We have been using JW Hanson for nearly ten years. One of the first projects was to address problems with a new furnace installed by another contractor. Hanson made the fix seem simple. Since then they have converted all our HVAC and hot water systems to heat pumps, installed an emergency backup generator and performed on going service on all these systems. Now they are installing a leak detection system. Will and his team are the best and always my first choice.

Will and his team are the best. I have used JW Hanson for our rental property and our main home. Will designed our new system for our home rebuild after our original home burned down in a wild fire. He always listen carefully to our concerns and comes up with great solutions. All their employees are highly professional and friendly. I highly recommend JW Hanson. You can trust them to get the job done right and to treat you fairly.

Today, I had the best experience with Moore Home Services. I had my heating system go out and the technicians Jess & Cavin were well knowledgeable and were very helpful in explaining the whole process with me. I would recommend.

The technicians that came were very nice , personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. Much to my dismay. The repair was costly for me but doable. It's the actual "what is really needed " that was painfully costly. Now unfortunately I will need to seek other opinions and research options.
Moore has a great rating and respect in the business. But I must be sure of my options. When part arrives, They will repair the the furnace for now and then we can see what the future holds.

George came for servicing pur furnace on the maintenance plan. We appreciated how he checked the duct work in our crawl space and provided pictures. George was knowledgeable.

Adrian was amazing extremely knowledgeable about my hvac system. He kept me informed every step of the way explained in detail of the maintenance plan that Moore heating and air has to offer and how it prevents costly expenses like this which I signed up for immediately. I had the pleasure of discussing our water heater maintenance and repair with Fernando. He explained the necessary steps and potential outcomes during the maintenance process. He also offered me a Moore Rewards membership plan, which I was informed about without any pressure.

I had numerous questions about the maintenance and what my new plan would cover. I also asked about various aspects of our home, and Fernando patiently listened to all my concerns.

I had Moore service my tankless gas water heater. The house is in Sea Ranch, a remote location, but thankfully Moore covers that area. My technician Angel was extremely polite and professional. During his visit he also inspected the plumbing throughout the house to check for any problems. He was thorough and patiently answered all my questions.

We pay Moore Home Services a monthly fee of $19.99. For this we receive AC and HVAC maintenance three or four times a year, plumbing inspections, discounted repairs, and priority emergency services. The technicians are consistently skilled, personable, and helpful. Highly recommend.

I trust Moore Services to do a GREAT job, and they always have, regardless of the specific situation. Their agents are honest, trustworthy, diligent, and friendly. I have been a member now for a number of years, & I appreciate the discounts members receive for services. Thank you!

Fernando called me when is coming for my appointment, and on time.
Very professional all the way and fixed the slow drain due to Epsom salt build up.
He gave me advice on disposing water with epsom salt as well.
It took short time and very pleasant.

This was the best experience in both instances.
The first service was performed by Jesse Stites and Austin Gleason. They arrived promptly i.e. within an hour of my call to Moore Home Services. Swiftly, they identified the problem. The rubber gasket around the furnace pipe that expels exhaust had cracked. They successfully caulked it. At which time, they noticed a pvc pipe on the roof leading to the furnace sticking straight up that would allow rain water to enter. In addition, they took time to show me how to install the furnace filter and gave me a good idea of the projected life of the furnace and the replacement costs.
I signed up for Moores Rewards Membership that evening with no hesitations.
The second service, two days later, was for a leaking toilet. Adrian Garcia arrived within 25 minutes of my call. He was absolutely terrific! He informed me of the issues that caused this leak and was able to remedy them. Adrian will be performing a total inspection of all my plumbing this coming week.
Moor Home Services company has truly paid for itself within this past week. I am so impressed! They are knowledgeable and also great communicators. Thank you for hiring such great people to represent your company!

I love Moore Heating and have been an annual client for years. I really like the security of having a yearly checkup on the furnace a the fact that if anything isn’t working / they come right out and get you warm again! Highly recommend
