I've been a long-time customer of Bragg. There is a good reason for this. Their availability, accessibility, and reliability are all top of the line. The reason I started using them was they would be the company that would make themselves available during an emergency the most. Recently, there was a change in ownership. So, I had to pay more attention to how things would change. It is clear they've invested more in staff. This was potentially good and bad. Good for the obvious availability reasons, but bad in the risk of losing that personal touch. I can safely say that it's all good. Recently, I replaced my central air system on the back of going tankless water heating. Fast and quality service. EVERY issue I had was handled with respect and care, and I could not be any happier. Thank you, Bragg! Especially, Marisa!

I had a fantastic experience with Bragg— from the Tech doing the estimate, to the operations lead who did a pre-job check-in, to the amazing install team and all the admin staff doing scheduling. They found things that were absolutely needed that none of the other companies interviewed found. Mine was a complicated re-ducting job with a new return added, as well as a new scrubber. I highly recommend Bragg for all HVAC services!

Bragg did an excellent job replacing the heater and A/C units and cleaning the ductwork in our rental property. The timeline was challenging due to the holidays and tenant requests, but the Bragg team was polite and professional throughout, from inspection and proposal, to scheduling and work completion.
They also gave us the best price of three companies we met with.
We had a few requests that were received graciously and completed in a timely way, with excellent workmanship. Bragg stands by their work with a ten year guarantee.
We want to give a special shout out to Jorge (he pronounces it George) who was extremely professional and did excellent work.

The Bragg Home Services Team did a fantastic job installing a new HVac system (dual zone and dual speed). Terrific upgrade compared to the original system. Also installed the Halo water softener filter system and added a timer for our circulation pump. Owner of Bragg has a similar townhouse unit as ours so knew the perfect solution.

Bragg Home Services provided excellent service at a fair price.
My old gas furnace was failing and I needed a replacement before the cold weather set in.
I met with service technician Andres and he did a thorough analysis of what I needed and got me the best price for my situation.
The installers Lonnie and Jeremiah worked together as a great team and did a very clean installation and got the work done in half a day.
Bragg did excellent work and were able to get my heater installed in just over a week.

Service guy came out & was very professional. Hooked up his equipment & quickly got my insta hot water heater flushed out. Inspected the unit. All good.
He also explained there annual service contract, which is very cost effective.
I signed up for that. Now they will come out 1 per year & service my insta hot for only 20$
Since by 2030 all new appliances must be electric, this will insure that I wont have to replace this hot water heater any time soon. It would cost me a fortune to convert my hot water heater to electric. I would be forced to change out my electrical panel & add 230v

Braggs Plumbing did an excellent job replacing our shower body valve and all of the trim. They came out Monday morning for an estimate, and by Tuesday morning the work was completed. The team was on time, professional, and worked quickly without cutting corners. Smooth process from start to finish. Highly recommend Braggs for quality plumbing work and fast turnaround.

I needed to replace my non functioning 1983 furnace in my basement. I got a great quote from Matthew which was $1500 less than another company and the workmanship part of the warranty was 5 times longer. He motivated me to move faster by dropping the price further so I cancelled my quote with the crooked Service Champions . The install team were on time and friendly. No issues so far within the install. Started the Yelp inquiry on a Tuesday. They quoted on Wednesday and I signed the deal on Thursday. Install done on Monday :). Highly recommended.

Zach was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about troubleshooting the problem with an older hvac system. I would highly recommend Elavated Comfort for any type of work. And I have to add that when I called I informed them that the owner would not be home but her teenage daughter would be there to allow access and they sent a text picture of the technician which was a really nice way of assuring her that the technician was exactly who they sent

Ryan McDonald and the team at Elevated Comfort are always there for me when I need them. Over the last 2-3 years anytime I have had an issue with the A/C shutting down in 100 degree weather or needing a new heating unit, they have been there. They are honest, reliable, quick to respond, and very customer oriented. Highly recommend!

I’d forgotten that last Fall I signed up for their loyalty program, so when I saw the auto charge I remembered & perfect timing! Even though things were pretty booked, Christina was great in finding a slot for us, only a week out. And Brandon did a superb & thorough job checking our furnace, duct system and filter. He asked before leaving if anything else to check, but we were good since he reminded us they had checked our hot water heater last year. So happy I found Elevated and they do great plumbing work, too.

What a pleasant surprise. I know someone that is a friend of Elevated Comfort's owner so he said call them....ok, WOW, the dispatcher taking the call was great and it was about to get HOT in Santa Rosa, and my AC stopped working completely. She got the HVAC tech - Zach to my house the same day. That alone would be amazing. But Zach was professional, polite and knows his AC. My system is 20+ years old and I was getting ready for the pitch....you need a whole new unit.

Nope, Zach fixed it and had it up and running within 30 minutes for $1,300, so much less than I expected. PLUS: I was on a conf call while Zach was here, so I asked him to text me and he did, texted the estimate and the approval and done. I paid by check making it feel like the best old school, small town great service experience ever. Overall a 5 STAR experience top to bottom.

If I could give Josh and his team at Elevated Comfort 6 stars I would! Not only were they the most affordable bid, Josh was extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful and transparent when assessing our needs and answering my questions. We got a heat pump, furnace and all ducting replaced for a great cost and only 10 days between initially reaching out and job completion. Can't say enough about how proactive he and his team were in going above and beyond, even when they didn't have to. I can not recommend Elevated Comfort enough!

We had a great experience working with Elevated comfort. Both crews and everyone that came to work on our property were pleasant, great communication and very understanding. This is the second time working with this company and would not choose any other. They have been great all along. I would recommend 100%.

I called Elevated Comfort on a Monday morning asking them If the could come to the coast and diagnose the problems with my 32 year-old Day Night propane furnace, which kept getting shut down by the high temperature switch on the burner box. By 11 o'clock that morning Brandon had made the two hour drive and after examining the complete system in detail, diagnosed the problem and recommended basically either a complete rebuild or a new unit and the reasons why.

By 11 o'clock Tuesday morning, J.P. showed up with a price sheet and an extensive list of options covering everything from the most basic models to wi-fi enabled furnace (not just a wi-fi thermostat, you talk to the furnace). Also included in the prices were all parts and labor, tax, permit fees, new plenums and vents.

By 11 o'clock Wednesday morning, Oscar and a help showed up and did the installation: new furnace (and removal of old one), new cold air plenum, new hot air plenum, new exhaust piping and outdoor cover, new fresh air vent for garage, all ducts sealed and taped. Work was done by 4 p..m. All intems covered in the inital bid, total amount paid was exactly as agreed to on Tuesday, which was noticeably less than I had received from other contractors for similar work.

I received no payment or consideration from Elevated Comfort for the review, and I seldom if ever leave reviews, I am just one happy satisfied customer. I found all the employees to be polite, professional, and skilled in their work. No high pressure sales, and the garage was cleaner when they left than they they found it. I recommend them.

Great service. Was able to locate the part and have it on-site and installed working later on a Friday evening. Tenant was very appreciative to have working heat.
