The staff is friendly and helpful. I have them perform annual HVAC &water heater service. The do additional service as required. Annual service is $299, up $50 from last year.

Pleased with the furnace tune up special. Technician arrived on time and was very friendly and helpful. Provided options for repair or replacement but wasn't pushing a sale when I said no. Office communication for scheduling is very good

We had a totally broken HVAC system in our 30 year old house. They came in and fixed it in two days. The guys were very friendly and answered our questions. Our original salesperson was knowledgeable and respectful considering the state of our equipment at that time. Now we have heat for the rest of the Winter and AC for next year. Thank you!

The technician arrived during the scheduled window of time and was quite knowledgeable. Evidently my system is running efficiently afterall and no further services were needed. I appreciate not trying to make an issue & upsell me where there was no problem. Will definitely call again in the future.

Elevated Comfort has really taken care of us three times now. Completely retrofitted my ducting, replaced my two furnaces, and what really impressed me is they’ve rolled out an AI agent “Dane” who answers the phone at 8:00pm at night and was able to get me a service appt for the next day - no hassle, no waiting on hold, instant solution.

Scott arrived on time for my same-day appointment (thanks, Sharon!). This was my first service call for my old HVAC system. Scott was very friendly and answered all of my questions while working on the unit. He identified the issue, fixed it, took pictures, and emailed me a detailed report after finishing. He also provided helpful recommendations for my current system and explained the company’s financial options—without any pressure. I highly recommend this company!

Brandon from Elevated Comfort is a great tech that correctly diagnosed an HVAC issue. Another company told us we needed to spend 10s of thousands on a new system, so Brandon pulled apart the whole furnace and found the heat exchanger was not cracked after all. It speaks a lot about a business when they just want to make sure your home is safe and not try to upsell you on anything you don’t actually need. We will 100% be contacting Elevated Comfort when we are ready to upgrade to a heat pump system

This latest install was an addition to the heat pump system Elevated Comfort installed for us last spring. My wife and I have been so happy with the system for the main house that we decided to add additional units for our offices, I.e., the places we spend the bulk of our days. My office addition was an easy one, just cobbling on to the existing main unit. Since that ran us out of couplings, her office was a stand-alone unit that was more complicated. Alejandro and his partner arrived right on time and got straight to work with Mario showing up a couple hours later. We were very impressed that they got it all done in one day and didn’t have to work late. I would highly recommend these guys if you need an installer, and heat pump systems are awesome. My office is in a converted garage and I was worried that the unit might have trouble heating such a large area. Feel silly now—had to turn it off midway through the night because it was getting too hot to sleep. Five stars..

We had a furnace our house in Healdsburg which was not working and the Elevated team was available on a Saturday. They explained what the problem was and gave us some options for replacing it. They took care of it promptly and at the price that they quoted. Customer service at the house was excellent.

I cannot thank the Elevated team enough. From the start Ryan and his team made me feel comfortable, knowledgeable, and sure of the decisions I was making. They were readily available and communicative throughout the entire process. My dad is Elderly so I worry about his heater dying. Elevated comfort offered us an inspection and cleaning on my dad's unit which is almost 12 years old in an old trailer. The tech was so nice. He cleaned everything and took photos of all the work he did. On a previous visit from Elevated comfort they fixed an error code on the same heater and did an amazing job of explaining what the error code was and what we can expect from the heater in the near future. They have totally gained our trust and they are a saved contact in our phones. Whoever is running this place is clearly making sure that everyone that is trained from the operators to the service techs really cares about the safety and comfort of the people they service. After being stood up from Moore Home Service, I quickly called Elevated Comfort after hours and they explained their fees before committing to after hours service call, I agreed and had Zack texted me his ETA and arrived on time for my home furnace repair. Zack had a professional presentation, positive attitude and just by me explaining my issue he was able to quickly diagnose my problem with my furnace. Zack explained the issue very clearly and gave me options, which was a relief since other HVAC companies steer you to repairs that would most benefit the company, not you. Zack was experienced, knowledgeable, courteous, and real, I appreciate Zack for taking my after hours service call. Thank you Elevated Comfort!

Zach from Elevated Comfort came out within an hour of my call to their office requesting service. He quickly diagnosed the issue, a thermostat that was not working correctly. He replaced the faulty thermostat with a much more modern and easily adjusted model. He always put on booties when entering the house and showed us how the new thermostat worked. He walked us through the download of the app and made sure we understood how to adjust settings. Zach was very good at describing the new unit and how it worked. We really appreciated the immediate response to our request for service.

They were so good to us! Scott and Brandon are the best! Scott diagnosed the problem, and when we called back to schedule the repair, Brandon came out the next day and had our heater fixed in no time! Both men were friendly and courteous, and their office personnel (I forget her name! I’m sorry!) is awesome.

The folks at Elevated Comfort are great! I have called with questions about our heat pump stuff (like when did we get it installed!) and they were very happy to help. Our heat pump quit a little while ago so I called. The lovely lady who answered diagnosed the problem right then- we forgot to change the filter!) so we didn’t even need a service call! They can and will help!

They responded quickly and were able to identify the problem right away. They had the part on their truck and had my AC running in no time at all. They were nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend them.

Professional, responsive and honest. My AC stopped cooling on the weekend. Called several services that said they were 24hrs with no response. Temperature Solutions responded right away on a Sunday. Victor was very professional and kind. He assessed the AC system, explained everything and had me with a functioning system in an hour. Much appreciated with the upcoming hot days! Will definately use this company again.
