Justus was very knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. He explained to us the problem and the options we had to solve it. He also reviewed the completed job and tested everything making sure that a was satisfied.I was very pleased.

I have used them for a few years now, and I cannot say enough good things about them. They are always prompt in responding to my calls, the service is reliable and affordable, and they are great with my pets. I highly recommend them!

They came fast and the subcontractors they sent were professional and great. But the price was too high for a simple clean and replacement of the furnace filter.

Check out reviews from Renton and Seattle location. People said this was a scam and surely enough it was. They had me paid for the membership then never showed up. I got stood up 3 times. No call or anything. And when you call back, they’ll read you the same line of excuse. I only found out when I called them 4 different times and 3 times the script were the same. Please avoid!

Wonderful HVAC technician John! He is a great tech and is very knowledgeable and courteous. Always does a great thorough job. With that said all techs that have came out were great. Everyone in the company is very professional.

Stay away!!! They are scammers
They charged us 300 to come out and give us an estimate on a furnace repair, explaining that they charged 149 for "service / membership " fee and also charged another 149 for his time (his name is Mike) since he had to "work" to give us an estimate. He told us that our repair would have been 2000 and he refused to give us a written estimate, or sent us an email. After us insiting in giving us a written estimate he wrote an estimate on a piece of paper, without signing it or anything

I’m am disappointed in this company. I called into the company and clearly explained that I needed services for my HVAC located in my BUSINESS. I said to him several times I am a business in need of HVAC and plumbing services. The representative was speaking very fast promising me the moon and the stars. His main objective was to get me to buy their membership. Please BEWARE. Benjamin is a sourcing company selling memberships. Come to find out an hour later after I purchased the memberships they don’t hav a 3rd party tech that service businesses . That’s when I discovered it was only about me purchasing their membership. Please beware.

Jimmy was incredibly professional. Despite it being an evening appointment, he was more than happy to help us out and went above and beyond in his explanation of the repairs. His expertise was obvious, and he was also incredibly kind. The pricing was also great, so all in all it was a pleasure to work with him. We'd give him this company five stars any day.

they offered a complimentary inspection and the guy came out and said our house was going to burn down if we didn't buy a new furnace and he gave us a bunch of reasons. he then charged us $89 for the inspection and we said it was supposed to be free. He talked us into believing we needed a new furnace and this would be considered down payment so we paid.

feeling unsure we got two more opinions who both said our furnace was absurdly fine and told us people will use scare tactics to get you to purchase a new furnace.

we called to get a refund and they said they don't know how to refund. stay away!!! they just want your money and are absolutely clueless and heartless. we are working with the BBB to fix this so they can't do this to anyone else

I can't believe how reliable this company is! I am extremely happy I went with them. The time between me calling them the first time to sched a tech to take a look at my faulty unit and getting new a/c installed was only 6 hours!

Benjamin Heating And Cooling installed two new HVAC systems at our home. They were happy to answer all of our questions and concerns, had knowledgeable technicians, showed up on time and also had great prices for the new system. I would highly recommend them!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!purchased a furnace in feb of 2023. In September or 2023 the unit had a bad board. Tried to contact the company 58 times( yes I went back to count and can show the screenshots.) they kept telling me that a tech would reach out. No response and not follow up from anyone. I was hung up on over 15 times when trying to get information about my warranty. I will be taking them to small claims for the cost of labor, parts, time spent on this issue. Have also reached out to the BBB to take action against. They contract all the work to third party so you only deal with them for scheduling. It’s a pain. Incredible waste of time. Do yourself a favor and go to someone else.

I chose to go with Benjamin Heating And Cooling based on my friends referral and they didn't disappoint. They had a professional and knowledgeable sales team that isn't pushy on getting the price tag up. They were able to lay out all the options so you can make a good decision considering your own needs. My AC install was flawless with a clean finish. The gents that came out were true craftsmen. Excellent!!!

Service was ok. We had an unexpected charge of $99.00 a year later only to find out they set us up for some annual renewal. We have had no follow up with then since our new furnace a year ago. I was able to call premium home services and dispute the charge, but some transparency would have been nice.
Now I'm wondering if we really needed a nee furnace after reading some of these other reviews. 😒

From start to finish, the team impressed with their professionalism and expertise. They arrived promptly and completed the duct installation in just under an hour. The vents were positioned perfectly, greatly improving airflow throughout our home. Highly recommend for their attention to detail and efficiency.
