The worst experience I ever had with this company. Came down for 10 minutes just look at the furnace and AC outdoor unit and handed me the bill for $142. No good customer service. I don't recommend this to anyone.

Very honest HVAC company with a lot of experience and expertise. Had to get a third opinion on a fairly new system. Tim fixed it faster and for a very small fraction of the price.

The worst service, I have been waiting for a tech to come by, but just like fidelity they give me the run around. The worst customer service, they don’t help people with their problems, as far as my heater. It’s close to winter and my house still hasn’t gotten a heater and I have kids in the house. Do better superior air.

Tim was efficient,and repaired the same unit that the other companies I had give me an estimate that they wanted to replace it.he was very informative and friendly and didn't treat me like I was ignorant.thanks tim!now I don't have to stress this summer about my unit not working.

I had this company check out my furnace system before I bought my house and they apparently did some work before I bought the house but now the thermostat doesn't work at all and I cannot call the company because their phone doesn't work.

The house is very cold and my wife is extremely unhappy.

Would recommend Superior Air. This company was prompt, professional, very friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. I appreciate how quickly the work was done and that he answered all my questions. I'm very happy with the quality of their work and the respect for my time and space.

Tim with Superior Air Services was amazing. My aiirhandler went out on one of the coldest days of winter, they had my new Airbender and thermostat done in a say and it was very reasonable and passed all inspection s. Thank you Superior Air Services

Tim with Superior is very knowledgeable on repairs and older units. We have used many other vendors, and most people will not work on older units, but Tim has been able to source parts and fix Furnaces that normally we would get quotes for a whole new furnace. Recommend using them for your furnace needs.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Tim and Heather Troth are horrible business owners. Quoted 3 days for a mini split system completion, almost 8 weeks later it's still not done, every line leaks and they said their out of money and want more to get it completed. 13k deposit with 3k when completed. When I said that I don't have anymore for the project, they flipped out and is now trying to small claims court me. It'll take 7k to repair the nasty work that was performed.They're liars and scam artists. They breached their own contact. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT GO WITH THIS GARBAGE OF A COMPANY. Save your money and time and go with another company.

I’ve been dealing with Kohler’s heating and air for over 15 years and I WOULD never choose any other company. They go out of their way to make sure everything is done correctly and in a very efficient time frame. Technicians are friendly and knowledgeable.
