I have been using this company for over 20 years. They normally show up the next day. They are always friendly and courteous and have never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need.

Mark and Jeremy were prompt and very professional! Came in and help us get the cool air back working! Not only that but they checked the whole system and made sure nothing else was going to be a problem down the road! Answered all our questions and even helped program the auto thermostat so we can set and forget it! Thankyou so much for helping keep my 90 year old mom comfortable in the hot weather!

I've worked with Stanley who replaced our furnace and installed a heat pump. He is always responsive whenever I have an issue or question. If something can be resolved on a text, he will just do it; he doesn't try to sell a service visit.
I am glad he is our HVAC tech and would highly recommend him!

Had complete replacement of air handler and heat pump. These dudes busted ass on a 95 degree day doing the install. Very good prices with out the pressure from a salesmen that most companies will send. Highly recommend.

Kodie Chapman refused to pay for my broken window which their service truck caused! Horrible customer service, the guy that answers the phones is very unprofessional.

Driver hit my window shield with a rock which I have a dash cam proving it came from their truck. The owner is refusing to pay so now I have to start a smalls claims and take this to court. Customer service guy was very sarcastic and unprofessional about the situation stating this has happened to him "many" times and he doesn't call the company to get reimbursed so I shouldn't either and recommended I use my insurance. I have proof so i will be proceeding with a smalls claims.

I had an appointment scheduled for a Friday with an arrival time of 9:30-10:30 am. I received a call from the tech at 9:10 that he did not think he would make the appointment time based on traffic. We rescheduled for the following Tuesday at noon. He was a no-show. I did not hear from the tech or the office at all. For some reason the tech arrived at my home unannounced at 8:30 am on Wednesday. I let him know I had not heard from anyone since he and I spoke on Friday and I let him know we went with another company.

After placing a service call at 7:00 AM or so on 02.23.23, I was assured a return call to schedule a tech to repair our lower level HVAC which was not working. At about 11:00 AM or so, I called back expressing my disappointment in not receiving that returned call to schedule a tech. I was told the department head was in a meeting and would reach out right after. Well, it is now 10:42 on the next day and still no reply. In addition, I sent an email of disappointment to their corporate office...crickets. Nothing more reflective of a company's professionalism
and business ethic than when they ghost long-term customers. If you need immediate service or at least a reasonably timed response, DON'T call Macdonald Miller Service. Try Mechanical & Control Services Inc. Not only do they respond timely, but they are extremely courteous, expedient and reliable.
