Called to fix back up problem, never fixed problem, took money, and would not respond to calls. Do not hire. Problem ended up costing double because we had to hire someone who actually knew what they were talking about

Returned my call quickly. On time, even with an early am appointment. Thouroughly tested his work. Clean and reasonable even though they brought 2 guys.

We have an old house with tree roots in our line. Cory from Dr. Rooter has been out here every year for awhile. He's fast, friendly, efficient, and always does a great job with a great attitude. When you have standing sewage in your basement, it's good to see a familiar face. Recommended.

Absolutely poor, poor. I've had to reschedule with these guys 4 times! They told me they'd be at my place between 9-10am to clean my grinder, but a no call no show. I understand businesses get busy, but 4 times! They should have at least called, but I had to call them. Absolutely uncalled for. I really don't even want to give these guys a star. I highly recommend people don't go through this business.

First visit they came to the house and cleared my drain, I was so happy. I was told if the drain started to clog again they would come "right back for free" and fix the problem. Two weeks later my kitchen drain is once again clogged with standing water in the sink. I tried calling to get service again and while talking with the representative my phone was suddenly disconnected! Call backs were unsuccessful and my phone messages weren't returned! After finally getting through to someone a week later there was no apologies and I was told I must have "stuck something down my drain since they came out last. I hadn't! Finally the guy told me to call back two days later, and they would "try to fit me in ". Good luck with that-I doubt they'll answer the phone!

Terrible customer service! They don't stand by their work and will avoid you like the plague if you try and reach them with your concerns. Find another plumber or rooter service!

They have cleared my basement drain three times. The third time they came, the guy who did the work included a 10% discount on the bill, but did not include it in the total. Unknowingly, we paid the bill and realized it later. We have asked the owner, John, four times to send us the check and every time he has had an excuse why he has not sent us the refund. We are done doing business with Dr Rooter and could not be more disappointed with John’s lack of ethics.

Basement floor drain backed up. Called first thing in the morning and received same day service - before noon! Professional service tech, quality work, fair price. Will definitely call them again if needed!

I had an emergency sewer drain cleaning performed. Basement floor drain had about a half inch of water coming out. Mark's team came over for an early evening (~6pm) consultation and was able to clean out the sewer line leading to the street.

I'm definitely keep their number around in case I need it again.

Arthur opened up our tree root blocked drain in no time. Quick and easy, will call them back regularly to make sure we don't get blocked again.

We had a plugged drain, and our regular plumber only had a 25 foot snake. Matt came over and had it fixed in record time and it wasn't very expensive! Can I give 6 stars?

I'll never call a different company. We've used them for new and old plumbing, worked with 3 of their plumbers and one of their drain snake guys. They're honest, skilled, trustworthy. They're clean, professional, and take pride in their work.

Terri came out to replace our water heater. We expected a large bill and a replacement was necessary. However Terri took the time inspected the water heater and made an assessment. He was completely honest and said that the water heater did not need to be replaced at this time. He took the time to educate me on how everything works. And adjusted the water temperature to a safe temperature for the house. Down the road we will probably need to replace the water heater. However it’s not necessary at this time. I cannot say enough how much my wife and I appreciated his time with education and honesty. There are not many companies like that today and should definitely not go unnoticed

I've used Mark's for drain services for years, and more recently for new plumbing installation, leak repair, toilet fixes and replacements, etc.

They are fast to respond (even late at night when a DIY project went wrong) and do top quality work at excellent prices. They stand by every project and have come back to make small fixes. I wouldn't even think of calling another plumber in the Madison area

Kitchen sink waste line was backed up. Called Mark's Ready Router. Sent a gentleman over in a quick fashion. He was very polite. Came in and did an efficient and clean job. Was fairly priced. Would definitely call again.

I had a sewer back up in a rental portion of my home. When I called they were out to my location in 15 mins and cleared the clog very quick and efficient. 100% will use if I need in future and will highly recommend to friends.

Kevin and Jake arrived on time to clean out stack pipe and sewer line to street. As requested, they also checked the stack pipe up to the roof to make sure there were no blockages. This was the only company I could find (out of the three that I called) that would also go on the roof to clean out stack pipe from that location, if needed. The house is 60 years old and lots of yuck came out. They were very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

I have used Mark's Reddi Rooter for years to unclog basement drains, toilets or severely clogged garbage disposals at rentals. They are local and real person answers their phone. They do a great job every time. I like that they are smaller company yet always able to come same day. They have new Milwaukee brand sewer snakes that go up to 105 feet.
