I had a leak in my dining room on one of the rainiest days in Healdsburg, and I reached out to Ongaro and Sons because of their high reviews. I was a bit nervous because of how late in the day it was and because I don't know anything about plumbing, but Nico showed up on time, analyzed the problem within the first few minutes and involved me in every step of the process. He was able to open the drywall in the ceiling, fix the broken pipe and gave me a recommendation for a creditable drywall installer. He did amazing work, was super fast and thorough, and left my house as clean as he found it. I can't recommend O&S enough and especially Nico whose work is stellar. I am super grateful!

So very pleased. Michael gave the estimate but the tech that was supposed to install was not available as scheduled but Michael came and did it. He was very friendly and did the job. He made sure everything was working properly and showed me how to shut of water and gas if needed. He cleaned up everything. Will definitely recommend and am happy about the warranty and yearly inspections and maintenance available. Thank you so much!

Ongaro is an outstanding company to work with. I just moved to a new house, and they assembled a SWAT team to help me with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC projects. It starts with great customer service, clear communication, and ends with high quality installation and delivery. I couldn't be more impressed.

Seamless transaction from the initial contact with Nicholas Nielsen on Friday to the installation the following Monday/Tuesday with the work crew of three very competent installers. New furnace and air conditioning working beautifully and the no interest 12 month pay period is extraordinary. Used Ongaro twenty years ago to totally rehab my two floor home into two zones and they are better than ever now to my complete satisfaction.

I believe this is my 4th project with Ongaro & Sons so far. This time it was for an electrical issue and fortunately, they offer electrical services in addition to plumbing. I was lucky to have electrician Richard Edwards come out and take care of our project. He was on time, professional and took time to explain all of the aspects of the repair. Richard took care of our electrical issues well within the time that it was estimated and was a pleasure to work with. We now feel like we have a trustworthy electrician and plumber to go to when in need, thanks to Ongaro & Sons who have built a great team of reliable professionals. I highly recommend their services.

Consistency excellent service. I needed to have a kitchen faucet and related faucet dispenser installed after I had it taken out due to a leak. Sal came out and assessed the situation and noted that since my faucet items were 15-20 yrs old....that it was best to replace all the fixtures. I agreed. There was NO CHARGE! Sal was professional and knowledgeable. He wore booties to keep the house clean! We ordered new fixtures and I will call Ongaro to install once they arrive!

Ongaro and Sons deserves a 5 Star review from us. Sal came out and evaluated a recently discovered plumbing issue and gave an estimate. He then set up an appointment 3 days later for repairs. Plumbers/repair men Zach and Felipe arrived on time and went right to work. They worked 5/6 of their time under the house replacing cracked pipes and making sure everything was secured. They clean up and hauled away all debris. I highly recommend Ongaro and Sons for their professional employees and work ethics.

Every interaction we’ve had with Ongaro & Sons has been great. We’ve relied on the Ongaro team for the last 4 years for all sorts of support, ranging from indoor plumbing to re-routing our outdoor sump drainage, to HVAC service & maintenance, to replacing a water heater. Their scheduling coordinators have all been knowledgeable & patient in trying to understand what the problem is, and across all the work we’ve had done every technician has been kind & helpful. Ongaro is our go-to for all of the services they provide.

Can not recommend highly enough. Their team was professional, efficient and did an amazing job. Within 48 hours of contacting them we had a new hot water heater for $1500 less than any other quote we had received. I also appreciate how clean they were, leaving no dirt of debris behind. We will use Ongaro & Sons for all of our plumbing and electrical needs moving forward.

Gino & his Ongaro & Sons co-worker once again completed the annual service of our tankless water heater and hydronics boiler. Great job, again! Very courteous and professional!. Gino found one small problem and quickly addressed the issue in a very cost effective manner. Looking forward to next year's service visit.

I have called Ongaro & Sons for both electrical and plumbing jobs. Their communication is timely and very clear. This week Jose and Nick came to fix a problem with our shower. They were professional and knowledgeable. They both went above and beyond to solve my plumbing problem and ensure that we had water and a functional bathroom before they left.

I made an appointment for an emergency . I received a call an hour later informing me AI had made my appointment and there were no technicians available.

Upgrading our flash boiler and adding a top-line-heat transfer system in a fairly confined space was a tough project. The Ongaro team was fabulous not only in technical skills but in communication. When ever more than one person was needed another Ongaro staff person appeared immediately. This crew was the best plumbing team experienced in our almost 50 years living in this house. We will always return to Ongaro whenever needed.

Everyone we had to call was friendly, helpful and quick. We needed to have a dedicated line for a sump pump under our house for foundation work. They answered our call right away and came out within a few weeks and gave us a quote that fit our budget and schedule. We also decided to discuss other electrical needs for our bathroom, to put in a dedicated line for a vent fan. We schedule a time for them to come out and complete all the work and they were on time if not early and got the job done quickly and efficiently. All interactions with different staff have been wonderful. They really take pride in delivering great customer service and great electrical service.

Brandon came out to inspect our system and was incredibly knowledgeable, walked me through the whole system. As a knew homeowner I greatly appreciated his patience with explaining the system and what work needs to be done. 100% professional and highly recommend.

They installed a new heating system for me. Jason took a great deal of time to answer my questions, and I felt like I was well educated before making a decision. The heater is incredibly quiet! I also just received an estimate from Rene for electrical and will be getting an estimate from the plumber tomorrow. I feel I can trust Ongaro & Sons, they have a very good reputation in this county.

I was concerned that my HVAC system was a Mitsubishi and wondered if any local companies could perform maintenance. I checked Google Maps and found a local company that advertised the ability to work on Mitsubishi systems. I was quite please with the quick response from Ongaro and set up an appointment. The technician arrived on time as promised. He had all the equipment he needed to do the maintenance, including a non-standard filter. He had been trained by Mitsubishi, so was familiar with what to do and how to do it. He suggested several things I could do to increase reliability and set up a schedule for filter changes. I was impressed by his knowledge and professionalism.

I had a free hot water heater maintenance check after having it installed and forgot about it. It is two years out and they called me to schedule. Front office staff very nice. Got my water heater descaled, etc. and check on the instant hot system that had stopped working...found a broken cartridge (shower valve) that is disturbing the system. He explained what I was looking at and answered my questions. Could not fix it that day...needed the part.. He would be back in next day or two. He had made sure shower was together and usable while I waited. He was back the next day. I found another plumbing issue overnight and called before he arrived and asked that he look at it when he came back. The very pleasant front office said it would not be fixed today but would tell plumber Mr Jeffery Gonzalez to look at it so as to give me an estimate. He was able to give me an estimate and fix it right then. I was very grateful as it was an active leak - dripping but still wanted it fixed. Glad he had the parts in his truck.
