Exceptional service! Unlike two previous electricians, Brent took the time to thoroughly inspect our panel—something no one else did—and discovered a serious issue that could have led to a fire. Not only was Brent on time, professional, and detail-oriented, but also brought a great sense of humor that made the whole experience positive. Truly rare to find someone this thorough and personable. Highly recommend!

Called DEAR Services for a minor repair, and was glad to learn they could give me a solution for other electrical issues in the home. Taylor initially responded and did top notch work. Very knowledgeable, personable and professional. She had a coworker (Alex) come out to do work estimates - he provided the same level of service as Taylor. I can only speak to DEAR Services electrical technicians, but from my experience I would highly recommend engaging their company for electrical work.

Dante and Matt were on it! They came in, they were friendly and attentive, and helped to diagnose the problem quickly. I appreciated their expertise in this area, their patients with all my questions, and they’re wonderful attitudes. Highly recommend.

Amazing company! Efficient process when I called in for an emergency weekend service, they scheduled me early Sunday morning. Very communicative throughout! Then Brent, our technician , showed up on time and was very professional. He did a little troubleshooting and resolved our issue immediately! WOW! I highly recommend Dear Services! Taylor did a great job! I was so excited when I heard that my electrician was a female I was especially excited. She was very knowledge and resolved the issue very quickly.

Alex was called out to do some follow up work and he was amazing as well. His response time was GREAT and he was also very knowledgeable.

Edit: once I got the quote from her manager I was shocked. They wanted to charge me $28 grand to update all my electrical. I sat through 30 mins of sales talk walking through their subscription service—a talk they insisted the man of the house was present for—before they would even give the talk. I was able resolve the issue for a fraction of this cost with another company.

Daunte was a great technician! Between Misha and Daunte! They made me feel comfortable with everything! Highly elreccomend

Jayden was prompt, professional, and did an excellent job replacing my sewer ejector pump. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and left the area clean. I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend him!

Dante answered all my questions I had and was very thorough with my furnace tune- up today. Highly recommended

Avoid these folks. They tried to sell my parents a new furnace when all it needed was a simple repair. And they refused to tell them what was wrong. They demanded a $300 fee my parents never agreed to for diagnostics they never performed. We called a different company who had the existing furnace back up and running the next day!

Also their customer service is not great, seems like it’s mostly AI chatbot, very difficult to get a real human. There are companies out there where you can get a real person on the phone first try, this is not it.

Dario very friendly and knew what he was talking about. Gave me all my options, explained them, applied all discounts without me asking. Finished work is 10/10. Will definitely be having him back to do more work on this rental. Thank you
