I just had Jeff from Moore Home Services come and give our HVAC system a tuneup focusing on the furnace. He was incredible and he went beyond the call of duty. Excellent!!!!

Brandon was very polite and even wore shoe covers in the house. He explained to me what he was going to do and when he was done he explained what he had done to the furnace. I found him very personable and would say that he represents your business well.

Moore Home Services was fantastic. Jeff was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough when inspecting my furnace. He explained the photos he took, along with the findings, answered all my questions and offered recommendations. I have a membership with Moore and will continue to use Moore Home services in the future. I highly recommend them.

Eric Tuscano from Moore Home Services did a plumbing safety inspection at my residence recently. He was very thorough and pointed out a lavatory sink faucet should be switched out for a new one to prevent possible future flooding. He also replaced one toilet flapper. There was no charge for all of this. Eric during the same visit performed a water heater scaling done and the charge was reasonable. Moore home Services has been my HVAC and plumbing service for at least 12 years. Their technicians are friendly, helpful, and competent.

Jesse was a delight to work with. He was very professional and explained his process step-by-step and was very available to answer any and all questions regarding the technical issues of the problems involved with the furnace. He was clearly well-versed in understanding the technical aspects of the furnace we are using. At the conclusion of his visit, we were very clear as to the next steps regarding maintenance, repair and replacement of furnace options.

It makes me sad to give Moore a bad review. In the past, I’ve always found them to be very good. Their technicians have always been very nice and always cleaned up after themselves which I appreciate. They installed my air conditioner, and it’s worked great. But about four years ago (?) I had one of their plumbers come out for an inspection, and he said I needed all the pipes replaced under my home. It was going to cost $26,000. I had my plumber look at the pictures that the Moore technician sent me. My plumber said, no your pipes are fine. I had Moore come out recently to check my heater and air conditioner and do a tuneup. They said I needed $4500 worth of repairs that I would need in the near future. So I had another company come out to verify that this work would be needed. (It was a company that saved my mom a lot of money when a different company told her she needed a brand new heater.) They came out and said only one of the parts needed to be replaced. They charged me $350 for the part, and Moore was going to charge me $708. I no longer trust Moore and will not use them again.

Storm from Moore Heating Cooling and Plumbing came to do a maintenance on our heater, and he was so helpful, kind and efficient. He sat down with us and explained our heating system and showed up pictures of our whole unit. He was patient, thorough, and so friendly. The best part was he asked if there was anything else we needed. He said he ends all visits with a good deed and wanted to know if there was anything we needed moved or anything else he could help with! He genuinely wanted to help and it was such a welcomed kindness. I couldn't recommend Moore Home Heating Cooling and Plumbing enough!

I would give them MORE stars if I could! These guys were absolutely fantastic! Right from thestart, they made me feel comfortable as it seemed like they knew what they were doing and then some. They talked with me about my concerns and addressed them with patience and understanding. After they completed their inspection of my furnace, they explained the shape my old furnace was in and did not try to "scare" me into getting further work done that wasn't yet necessary. They sat and explained everything to me right at my kitchen table, complete with photos they took! Before they left, I had ALL my many questions answered. They were recommended by a neighbor and I'm so glad I called them. If it matters to you, they are also Diamond Certified. AND. as it turned out, they were even cheaper than my paying for a "service call" through my home warranty!

Technicians are always pleasant and attentive. Dustin carefully explore the details and explained everything to us. He even changed a light bulb for us that was too high for us to do ourselves! Excellent service!

I had my Navien Hot water heater descaled. My technician was excellent! He called me 20 minutes before arriving, when he arrived he put plastic covers on his shoes to protect my floors. He was extremely thorough and friendly and did an excellent job. I am 100% happy with the service he provided. I will absolutely use Moore Home Services in the future.

Well, it’s pretty amazing that we called this morning and within two hours a gentleman named Abdullah showed up looking super sharp and very nice. He spent about 45 minutes diagnosing the problem. He put up with my pets which were annoying. And at the end, he gave me good news bad news good news was they could repair it, but it would only last a couple years and I could risk carbon monoxide leaking.. Bad news. I got to get a new heater however these guys came highly recommended from a friend of ours and we’re so glad they did. We’re looking forward to getting that new heater in. And what was amazing was he didn’t charge me for the service call.

Kyle and David did an excellent and thorough ductwork inspection of the crawl space under my house and in my attic. They were able to determine that rats had breached my foundation and chewed through several sections of ductwork. They clearly explained to me what needs to be done, included several photos of the damage, and gave me a quote that included two options, explaining the difference of each material. They explained payment options and helped me set up a no interest financing option. I am a Club member, so this inspection was at no additional charge to me.

Awesome! Called yesterday with a backed up disposal and got an appt less than 24 hours later but the guys were actually early. Such friendly techs, fast, and effective. Would absolutely use this company again!

Jeff G was perfect. Very professional friendly. I felt like he was really taking on the troubleshooting project and will follow it all the way through the end. Give this guy a raise he’s one of your best representatives.

We have been using Moore Home Services for three years now and they have always been amazing. They are courteous, professional and care for your home. This year we had the pleasure of working with Adrian Vega and we couldn't be happier with the service he provided. He was very knowledgeable, took pictures, walked us through every step and was friendly and professional. We will request him again next year!

Joe came the same day I called Moore Home Services regarding a leak at my water main valve and extremely low water pressure throughout my house. He quickly diagnosed the problem and came back the next day to install a new shut off valve, restoring full pressure back to my plumbing system. He was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. As he was leaving, he noticed that my neighbor and boyfriend were working to remove a very large plant stump in the front of my property, and popped out of his truck with a saws all and proceeded to make quick work of its removal! Above and beyond. I signed up for yearly maintenance of my HVAC system because he gained my trust for future work. Well done Moore!

Thorndike was great. Thorough in his work and clearly explained the test results for the water and plumbing check. Austen was amazing and did our HVAC heating check. Austen took the time to clearly explain what he was doing and patiently answered our numerous questions. Both did an excellent job in representing the Moore brand.

Spencer was great. He assessed all aspects of my failing furnace and provided a thorough review with photos. We had a transparent conversation about the options. I decided to have him come back to do annual service. 5 stars.

Moore home services is the best!
We had an issue with our furnace, so Mike Pags came out to address the issue.
As soon as he saw our unit, he almost immediately knew what the problem was. It needed a cleaning, and a part on the motor replaced, which he happened to have on the truck.
Within the hour, we had heat again! And it was way more affordable then replacing the unit, which a different company said we needed to do. Mike saved us thousands!
We are now lifetime customers because of their knowledge, courtesy and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Moore Home Services to anyone with any home needs. Thanks Mike!

My technician, Austen, very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He complimented on how clean my furnace was. I attribute that to having Moore come annually for inspection and maintenance. The pictures he took show that it looks like new. He also changed my duct filter and thermostat batteries. Very satisfied.

From the phone call when I was so tripped out I had no idea how much this is gonna cost the woman that answer. The phone was very nice and I explained she set up an appointment. Had to get it OK from the owner and we got that, and then the gentleman named Devon Came in was very nice and he did his job very professionally and a very efficiently and it was done .and Presto, my bathroom was in working order thank God for this company. I recommend them very highly..
