Eric came to our home for a furnace estimate. He wrote the estimate, finalized the contract, scheduled and supervised the installation. Everything was on time and done professionally. Eric was great. This is a good solid company to do business with.

Charley is very knowledgeable and professional. Same with Curtis and his co-technician. They came on time and finished the job quick, neat and I'm happy with the result.

We hired Next Level HVAC system and ductwork on our brand new home that burnt down in the 2017 fires. Charlie and his team were very professional and did quality work. I highly reccomend them!

Charlie at Next Level is "top level" when it comes to heating and air-conditioning! He is personable, professional and is a perfectionist in his work. I am recommending him to my office manager, since our heating and A/C is from another century! I would totally trust him to do any work in my home as well.

We hired Next Level to install our heater in November 2019. We had an issue in March and called them. They never responded but luckily we were able to solve the problem. We had another issue this week (today is August 26) and called them. We left messages with the company and on the owner's voice mail. That was over the weekend.

Same as last time NO ONE CALLED US BACK!!!!
They will probably claim they never got the message (see other reviews here and on Yelp). After no response we called Valley Comfort on Tuesday. They had someone at our house today and the repair was promptly made.

Feels like Next Level only wants the BIG deals but not interested in servicing their customers afterwards. Very sad.

Hanson Heating & Air has given us great furnace service for the past 8 years. Initially, they replaced an old under-house furnace and moved the new Trane furnace into the attic, with a clever re-use of the existing supply lines throughout the house. They have done periodic tune-ups and maintenance as needed. Also, they were willing and able to remove excess natural gas lines the previous owner had set up under our house to feed an addition, which required lots of crawl-space work. JW Hanson himself did our initial proposal inspection, and was the only contractor willing to actually go in under our house to look at the existing worn-out furnace before bidding the new one; all of the other team members who have helped us since have been equally can-do and professional. We're thankful they cover Marin County.

We have had issues with our instant heat boiler for years. JW Hanson sent out their most experienced boiler technician. He resolved the issue within 15 min. He then inspected the entire system and told us what issues we should remedy so that the boiler would be more efficient.
I highly recommend this company to anyone with a boiler or for any heat issue.

I will add to the reviews saying they don't care about their customers. Apparently there have been a number of HVAC companies in our area retiring or moving, so for the moment there is plenty of work, so they feel they don't have to care about repeat business. I have used this company for 8 years spending thousands of dollars on a radiant heating system which they replaced, serviced and repaired. About 2 years ago, I had them service 3 minisplit AC/Heat units in other buildings on our property. A couple of months ago, I started getting complaints about one that was in a room we use as an "Airbnb". I didn't have a good feeling about the person from Hanson who did this service, so I called a different company to come out and see what was wrong. They found a completely clogged wheel that had 5+ years of dirt in it according to technician (which was when I had previously serviced it). I have attached a video that the technician at Adam's Heating and Cooling made for me. As I mentioned, it was an Airbnb, so had been empty for at least a year of the 2 years since Hanson had done service due to COVID. I contacted Will to ask that he have someone come and check the other 2 supposedly serviced units as I was worried they were probably clogged too and could be dangerous (I didn't ask for a refund for previous service or reimbursement for the $310 it cost to re-service this unit. He basically laughed in my face and told me I was ridiculous for thinking he would stand by service that was 2 years old. I was dumbfounded. He was basically calling me a liar. My husband and I own a large property with many "moving parts" and I have different service people out here almost weekly, and I have NEVER EVER experienced service this atrocious. DO not give these people your business.
