Victor at Temperature Solutions Inc. was great in solving my AC problem! He diagnosed everything right down to exactly WHY the wiring had shorted out and basically been fried. He suggested a new thermostat (more basic) than the one I had and it's compatible with the older (original) AC unit! He got back to me right away and even checked in with me a couple days later to see how everything was running! Great company to do business with and meeting your HVAC needs! Highly recommend them!

Temperature Solutions team was great! We had an issue with our HVAC system and they promptly responded and diagnosed the problem, got the system work temporarily so we had heat and came back with the parts a day later to fix issue. Highly recommend -- Victor is super friendly, knoweldgeable, thorough, efficient, effective, and reasonably priced. Most places just clean the filter on mini split a/c units. Victor and team do the coils with a non-toxic, environmentally friendly cleaner, as well as the drain lines and filters, of course. They were very careful to use shoe covers, hang plastic curtains to prevent the spread of dust/debris, etc. Will be a repeat customer, for sure.

I called Temperature Solutions because our furnace was turning on, but not staying lit. I called and they came out the next day. Which was awesome but not expected. Turned out all my system needed was a good tuneup and cleaning. It had been too many years I guess. I thought for sure it was going to be old, broken parts, and a big bill. Nothing of the sort. Both guys that showed up were knowledgeable, personable, and kept the house clean. Honest. Affordable. Professional. I would highly recommend.

They drove over an hour one way to help fix my hvac unit that was less than a year old. They were able to find the issue, order the part and get it install and up and running within a week. They were great at communicating with me throughout the entire process. Everyone from the owner, the technician to the office personnel were amazing! If I ever need any repairs or maintenance in the future they will be my first call. I definitely recommend them!

After interviewing & obtaining 4 other estimates, I’m thankful that we chose to work with Victor and his team @ Temperature Solutions. We had a ductless heating/ air conditioning/ heat pump installed, and it works wonderfully. We received the best customer service, care, & consideration. Victor and his team were efficient, polite, and very knowledgeable. I just had my city inspection today, and the city inspector was impressed with the work.
