We have used Pertzborn Plumbing for many years and have always been more than pleased with their work. They’ve installed our water heaters, new sinks, toilets and cleaned our drains. 5 stars for Pertzborn and their employees!

We had a great experience with H.J. Pertzborn. They patiently answered all our questions and completed a big job with minimal disruption of our lives. Their plumbers were knowledgeable and took the time to show us everything they were doing. It was great to work with a company with integrity as well as experience and skill.

My water heater leaked gallons of water all over my finished basement floor. I have been using Pertzborn Plumbers for decades and they came through again with flying colors. They sent a wonderful plumber that morning and by lunch time I had a new water heater and almost all of it cleaned up. I am a stage IV cancer patient who lives alone and the plumber himself and Pertzborn made this exhausting, difficult experience so much easier than it might have been. I wouldn’t call anyone but Pertzborn. Thank you!

Excellent service again (3rd time I've used them). Unclogged a dishwasher and replaced a tub faucet. The tub faucet was tricky due to an unusual size spout. The spout was expensive, but works great! Great communications from the office when it was ordered and available, and Todd was awesome (and a really nice guy) on the install--I would request Todd for plumbing issues in the future. Thank you Pertzborn (again)!

Kitchen sink wasn't draining. Called in the morning and they came that afternoon. Fixed the problem and were reasonably priced - what more could you ask for?

I had to call perrtzborne twice out now for emergency plumbing issues and both times very expedient, super friendly employees, very knowledgeable.
And very, reasonably priced, even for emergency calls, highly recommend them. And they will always be my go to Plumbers ,emergencies or not!!!

H J Pertzborn was excellent. I only wanted our tub replaced. Todd, the gentlemen that came out, listened closely to what I wanted. The following week they gave me an estimate, that was within what I wanted to spend. The lady I worked with was very helpful. She was able to find the exact tub I wanted. Todd was super nice. I would highly recommend H J Pertzborn for any project.

My husband and I were dealing with a bad contractor and HJ Pertzborn was a saving grace! After dealing with uncertainly and issues with our plumbing, their highly professional staff was knowledgeable and easy to work with. They arrived on time and fixed our issue quickly. Even looked at another drain while here for the hour. The cost we received upfront was accurate and painless. I trust their work and know we'll get good advice and service every time! Pertzborn is amazing in all ways. They came to my home almost immediately, on the day after a holiday, when the other plumbing co’s I tried were closed, and found my diamond earring. Jesus and apprentice Patrick were prompt, professional and diligent, it took several tries to release the stone from the garbage disposal but they were successful! They put it all back together in record time and I could not be happier. From the office staff to the specialists my experience was exceptional. Thankyou, Pertzborn you are the BEST!

We had a clogged bathtub drain that we couldn’t fix with Drano or the snake. We called HJ Pertzborn and the guy they sent out, Jake, was excellent. He fixed our drain in about 5 min and even helped fix a leaky hose faucet. It’s nice to know there are still people out there that do quality work the first time!

The technician came on time, was friendly and professional. I had two issues, and both were taken care of same day, which saved me having to arrange more time at home. I am really happy with the service, and would definitely use Pertzborn again.

I've used hj pertzborn for years now- they are the best all around plumbing business in Madison . The staff who helped me figure out a plan for replacing my water heater are knowledgeable and were super patient with me. I was stressed . Ming fit me in at a very busy time. Justin, the plumber who provided the service knew exactly what he was doing and I've never felt in more competent hands with a technician. He was completely efficient and the bill reflected his ability to get the job done.I would never call anyone else for plumbing . I grew up in Madison and found out from Justin they are a fourth generation family business- - it really shows in their business ethic and staff.

We had a first-rate experience with Pertzborn Plumbing. Our garbage disposal died and when I called Pertzborn’s number, a friendly gentleman quickly scheduled an appointment for a plumber to make a house call. Within two days Matt arrived and expertly installed our new garbage disposal. I appreciate how he came prepared with a disposal in hand. I will definitely be calling the folks at Pertzborn for ALL of our household plumbing needs, moving forward. They are an excellent value!

As someone who hires plumbers frequently. I would never recommend H.J. Pertzborn. My experience is their billing practices are unfair and overpriced. The work was subpar, the plumber had to redo his work, which wasn't done correctly the first time. I had to pay their overpriced hourly rate while he fixed his mistakes. I brought this to their attention. I didn't feel I should have to pay for the plumber to redo his mistakes. They basically said to bad, the bill is fair.

we have hired Pertzborn several times and most recently we used them to help us with an odd leak we found in our basement, or so it appeared - it turned out that the main waste stack on the first and second floor of our house was an old cast iron pipe and it was eroding - this required a serious effort of ripping out walls, cutting out 10 feet of old pipe and replacing it - this took three visits and I thought it was going to be way more expensive than it ended up being - we feel like we got great service and tremendous value with this project and we certainly recommend Pertzborn - thank you!

I highly recommend H.J. Pertzborn. They were responsive to my emergency call for a clogged kitchen drain. The technician did an excellent job clearing my clogged drain. He was friendly, courteous, and answered all my questions thoroughly. I was pleased with their work.

The plumber, Ben, from Pertzborn showed up a few minutes early and did a great job. Completed the job in a short amount of time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and even helped me salt my icy driveway. Will definitely use Pertzborn in the future and would highly recommend.
