I've never used anyone else. Generational hand down. My parents never used anyone else either. They are quick to respond and do fantastic work, especially Gary.

Had used them few times for plumbing needs. The charges are not disclosed properly. Labor hour charge always more than actual hour to complete the job. Additional charges (Truck Charge - no clue) does not make sense. Poor communication about charges.

Thank you Gary at Triggs Plumbing. 👏 I was truly rescued by a timely, swift, expert professional this morning and spared a kitchen disaster. 💦
This could have been so much worse! The reason it wasn't worse, is because of EXPERIENCE and WISDOM. I cannot understate that aspect of this situation.

This is the second time I've had really great service from Triggs Plumbing. The plumbers have been very nice and did a good job fixing the problems. Highly recommend them.

I've had them out for three different service call, and each time they have been fast, professional, and courteous. For both my wife and I, they would patiently listen to our problems and explain what they were doing if we asked.

Scott & Mike just left my home after installing a new water heater. Both worked rapidly and left the area cleaner than it was before they arrived.
Triggs is #1 in my book.

Great and fair service. Very efficient. I like that they text you before they come. Only 4 stars because they didn’t mention the $75 service charge for on site visit right off the bat. However, their price was still fair!

Came home from work this a.m. to find water all over the basement floor, spilling out of the water heater. From my initial phone call to job completion(same day), the communication and service were outstanding. Highly recommended.

My wife and I have several rental properties in Madison and we have used Triggs Plumbing for almost 30 years. they have been dependable, quick to respond and honest. We also used Triggs when we built our new house. I highly recommend them.

I have used Triggs twice in the past few years. Service is okay at best.

Be prepared to pay not only for a service call but also a separate fee for the truck charge. When I asked about this, I was told it pays for gas and maintenance on their vehicles. That's ridiculous.

Scott is an awesome technician. He called before arriving today to confirm the type, my name, and home address to install a new Bradford White water heater. He came before the scheduled time (no problem w/ me), was prompt, professional, thorough and cleaned up after himself. I enjoyed meeting him. His brief service and installation work was top notch. No problem, no issues, all GOOD here.

Nice on the phone BUT...
They never showed up. We called to get our outdoor faucets fixed and they schedule the appointment for the next week. I took the day off work, but by 3:00pm no one had shown up or called. I called them and they took another 45 minutes to get back to us to tell us they needed to reschedule. We rescheduled for 9:00 the next day, my husband stayed home -- AGAIN NO SHOW! By 10:30 no one called or showed up, we called and cancelled. We can't stay home all day (or several days) waiting for you to finally show up, either be there or don't schedule. The two stars is for the nice people that answer the phones, they were pleasant.

Came promptly to fix a clogged toilet. Did the job well and fast, and offered some useful advice about how to try to fix it ourselves if we ever needed to. Polite and professional. Installed fixtures when we had a remodel, working as subcontractors. Did good work, so we go back to them.

I have had multiple experiences with Trigg's Plumbing -and all of them were great! They respond quickly, are very knowledgeable, and friendly. My problems (at different times) ranged from frozen pipes, water leaking from the condo above mine, and corroded hot and cold valves that needed replacing when I got a new washer. Trigg's plumbers are all real professionals that you can trust. By the way, they have served so many of us well at our condo development that they have become our "go to" company whenever any of at the 50+condos in our development need plumbing help.

Echoing other people's complaints. I used Triggs twice and never again. They billed me twice for the same visit and threw in the truck charge which is truly exorbitant. The service call for 5 minutes of work was expensive enough.

Our water heater stopped working out of the blue. I called this morning because the old water heater had a sticker on it from when it was installed. They had a team at my house before noon. Before 3:00 p.m., they had installed a new water heater. I cannot believe how prompt, friendly, professional, and efficient the whole experience was. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing jobs around the house.

Skip and Gary were awesome! after struggling with this leaky faucet for couple days, and failed. They got me in quick and took care of my faucet leak within 25 mins after they got there. Gary even called me right after and explained to me how he did it. these guys are both professional and knowledgeable. I would rate it higher if I could!!

I have had Triggs out twice now & both times it's been fantastic. The first time Lance came out and had to work on our garbage disposal drainage. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and made other recommendations to make things run more smoothly which we ended up doing.

The most recent issue was that our water heater was old & had issues with the pilot light coming on. The man who came on site was courteous & very knowledgeable. He explained what to expect from a water heater that old & got it working with the least amount of cost & even took a bit of time to take a look at the lines going to the bathrooms since we weren't sure that they had soft water to them (which they didn't). I will definitely be calling them when we need to replace the water heater & any other plumbing needs because of the honesty that we have been shown while they were here.

I had a pipe spring a leak this morning and needed someone to come same-day since we are leaving town tomorrow. Triggs was able to come out with a few hours notice and replace the cracked valve. They were efficient and excellent to work with, and it was much appreciated!
