I've used Triggs for three calls to my home and always have stellar service. This time it was a toilet install. The plumber upgraded some of the factory parts which I much appreciated. In and out, fast, efficient and friendly. I'm a loyal customer!!

A very good experience. Took out old toilets and replaced with more of a water saving design. Had to replace 3 of them and the new look of the toilets added a more modern design to my bathrooms appearance. We'll done!

Triggs plumbing is always our choice even when you haven't called or needed them for awhile as we hadn't. We needed a gas line for a stove moved and capped. Triggs got us taken care of a day earlier than I was expecting which was great it made getting the new stove in that much easier. The service man was in and done in less than 20 minutes from the time he shut off the gas and got the 2 pipes removed and the line capped and gas back on. Always great service from Triggs. Thanks guys!

I would give this company a 5 if the plumber was on time, but there was a scheduling error that made me have to stay home from work longer than I would have liked.

Scott was very professional, accomplished a leak free job in a timely manner. He solved a tricky plumbing issue in a cramped area! He then offered to tidy up. He asked questions related to how I wanted the job done and told me the pros and cons. I would definitely call him back for another job.

Triggs plumbing and the owner Skip and his accountant Lee have double invoiced me with different amounts and are trying to put a lien on my property for $246. I have discussed this with them many times I call them and they say I owe more than that. I have had so many bad experiences with this company. I believe that he either has dementia or Alzheimer's. They are harassing me. I do not owe this money. They cannot prove it. Who tries to puts a lien on somebody's property for $247? It's time for him to retire. He's a bad bad businessman.

Triggs provided fast and professional service at a reasonable rate. They replaced an outside faucet and a refrigerator water line for me. I would definitely call then again and recommend them to others.

My experience with avid plumbing was great. They put in a new garbage disposal. It was in everything was cleaned up in less than 30 minutes I think, would definitely have them do work again

Avid has become our plumber of choice! They have done great work in our house on several occasions: from a new kitchen sink, disposal, and drain, to a full bathroom remodel with plumbing stack and water heater replacement.

I am always impressed by their office staff and plumbers. Real quality work, great communication, and accountability for follow-ups. A pleasure to work with, and I always know we will end up with a job well done.

Excellent service! They were knowledgeable about heat pump water heaters, and helped me make an informed choice. And they were able to install one on the same day my old water heater failed. It was great customer service all around!

I highly recommend Avid Plumbing for all your plumbing projects. I thought my hot water heater was leaking and called Avid. They were so nice to send someone out that afternoon. When Collin C arrived he noticed the water pipe leading into the top of the water heater was leaking. He thought that was my problem and not the water heater. I really appreciated his honesty. Seeing my water heater was 19 years old I told him to go ahead and replace. He did a fantastic job and was so easy to work with.

Avid's Art Rogers came to my rescue in about 2.5 hrs after I called about water flooding my bathroom floor. Art took care of my misbehaving toilet issue in about 15-20 minutes!! Art was very friendly, understanding & patient in explaining the issue. The cost was VERY reasonable with only a $75 Dispatch Fee, compared to $100 & $155 from 2 other local places I called. I will definitely cal Avid should I need plumbing services in the future.

This is the second time I've used Avid Plumbing for my house. The first was to replace our water heater and this time was to replace our water softener. With both jobs, they offered various options for the replacements and quoted fixed prices. They spent time with me over the phone and via email to determine the right solution for my house. The work was scheduled fairly quickly. The plumbers arrived on time as promised and were prepared with everything they needed. The jobs were performed properly and they cleaned up after themselves, leaving no mess. I will definitely hire them again!

This company did an excellent job replacing our water heater. I had gone with another company initially for an appraisal and was told over 4500 for my water heater and softener but avid came and gave an honest review with no up charging for things that weren’t actually broke.

Initially had a scheduling snafoo, but they made it right and have given excellent service replacing our tankless water heater. Clean and communicative. We will use them again for any plumbing needs.

We had a great experience with Avid Plumbing, first for finding the source of a shower leak, then for the installation of a new water heater, water softener, and new faucet for the stationary tub. Art was our plumber and he went above and beyond! We were so impressed with his knowledge and skill. The price was reasonable.
