These folks were efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful! I couldn't ask for a better plumber.

I submitted a request online asking a bunch of questions, and Mark called me to go through everything. He spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me talking through options of kitchen faucets and other plumbing questions. It was refreshing to get someone who would talk through things instead of immediately trying to sell me something.

I had their crew out three times to do various work: install an automatic water shutoff, pressure regulator valve, fix a few toilets, show me how to change a whole house water filter, and more. It was nice that they sent the same folks each time because they already were familiar with the house.

I will be calling them any time I need plumbing help in the future.

It's 1:40pm on a Friday as I'm writing this, 51 minutes after calling Mark's for a clogged kitchen drain. Their crew *just* left. The guys that came were nice and did a great job.

Absolutely insane that less than an hour after CALLING to request an appointment their team is leaving my house having fixed the issue.

This company is all-around fantastic. I have been using them for many years for everything from clearing tree roots from the sewer, faucet replacement, clearing standing water in the basement, to toilet replacement, and even coming up with some solutions for water getting in through a sewer vent. All the techs are efficient, knowledgeable and professional, as is the office staff.

Jeff the master plumber is particularly amazing. His customer service goes so above and beyond what he *has* to do, and his patience and willingness to walk people like me (not exactly a handywoman) through the way things work should be commended. I even have his work cell saved in my contacts because he is my go-to for any questions and i trust him to get me a straight solution with my budget in mind. He is an invaluable member of their team and has made it so that I'd choose this company over any other, even if it saved me a few bucks to go elsewhere.

We hired Mark's Reddi Rooter to help us with inspecting our plumbing with their drain cameras. We recently bought a house built in the 60s, and we had a strange toilet issue in one of our bathrooms that stumped multiple plumbers. The team had experience with the exact issue. The tech here was very knowledgeable, helped us brainstorm, and ran the camera for us. We were lucky that we determined the issue was a fluke, but would recommend them for service to other people looking for a rooter. They were great!

They were there the same day to unplug my drain. Very quick and efficient and offered help on how to avoid possible future issues. This is not the fist time we've used them and I am sure will not be the last.

We've had Roto Rooter do a yearly cleaning of our sewer line because of tree roots for many years. Today the sewer backed up and they couldn't get anyone out here until tomorrow (and we had our kids and grandkids coming that afternoon) So much for emergency service...Called Mark's and they had it fixed and out of here before everyone got here. I'll be having them do the yearly cleaning from now on (and so will our neighbor)!

My coworker Paul recommended Mark’s Redi Rooter, as he uses them at his other job, and I’m so glad he did! The receptionist is always so friendly, and the techs are awesome—they get the job done right and fast every time. Their communication on arrival is excellent, which makes scheduling and coordination so easy. Before contacting Mark's Reddi Rooter, I spoke with several other similar service providers and was discouraged at the lack of professionalism in their responses. In contrast, when I called Mark's and spoke with Jeff, he was very polite and helpful. He patiently helped me understand what I likely have going on and walked me through a couple options to resolve the issue. As it stands, we are going to wait and see so I'm not sure if the issue is resolved or not, but Jeff's kind demeanor and technical knowledge is very appreciated. Based on Jeff's level of care and service, I will be using Mark's Reddi Rooter for any drain or plumbing related issues we may have in the future.

Mark's Reddi Rooter saved our house! We contacted various other places(either no callback or completely booked) prior to making a call to Mark's Reddi Rooter which was recommended by a local company who was not able to help at the time.....as it was the weekend. Our drain had backed up into our basement and our toliet was overflowing. The technician arrived quickly and was very efficient in finding the problem right away. Top notch service, highly recommend!

Called yesterday at 2:30pm and they were here at 9:30am this morning (it was non-emergent). The person on the phone has lots of great questions and helped with my anxiety about the situation, she was kind patient and told me exactly what was likely happening.

They called before their arrival and Sam and Merrik were very kind! They answered all my questions and worked really hard to find the drain they needed to go through. They used a camera through the kitchen sink to find the proper drain which we found immediately under a stupid box, so they took the camera charge off our bill. They cleared the block and it was from a tree root, so they fixed the issue! Unfortunately they did break one of their blades in the pipe, but they discounted that time because it was "their mistake."

I just felt like they were really trying to provide a kind and compassion service and were very honest. They didn't try to get a quick buck because I didn't know anything.

Would recommend!! I haven't gotten my bill yet but they outlined how much I should expect.

LI want to highly recommend Mark's Reddi-Rooter for both plumbing and rooter services. I was incredibly impressed with their work; they provide the best plumbing service in the area and offer reasonable pricing for high-quality results.
The team is honest and upfront, and every staff member I encountered was professional and attentive. Jeff provided a detailed estimate and offered multiple options alongside honest advice. I was especially impressed with the plumber they sent, Colton. He was thorough and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. He successfully diagnosed and fixed a plumbing issue we have been dealing with for years—one that many other plumbers had previously misdiagnosed, "fixed" but would eventually fail again & again, getting worse each time. He also installed my new water heater & softener.
Overall, their communication was excellent throughout the process. I definitely suggest reaching out to them for any plumbing needs.

Rod and his team were amazing on a five month three phase remodel project we did at our office. We had some issues come up during construction that required them to be here late or come in early and their guys were always courteous and handled the issues.
