I called Atlas out this last winter after another company told me that I needed a new heater when my heater started to intermittently fail. Ryan informed me that I only needed a new board for the unit which costed me only a fraction of what the other company had quoted me.

I called Atlas out again today because my Air conditioner wasn't working as well as it has in the past. All it needed was a quick cleaning and it was working like before. Ryan did not charge me for this maintenance and even instructed me on how to do preventative maintenance for future reference.

Both times, I could have been easily told that the doo hickey on the what cha ma call it failed and needed to be replaced, but Atlas is an honest company and I would recommend them to anyone!

Had Ryan install heater a few years ago and it was a great job so we had him come to put in new water heater and add ac to existing heater. Quite a job because he practically had to reinstall heater. I have to say it was a great job and putting in dual air for upstairs and downstairs had him in the tight rafters and also in small crawl space under house. If you want a really good job call Ryan

Bragg Home Services contacted me to inquire if I wanted a very reasonably priced check-up for my water heater that they had installed four years ago (during Covid). Luckily, I had the good sense to agree to the service and inspection. Also, it provided an opportunity to discuss why the faucet for the hot water in the Master Bathroom was scalding and was running like a geyser when we first turned on the faucet.

Our extremely knowledgeable Service Technician, Todd Snider, was not only an expert in explaining the bathroom faucet issue on the "gusher" delivery but turned down the heat setting to eliminate the scalding issue.

Moreover, Todd's thorough inspection also alerted us to the fact that our water pressure was at 82, and the allowable maximum is 80. We purchased an expansion kit to mitigate that issue, which Todd explained, was due to the higher water pressure because of the new homes being built (so that the higher water pressure delivered would serve other communities). It's critical to adhere to the 80 maximum pressure to preserve the life of the water heater, and we are glad that Todd was able to safely correct the issue.

We have one more service that can wait until next year.
I now have piece of mind and I applaud Bragg Home Services for hiring such knowledgeable and polite service personnel. Todd is a GEM! See you next year, Todd!

Our experience with Bragg Home Services was professional and easy starting with the estimate Todd gave through the install with with Ben. The install was of our water heater is clean looking, and they left our house/garage clean.

The tech sent was very professional and friendly and did a very thorough inspection of our heating system. He provided a detailed report and was quick and efficient.

I found this company to be extremely professional. The team of technicians is large and they get the job done quickly, with courtesy and respect for the home. They don't offer cheap services, so the costs are high, but I've compared them to other companies, and they're similar. I recommend them.

Professional service, fair price as plumbers go. The plumber came to fix a leak in the toilet that was coming through our ceiling. I highly recommend them.

Bragg installed a new HVAC unit for me, and they really were a pleasure to work with. They made sure the unit meet my criteria for performance and that I would receive the most tax credits that I could. I was very pleased with the price, which was very competitive compared to the 3 other companies I talked to. The crew that came out to do the install was hardworking and thorough and completed the project without issue.

A couple months later, Bragg offered me a complimentary hot water heater flush to thank me for my previous business. During the flush, the technician noticed that my existing tankless water heater was missing an expansion tank, which is required on a closed loop system like mine and would help prolong the life of my water pipes and faucets. They were able to fix that that day. They also noticed that the pressure safety valve on my water heater was installed backwards, creating a very unsafe condition and they corrected that for free on the spot. Much appreciated!

Excellent work and a great team. Extremely professional. They got our projects done on time, even though they were very busy that day. My son is really happy with the result. He now has water in his kitchen and the leaky basin in the garage is replaced and properly connected to the drain so no concern about flooding his garage gym. The office staff was pleasant to talk with on the phone, and kept me informed. Sean, who did the work, went beyond the letter of the agreement, got it all done in the planned time, and was a very nice person to talk to. I would recommend them and will hopefully use them again.

I called in the afternoon about my mother's kitchen sink being plugged up. I got a call back within the hour and got an appointment scheduled for first thing in the morning. The plumber contacted to let us know he is on his way and was able to solve the problem quickly! Everyone was so friendly, responsive and professional! I highly recommend their services!

I am having a new heat pump installed. Got a good price just before the incentive is over which is saving me about $4,000 !!! Very nice Tyler Flora took time and explained the process to me in detail. Very helpful and patient with all my questions.

Sean was incredible As always with Bragg, I am very very happy. They are very courteous, very professional, and actually give you a good price. They are really really good plumbers. I’ve had them for the water heater as well as the furnace.

Removed tank water heater and replaced with tankless water heater. Was well explained for me to decide to install tankless rather than tank water heater. Work and installation done efficiently, professionally, and excellently, all questions answered, and installers were very nice.

It was more of a diagnostics for a non functioning FAU. Tech was quick and knowledgeable. Had the diagnosis quickly. They were able to schedule a service the same day, which was good as the heat went out a week prior to Christmas. Unit was not worth fixing, but the service was on point.

Bragg initiated a great savings for a furnance and water heater Che k up. We found their office totally efficient and in their ties, and their workers : one scheduled for the hot water and one for the heater, both to be timely, very very skilled and knowledgeable and also they were terrific communicators! On top of all they serviced and found things needing cleaning and new improvements. It was exactly what we hoped for! And very reasonable, as a special!! . We will use them again.
