I've had work done in my house before by plumbers that didn’t hold up and I’ve had to have it redone! Once the faucet leaked all over my kitchen and ruined the floors and cabinets! The only plumber I trust to do it right the first time and not over charge me is 4 Lakes Plumbing! Steve will tell what you need and what you don't need along with the prices up front and they never charge a trip charge! I love that they are a family run company. It shows in how well they take care you. We recently had them fix our shower faucets because the house we moved into had old ones that whenever anyone turned on the water in any other faucet or flushed the toilet, the shower would go ice cold and then scalding hot in a matter of seconds. We have a family of 6 who all take showers in the morning so this was crippling our morning routine! 4 Lakes fixed it in an hour and came out as soon as my schedule allowed, first thing in the morning before work! They are awesome and I will never use any other plumber again!

I don't live far from 4 Lakes and am so happy that I found them. They are always responsive when I call (the lady in the office is very friendly) and they have gone out of my way to take care of a couple of emergency situations. I recently had a toilet replaced after installing ceramic tile in my bathroom. I would definitely recommend 4 Lakes Plumbing Inc for that personal touch with their service.

Yesterday, I needed a basement toilet removed, and Dan came out to take care of it. While he was working away, he noticed an unrelated issue with my furnace and showed me something I might try myself to prevent a costly repair later. It worked, the furnace is no longer leaking, and I feel like he helped me prevent a very costly repair just by noticing and caring. I appreciate 4 Lakes so much; they've been helping me out as a homeowner for almost three decades of prompt and reliable service at a reasonable price. Kelly is always so helpful over the phone, too.

We have always used 4 Lakes Plumbing because they are quick to respond, do great work and don’t gouge us on pricing. The people are super friendly and knowledgeable. We recently had a new garbage disposable installed by them and it’s a commercial grade, stainless steel Insinkerator…much quieter than our old one and installed in under an hour. My husband and I highly recommend them!

These folks are honest, reliable, fast, reasonably priced, and do really high quality work. They recently helped us complete a basement bathroom install. Even with several last minute modifications and setbacks on our end as the customer, they approached the project with a sense of urgency and professionalism unlike any plumbing company we've worked with before and completed the entire project in a matter of days. They did an absolutely phenomenal job.

It's also worth mentioning that they are honest, politely informative, transparent, and fair when working with woman and lgbtq+ customers! We were completely comfortable having them in our home.

These folks are truly the best Madison has to offer.

The plumber was able to attempt to repair the clean-out near the lateral going out to the septic tank but the hub was cracked. Excavation was arranged only to find the 4 foot lateral was severely damaged. They had the lateral repaired and new PVC clean-out to connect to the interior plumbing. Aaron was there at 5:30 in the morning and the excavator was there at 8 pm getting things done. The whole job done in two days for a very reasonable price.

I believe management/ownership recently changed and I can confirm that the quality, cost effectiveness, and efficiency of service has remained top notch!! They are honest from start to finish and deliver great customer service.

The cherry on top of our latest project (tankless water heater install) was that the invoice was less than the estimate by a pretty decent amount! Thanks y'all!!

I couldn’t be happier with The work done by this company! Not only was the job done as well as I could possibly have asked for, I was so shocked with how quickly they installed a whole new sink on top of creating an access panel and the opposite side of the wall In case any work needs to ever be done again that it’s easy and accessible. The man that came to my house was Dan, he was so experienced and knew exactly what he was doing. These smaller companies really do care about their customers, unlike a lot of the larger companies that are much more advertised and talked about which is so sad. 4lakes Plumbing showed me what things are supposed to be like when it comes to customer care and not to mention the final cost was nearly a3 of the cost that any other place gave us an estimate for this job being done. I won’t be calling anyone else for any other plumbing related work that needs to be done on my home from now on. Thank you, 4lakes Plumbing! If I ever know somebody that needs anything done that you offer as a service, there’s no doubt I will be giving you as the recommendation instantly!

It turns out this is a wholesale supplier. They did take the time to send someone up to help and even tho they did not have the part I needed the gave me the number for someone who they thought would.

I’m not familiar with this company other than one of their box truck drivers cut me off tonight. Let your drivers know that if the sign says right lane ends, it usually is going to happen. So when it did, your driver moved to the left forcing me to also move and get pinched in between your truck and another vehicle on my left. Your vehicles with your company info is a moving billboard.

I was looking for a small part and tried the big box stores, and was referred from one of them. The parts clerk located the part as a piece from a larger kit, but ultimately located it by itself, which saved a lot of money. The clerk could not have been more helpful, and while he was looking, I was asked by two other staff if someone was working with me. When it's becoming so hard to find anything in person and customer service is vanishing, Rundle-Spence delivered. As I told the clerk, I have an old house...I'll be back.

Wouldn't order stickers from another branch without payment, was in a time crunch and would not take a company card over the phone, no easy way to get materials especially something so simple and cheap. Difficult company to deal with as a contractor

I do not recommend this company to anyone. First of all, the sales consultant would not return my calls or email messages for days, which caused a delay in ordering the items. Additionally, the items arrived 30 days after the order was completed, even though I was promised they would take only two weeks.

When the items did arrive, I realized that not all of them would work in my space, and I wanted to return two items. For the first item, I received a response stating that the item might not be returnable, but they would clarify the situation with the manufacturer. I never received any follow-up on that. As for the second item I inquired about, I did not receive any response at all. I prefer to work with local companies, but I receive more feedback and customer support from online businesses.

Madison branch is top notch! Eric, Norm, the warehouse guys, and office gals are all extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They work hard to get you what you need, and high quality at a fair price. Just what you’d want from a pro shop!
