    Im sorry you are mistaken. I did not ask to cancel the appt. I told her to leave it be . Even tho she told us 11-1. No one came so I called. When I called it was changed 2-4pm. So we told her thats not what we had we definitely would not have set it up. She was rude and yelling. I said ok whatever We both then misheard you.. So moving on. We told her to leave the appt. She said she had No way to contact you. right after she said she needed to call and rewroute you. We recorded it the lady started screaming at me, I told her to leave the appt. She demanded to cancel and starting getting louder. . Then I passed the phone to my husband whos in law enforcement thinking he would be better suited for somone screaming at him to calm her down. . Only to find her yelling at him even more. Looks from reviews shes been doing this for quite some time to others. Don , if you would like to hear the recording, please call me tommrow. It was horriable she even hung up on him leaving us dumbfounded to why she was demanding to cancel. We told her to leave it she wouldnt listen. I get that you are only hearing her side, but we have the audio that really happened. Sorry.

He is highly knowledgeable, quick to diagnose the problem, and swiftly gets the job done. When repairing my refrigerator and washing machine, he had the needed parts in his van. And his fees are very reasonable. Don is also a careful and tidy worker; someone you can trust.

    When I called initially and the woman who answered the phone was so rude! I decided to cancel the appointment. ..it was too close to the appointment when I did ..instead of saying ok think of using us next time...she instead called me a jerk!..I wouldn't recommend this place at all! Yes she was rude when I called...monday not wednesday However I made the appointment for my dryer not my dishwasher for Friday! It's true I cancelled the appointment at the last minute it just kinda slipped my mind! My wife and I bought another dryer..now all that being said I'm sure it's no reason to be called a jerk as I was being polite when I called...how bout this?!?! I'm sorry for calling so late and you are just sorry! There's no excuse for talking to customers so rudely even when they are wrong! !

    Don was great, he quickly diagnosed the issue with a very special wine cooler and solved the problem easily. I also appreciated the attempt to save me money by attempting to fix a ice maker without replacing. When we had to replace he quickly acquired the ice maker and replaced it. Thank you!!

    In this world of throw away appliances, it's refreshing to know that someone's willing to repair older equipment. I called and made an appointment to have Don come look at our broken washer. He diagnosed the issues and said it would take a few days to get the parts. We said yes to the suggested repairs and I am COMPLETELY satisfied with his service. I would definitely recommend this company! Joe and Dorothy
