Luke was extremely helpful, efficient and professional. He explained everything he did in detail, fixed the problem I was having with my plumbing and fixed an issue he saw that he anticipated giving me problems down the road. Fast turnaround after contracting for help, and very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!

I had another company come to supposedly unclog my drain several times and I felt like they were rushing, not listening to me, and they wouldn’t use a camera so I decided to call Metro. I called on a Monday but couldn’t get in until Friday, but then was super happy when they called me Tuesday morning and could come right away. Austin came out and he unclogged everything. He showed me everything on the camera and explained all the problem areas, etc. He didn’t rush at all and I felt like he really listened to me and cared what I thought. I was also super impressed that he cleaned up after himself. The other company always left a huge mess. I can’t recommend Metro enough. I will be calling them from now on for any plumbing work I need done. I wish I had called them sooner!

We needed assistance with plumbing during a floor remodel project, and Derek and Luke did a great job helping us! The quality of work was great and performed efficiently. Excellent work from the Metro Plumbing team! I had a basement water backup, called in the morning and they were there in the afternoon. Luke ran a camera in the pipe to get a complete understanding of the problem and cleared all the tree roots that were blocking the pipe. Fast and Professional Service

Decided to be proactive and put in a new water heater before mine bit the dust. Luke, one of the owner's, stopped by in a very timely manner to answer all my questions on new water heaters. I scheduled a day for the install with a very nice receptionist (so sorry, forgot the name). The day of the install Austin was the gentleman who did the work. Austin was polite, professional, went over everything after the install and answered all my questions. If you need any plumbing work done definitely give them a call … you won’t regret it.

If you need some plumbing work done and don't know who you can trust, I would HIGHLY recommend Derek and Austin with Metro plumbing. I had Derek come out to give me an estimate to do the rough plumbing in my basement. Derek was very good at communicating throughout the whole process and was willing to answer any questions I had. He was very detail oriented and even pointed out that a fitting wasn't properly installed by previous plumbers and wanted to make sure it was done properly. Top notch company! Had Metro run a gas line from our basement up into our garage for a new heater. While doing that, had a plumbing issue pop up that was promptly fixed. Then discovered a small leak in the gas line that goes to our dryer — which was also fixed immediately. Very good communication & very professional - would recommend Metro to fix any plumbing needs!

If you want someone to talk down to you, not listen to anything you're saying, belittle your budget and make insulting comments about things unrelated to the plumbing he was called there for, then this is the company for you. I'm not even interested in what the quote says, this company won't be getting our business.
