"Fantastic experience" doesn't normally come up in conversation when people talk about having to replace faulty plumbing in their house, but somehow Regan at Howe Brother's Plumbing turned my frustration into an incredibly positive experience.

I first came into the store looking for a specific part that I thought I needed from an online search. Even though he had the exact part I came in for, Regan asked me specific questions about the age of my bathroom fixtures and what the issues were. In the end, he expertly explained that despite the part number being identical, the age of my home's bathroom faucet required a different piece and approach.

After returning home to take pictures of the plumbing itself, he brought out the exact pieces I needed to replace my shower faucet cartridge without requiring any adaptors or any other kinds of added complexity.

Then, Regan took the time to carefully explain how to replace the parts, what might be slightly different between the old parts and this replacement, and how I would know the job was successful. In the end, my repair went great thanks to his kind attention to detail and all of his help!

Awoke to a leaking water heater this morning. There was a sticker in it that Oasen had installed it in 2006. I talked to them at 8:30am and new water heater was installed and they were gone by 10am! Definitely recommend

Ok folks! Plumbers are expensive. No getting around it. You youngsters out there who don't mind getting their hands dirty should consider this as a career choice. But anyway, theses guys are good! Ken and Luke arrived on time and got right at it. They replaced 2 outdoor spigot's quickly and put in the newer "no freeze" type. This is a 70's house and all the plumbing is a bit sketchy. I had another plumber do a majority of the work when I renovated this house and he wasn't as good. I'll hire these guys next time I need a plumber!

I recently hired Oasen and they sent Plumber Jim to help me out. He was great! Super informative, gave me great advice, cleaned up after himself so well, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I hired Oasen after to fix "messes" made by two other plumbing companies. I'm so glad I did! The rate was incredibly fair and I'll be calling them any time I need a plumber in the future. I called them after reading plenty of referrals from Nextdoor app on Thursday morning. I was able to text Jim a couple of pictures of what was going on (leaking original gate valve before the meter in the basement). He gave me a quote for the job, explained what would be completed and gave me options for appointments. I told him I was waiting for another plumbers estimate before I decide. He said that was no problem.
The other estimate I got was far above Oasen's estimate for exactly the same work.
By Friday, after the city water utility was able to verify the outside water line turned off, Oasen Plumbing was able to arrange the replacement and show up within an hour.
I met Ken and his sidekick and they got to work right away.
The job was done and everything looks great.
Thankfully, it was an easy process and easy on my wallet with these guys. I will gladly hire them again.

Purchased two new toilets. Wanted pros to install. One arrived broken, only realized when Oasen unboxed them. They were not purchased from Oasen. They managed to not only install but came back in timely fashion to install replacement. Also had a p trap rot out. Easy to do unless it’s stripped out and broken off. Oasen did the job in less than 10 minutes and worth a full hour.

My hot water heater was only 4 years old and Ken came to see if it could be repaired. It needed to be replaced and Oasen had it replaced with a quality hot water heater the same day. And quality workmanship. I thought the price was a little high.

Needed to replace our water heater and decided to bundle in a new water softener since all units were very old. Found nothing but exceptional professionalism and the kind of attitude that comforts the anxiety of any homeowner. I would go to them 9 times out of 10 moving forward. It's comforting to know there is a quality plumber right in the neighborhood.

We have used and relied on Oasen Plumbing for years. Recently in the cold spell we had a frozen kitchen drain that we couldn't get opened and called Oasen. Jim made a special effort to come the next day and although he couldn't open the drain with his snake because of thick ice, he stayed and used a space heater until it thawed and got the drain opened. He really saved us lots of trouble and stuck with the problem until fixed. I would recommend Oasen without hesitation. They are great.
