I have referred Bill Kutz Heating and Air Conditioning several times to my clients. They are simply the most honest and competent business in our area. I referred him to an elderly woman who had already received a bid of over $18,000 to install a new furnace, and was sold duct work that was not necessary. Bill did the job for less than 1/3 of that bid and saved the client from unnecessary duct work.

Our house heater broke (just bought house in March) and Bill Kutz came to the rescue. What an honest, humble, honest and professional man he is. Our house warranty company tried to figure out if house heater would be covered by the 1yr house warranty and were not very polite to Bill Kutz but the 3 hours Bill spent on the phone with our house warranty company he made sure we we were taken care of. House Warranty covered fixing house heater. Technician who came to fix heater was so good to us. He did an outstanding job. We are warm again. An A+ experience working with the crew at Bill Kutz Heating and Air Conditioning. His son Tyler is the general manager and came over and was amenable to extensive consultation as we tried to figure out how to retrofit a modern mini-split into our 1975-era home. There was a lot of discussion and R&D but they were willing to meet our exact requirements. Eventually we went with a Carrier outdoor unit and two indoor air handlers. One ceiling cassette and one high wall mounted. The install crew spent two days very carefully putting the system together with a lot of craftsmanship. Quite impressive. No mess. Very clean. The end result heats and cools amazingly well. I think they did a super job. Very professional.
