Man these guys are great! Kevin called after we put in an early Saturday morning request. Great service and he was done very fast. He was very friendly and responsive. I appreciated their availability on such short notice!

I just called Mark's Reddi Rooter Yesterday.
As a Construction Manager, I was impressed with the quick and knowledgeable correspondence. The Team in the Field was clean working and respectful to the Hospital environment.
I thought, I had a major problem in a 54' pipe run, that was going to cost my clients thousands to fix. They brought every possible method available, to solve my problem with two guys and service trucks. They sent the camera in and found out, that it was the electrician, trying from both ends, who was just not able to push the fishing wire though that many elbows in the conduit. They attached the fishing wire to the camera and thereby solved my problem on the way out. My bill was under 200$ and I got the Bill the same day, Today.
I will call them for any size project I have in the future.

I called Mark's because my neighborhood plumber recommended them for investigating a sewer vent blockage. Shaun and his partner were fast and honest. They told me about something that might be an issue down the line but didn't try to sell me on fixing it right now. He was also extremely polite and respectful when coming inside the house during COVID-19, wearing a mask and using the booties I offered him. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Our basement drains backed up with sewage Saturday evening and Marks Reddi Rooter saved the day! Arthur is a hero! He kept us calm, was incredibly friendly, and explained everything to us! Our situation proved to be difficult after plans A, B, and C didn’t work. We were ready to give up but Arthur kept trying things. After several hours going late into Saturday, we had success! I cannot thank Arthur enough. He was enjoyable to have in our home and allowed us to have a calm remainder of our weekend. Cannot recommend Arthur or Marks Reddi Rooter enough!!!

Mark and his crew are knowledgeable, honest, and professional. Much more than a rooter service, they took on a tough plumbing problem for me and gave great advice and multiple solutions to choose from. Mark was very thoughtful with our historic building and definitely earned my trust.

I had an emergency and needed my main drain line cleared right away. Mark's came out that same day and sent the most amazing plumber I have ever worked with named Jake. He was able to use the main stack rather than charging to pull and reset the toilet so he wouldn't have to charge me as much - I was told by other plumbers that they "Had no other choice" than to pull the toilet - he was professional and kind and cleared a root filled line throughly. He talk to me about setting up annual routing until we can replace the line. PLUS he left the area he worked in clean even after an hour long routing job! Total cost was lower than I had been charge for the same routing issue in the past. I was surprised with how low the cost was when I got same day service! I will call them for every plumbing issue I have going forward.

We called Mark's when we were having drain/grease trap issues at our commercial kitchen. The technician who came out (also named Mark) was right on time and extremely professional. Honestly they are lucky to have someone who takes their job as seriously as he does. He fixed our problem, gave us tips on how to avoid future issues, and did a thorough cleanup job before leaving. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are always the first place we call for plumbing issues

There were some issues with the original plumbing installation at our business. They could have left things the way they were (as they were technically to code), but that would have left us with the potential for reoccurring back-ups. Mark and his team were responsive to our concerns and worked diligently to ensure all issues were corrected. We were extremely happy with the outcome. Thanks!

Terry Erickson came over to our house and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. He verified the solution worked before leaving our home. Communication was excellent: he was extremely transparent and competent. Response was far more prompt than competitors and pricing was very fair. I highly recommend.

Called my normal plumber and they couldn't come out to fix my clogged sink for over a week and said to call some larger plumbers. Called one of them and even they couldn't come out but said to give Mark's Reddi Rooter a call. Called and they had someone over in 2 hours to fix my issue. Service Tech (Mark - not the owner) was professional, courteous and friendly. Did an awesome job and cleaned up the job site perfectly upon completion. If you have a clogged drain/pipe I wouldn't hesitate a second to give them a call.

My floor drain was backing up and draining extremely slowly. Called Mark's Reddi Rooter on Monday (3/21/22) and was able to get an appointment for Tuesday (3/22/22). Shaun and Arthur used a heavy duty snake to clear the clog which was somewhere between my house and the main pipe. They cleaned up after. Really happy with the service and the promptness. Highly recommend this business. A big thank you.

Highly recommend. When I called, they understood the problem and gave me two estimates - one the most likely and the other the worst case. I was able to get an appointment that same day. They let me know when they were on their way. They were courteous, prompt and efficient. After fixing the problem, they checked the other drains in the house. I really appreciate them! Mark’s team was on time, fixed a serious pipe clog, rooted our main line, and were out in less than an hour. They were able to make it over in less than a business day, were totally professional, and charged a very reasonable price. I would 10/10 recommend.

Great guys, great work! I was so happy to be able to call Mark's RR and get an appointment for the same day. Sean showed up and was so kind and friendly and put me at ease that he'd be able to solve our plumbing problem. He was so careful and respectful in our home and with our items and left things much cleaner than when he arrived. Our sewer line was blocked and backing up into our basement shower and toilet on a Saturday night around 10pm. I had tried 3 other “24/7 emergency plumbers” without a single call back. After calling Mark’s after hour service, Sam called me back very quickly! He was to our house within just over an hour and resolved our issue that night. We were very impressed by the timely resolution to our issue, and were thrilled to be able to sleep soundly knowing everything had been cleared from our line. I would absolutely recommend calling Mark’s for any plumbing concern, especially if you’re looking for true 24/7 emergency service!

Sean and Matt stopped by this morning for routine maintenance for our 60 year old drain system. It’s not easy, but they were prompt, kind and left the place looking better than they found it. Sean even reviewed my video from my last visit, when there was a problem. He did that. From appt to relief that this is checked off the list for another couple yeast, to payment, all seamless. Thank you so much for your skill and care in taking care of our home.

When you find a great plumber you can trust, it’s a great thing. THIS company has the best plumbing service I’ve ever had in owning 4 houses. The work is excellent, the pricing is great and I would give them a bonus star if Google allowed it! Fix a pipe, done. Install toilets and sinks and garbage disposals - done. The quality of work is fantastic and they’ll explain exactly what they did and why. Jeff and team provide a tremendous level of quality and service and I will recommend them to anyone!

Great professional and extremely courteous service. They texted before they arrived as well as being on time. Our tub that had not drained properly for a very long time, now drains perfectly. I will be recommending them to all of my friends.

Called them in the morning and they were able to come out in the afternoon same day and resolved a drain issue in my kitchen in about 20 minutes.

Toilet backed up and filled the shower. Called Marks and they had someone out in an hour and a half. (Called at 2:30pm a on a Monday, a human person answered, Sam and Mathew arrived at 4). They came shop vacuumed the shower then snaked the line several times. The clog was to big for a simple snake and they had to come back out the next day with a camera snake and a water jet machine. Sam and Mathew were very professional and courteous. They explained what they were doing, cleaned up as they went, placed blankets to prevent tracking in snow and Mud, and solved the problem like professionals.

Had them do some work on a leaky faucet and a week later one of the couplings that was installed cracked. They were very quick to come back out and fix the issue. Everyone that I talked to and interacted with was knowledgeable and professional.
