Luke from Metro Plumbing helped fix a pin hole leak from old copper pipes in our house. He not only repaired the issue but, inspected my current plumbing for causes of what happened.

He noticed my softener pressure was not set accurately incedently and adjusted it correctly.

Unfortunately upon inspection also noticed the type 2 anaconda plumbing that I have and is prone to leaks.

During a heavy rainstorm our main sump pump failed. We contacted Luke and he came out the next day. He was on time and completed the job efficiently. We will be calling Metro for any future plumbing needs!

I have worked with many plumbers and Metro PDC puts them all to shame. They are so professional, great at listening and helping diagnose the situation. No project is to big or small. Definitely use them. Especially if it is an important job.

We had a clog in our basement drain (the main drain pipe) over the Memorial Day weekend. I called on Monday (Memorial Day) to see if they were open/working. Call was answered (on 3rd ring), and was advised they could come if it was an emergency - though weekend rates (double time) would apply. This was not an emergency, so - scheduled appointment for the following day. They called 15 minutes before arriving, to confirm someone would be home to accommodate the service call. Work was performed very quickly and professionally. Price was fair and problem was fixed! Would definitely be my first call the next time we need service - 10/10 would recommend!

Top notch organization. Had water coming up from the sewer drain in my basement and they were out fast and fixed my problem even though my outdoor clean out pipes were not normal. They were able to figure it out and fixed the problem. I will definitely call them again in the future for my plumbing needs.

Had a great experience with Luke. Called him late in the day on Monday and he was able to squeeze me in first thing on Tuesday morning. Fixed a clogged kitchen drain/augured out the clogged pipe and installed a new garbage disposal in just over an hour. Friendly, professional, and fairly priced. I sent over an online request for a disposal replacement (LOVE this feature) I had a quote within an hour and they were available to install it the next day! Austin arrived on time and had the replacement in and tested in under an hour. This is how service should be! Luke could you please explain this to the internet service companies!!!!!

Luke is wonderful! Very knowledgeable, professional, and always on time! Metro P&DC uses quality piping and fixtures, and offer professional advice and how-to’s that are very helpful when they leave. An example would be, he showed me where the shut off valve for my outdoor faucets are. Now, I am prepared for the change in seasons and can shut them off seasonally or if there’s ever a leak!

We had an issue with slow shower and sink drains, and gave Metro a call. Derek was there when he said he would be, was very professional to work with. He also took the time to ask if there were another issues and took the time to look the rest of our plumbing over. I’ll definitely be using them again for my future plumbing needs, and would recommend for anyone in the Madison area!
