The office staff was friendly, returned calls promptly and confirmed the service time and date. Will showed up on-time, quickly diagnosed a maintenance issue and fixed it. A service call doesn't get any better. I highly recommend Hanson Heating & Air.

We recently asked them back to check our air conditioning air flow. Lynn managed to get us a prompt appointment and Eli came out to inspect our system. He spent a lot of time in each room and up and down our attic to thoroughly get the balance and flow adjusted just right for each room and didn't leave until we were completely happy --very impressed and we cannot speak more highly of JW Hanson and their employees.

JW Hanson was referred to me by my estate broker Their inspector, Michael, arrived right on time, was friendly and professional. After inspecting the air ducts under the house, Michael gave the buyer his verbal assessment to be followed up with a written report from the office. I would definitely refer my clients to JW Hanson.

I watched Michael who came to perform diagnosis & root cause analysis of why the fuses on my heat pump air conditioner are blowing. He did his due diligence by consulting with Mitsubhishi expert engineering as well his company expert manager to document 3 causes.

He left with a promise return to fix after seeking a second opinion from his peers to see which of the three parts should be put in the service order for replacement and which can be eliminated

This approach and effort impressed me as he strived to make sure i will pay only for required parts and labor. Overall he is very knowledgeable, friendly. I am pleased that ge took the tine to explain his findings for my understanding. Job well done!

Hanson Heating and Air just came out and installed a whole house fan. They were awesome. I spoke with Kim on the phone to book the appointment. She was great. Polite, professional and courteous. Eli was the technician that came out. Great guy. Very polite, thorough and very clean. I was at the house to greet him and then had to leave. I wasn't there when he installed the fan, my wife was. She got the job done fast and my wife said he was very easy to have in the house. That says a lot! Well done Hanson! Thanks for the great service.

Kim ( a co-owner of this business) is wonderful to deal with and very reponsive and knowledgeable. Michael, who came to service our furnace, was very professional and knowledegable as well. When we called JC Hanson for a consumers AC unit we were quickly scheduled for a technician to come out within a couple business days. The interaction with the office was quite pleasant. Michael the technician arrived early for our appointment in a well equipped and perfectional looking van. Michaels interface with the client was extremely kind, patient and knowledgeable. He informed them with procedures moving forward to test and repair the unit. After the unit was repaired he took the time to go over maintenance routines. I cant express how much I appreciate how Michael interacted with the client. This is the second time we have called on JC Hanson for repairs and will continue to call on them for future repairs and new HVAC system installs.

I’ve used JW Hansen for more than five years for servicing and supporting our home HVAC system (heat and air conditioning). Their techs always arrive on time and are smart, professional, and complete the servicing or repair of the components of our system in a timely manner. Their annual system check up is thorough and the cost is very reasonable. No reason to look elsewhere for support/service of your home heating and air conditioning systems. Definitely five stars.

We had a fantastic experience with JW Hanson Heating and Air. Our heater stopped working out of the blue a week or so ago. We initially had had out another heater company who immediately told us it wasn't fixable and the only option was a new heater and ducting (an absolute minimum cost of $8,000). We had JW staff out for a second opinion, the serviceman was prompt, professional and set to work right away. It took him a half an hour to diagnose and with a $150 part we were up running! When it does come time to replace the heater someday, we'll definitely be using JW Hanson Heating and Cooling.
