, so they figured out another way in. My electrical system wasn't quite right to run their equipment, so they pulled out their generator. My furnace was super dirty, and they took the time to clean it out really thoroughly, and explained it all so I can take better care of the unit. Friendly, too! And for a very reasonable price! Highly recommend these guys.

We replaced our 20+ year gas furnace and hot water tank with Sturm. The installation was done very professionally, quickly and everything has gone very well. Sturm basically handled all the paperwork, so the whole process was very convenient. New tank and furnace work noticeably better. I recommend Sturm.

Had the best experience with Sturm! Had our vents and air ducts cleaned and furnace serviced and they did the most professional job! Our house was built in 1952 and I dont think it had ever been done. Dominic and John arrived right on time and went to work and got the job done quickly and efficiently, even while dealing with my nosey dogs trying to get their attention. The air quality in my house is so much better and my furnace is running smoothly, which is important during these winter months. Thank you Jeff, Dominic, and John F. You guys rock! Highly recommended!

John F. is a great employee with this company! Performed fantastic work, has excellent customer service and rapport and that is HARD to come by in today’s society! This company is doing great things, highly recommend anyone to use them!

Extremely professional organization starting w/Kip Elliot. We purchased a mini split and gas water heater last month. Kip met w/me last summer to look at opportunities to improve our energy efficiency. We have a historic south hill home and I have met w/other vendors who gave us quotes that were much higher w/similar specs. Kip is practical and honest. The installers were competent and very professional. The front office was also very professional. I will go back to Sturm to get a new furnace when ours dies.
I highly recommend calling Kip/Strum for a quote.
