The showroom is a great resource for inspiration, but I’m disappointed in the customer service. We did a remodel of a kitchen and bathroom and we were missing several pieces that should have been caught by the sales associate. I would have been better off ordering on line with a Ferguson customer service rep. We did order missing pieces on line.

Terri was wonderful to work with for our kitchen renovation! She was knowledgeable and professional and she took her time! Would highly recommend her services!

Ferguson had quick and inexpensive online ordering, and such a great curbside pick-up service during COVID. Good signage, friendly people, and text when you get there. They slid our order right in our backseat. Highly recommend.

If you looking to DIY and need a part, you can go to their "counter" which is around the corner from their showroom. I am not confident in my DIY skills but the guy behind the counter spent a lot of time on our issue, explained everything very well, and was very friendly! Will definitely go back.

Shipping/receiving entrance is on north side of building off Rusty Patch rd. Driver check in door says "Warehouse Office" over it. Parked overnight in far North West corner of the yard and no one bothered me. Plenty of room to get into docks.

Fantastic showroom. Friendly, knowledgable people. We got our bathroom items picked quickly and are very happy with the process.

This showroom is a great resource for designers and clients. We appreciate the showrooms focus on form and function, while offering a variety of product to source from.

It looks like this placed closed. I called the number and talked with the new business with this phone number and they said the owner Of Lichtfeld retired, last year [?]. Well, they were a great service but have apparently closed.

We had sump pump failure in March which led to some standing water in our basement pretty quickly. I called Lichtfeld Plumbing and could not believe how quickly they got there to get the problem under control! I had called another service first who would not have been able to get there until the next day even as "emergency" call, but Lichtfeld was there within an hour. And they were so knowledgeable and helpful about what our next steps needed to be. I highly recommend them and will be calling on them again for any future projects that involve plumbing. At a crisis time, these are the kinds of folks you want to be able to call on.
