Red G Came out and performed a service on my Furnace and A/C unit. Instead of just rushing through the service, he took his time to give me a full rundown on the performance specs of my system, providing great recommendations for how I can optimize my furnace and ensure it's efficiency. Since this was the first time I have used DEAR, I worried about the "upsell", but it never came! Instead he explained that all that was needed was continued proper maintenance as the units were in good shape!

I will certainly be using DEAR in the future and would recommend them to friends and family. Thanks Red!

Taylor came out for an electrical inspection and she was so helpful and extremely thorough. She answered all of our questions and she was so sweet! Definitely would recommend them for any type of work!!

Brent and Dan were great and provided us with a fair and accurate estimate for a large electrical project that was not addressed by the previous owners.

Taylor was amazing. I had 2 male professionals. One, a home inspector, tell me the upstairs electric was never hooked up. Taylor immediately turned it on ( switch was hiding). No need but I'm definitely going with DEAR in the future if needed .

Had 2 separate estimate visits, one for HVAC and one for Electric. I was so impressed by the knowledge of each technician/expert who we were able to speak with. Ben and Dante were very thorough in their HVAC inspection, making solid recommendations and even answered my additional questions over the phone after they left. Taylor was absolutely phenomenal when doing the electric inspection. She provided very clear explanations for each recommendation and made it super easy to understand the "why should I do this?" aspects of the recommended work. I look forward to working with Dear Services again very soon to get my work completed!

Taylor supplied me with everything I needed to know and overall was a great representative!!!! Left the appointment with 0 questions , she was super friendly , would 10/10 recommend her!

Taylor was so easy to talk to, patient and detail oriented when addressing my immediate concerns (wiring, disconnecting and replacing a range hood) along with making necessary recommendations for other electrical malfunctions she found in her initial inspection. Taylor conducted a thorough inspection of our exhaust fan and other electrical components, making sure everything was working safely and efficiently. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions.

Brent was wonderful! Came prepared with shoe booties too. I had simple electrical concerns that were an easy fix, and he was informative, patient, and easy-going. A technician visit is free. Will definitely reach out to him and this company in the future.

Taylor was our electrician who came out to assist us with an overall estimate of our electrical issues and she was amazing explaining our electrical issues and what will be needed to get our home up to code. Taylor came out today. She was very polite, informative, and knowledgeable about her job. She was very mindful of her work area and left no mess. I will be signing for 3 or 4 job plus the membership.
One of my in wall heater quit. Taylor came out shortly after I called. She was able to remove the wire to the bad heater so I could use the other one until the heating situation is resolved.

Brent H. was excellent. So was the supervisor Francisco. Very friendly and very thorough to make sure all of our electrical was safe and up to code. Would highly recommend. The pricing was really fair and fantastic work.

We had old style Electrical panel installed in our house, and we wanted to install EV connector. Brent was great. He explained everything in detail with pros and cons, with short term vs long term solutions. I definitely recommend them if you care about best services.

Taylor, Sam, and Mark arrived early and gave us ample notice of that. Covered their shoes! Taylor gave us a VERY thorough, easy to understand inspection of our electrical box, checked several circuits, and made a few safety recommendations to include in the estimate. We saw Mark engage with Taylor to assure quality control, and she spoke with such knowledge that we truly feel confident that this Dear Services Team can help us with our electrical challenges. Sam and his colleagues were engaging, friendly, and made sure they understood what our concerns are. At the end of the consult, Taylor did a recap of our requests and Mark noted that we would need to consult the bldg mgr on our condo unit’s infrastructure blueprint and provide this input back to Dear Services so that a final plan of action can be provided to us for submission to our HOA Board for approval.
