Shane from Moores services serviced my furnace. He was pleasant, polite and professional. Moore’s has a “club” that comes to service various things like plumbing, furnace etc. It’s free with a monthly fee. I highly recommend them.

He and Cavin were both very courteous and professional. They shared their observations and let me know that everything was alright with the furnace and the thermostats. Cavin volunteered to inspect the attic and did not observe any leaks. He did recommend upgrading the insulation which I will probably do in the future. All in all a very complete inspection which made me feel comfortable

A quick shout out for Mike Pagliuca from Moore Home Heating Cooling and Plumbing. Arrived on time and was very patient with my Collie that wanted to assist him with servicing my heater/ac unit. Appreciated his professionalism and extra effort at calling in and scheduling a plumbing inspection.

My experience with Moore always has been a positive one. This time around the Technician did not have all the items that needed to repair some of the ducting on my furnace, and he did not clean it fully, actually suggesting that we should do some of the vacuuming ourselves. He also suggested some items to replace some absolutely not necessary and just one that might be necessary. I was surprised that he also told us that he was time to change the furnace when it’s working perfectly fine This is not the more that I used to work with and I have been a client for many many years

Moore Home Services is an amazing company! I had a major leak in the drain system under my kitchen sink. Thorndike Howe gave me several options; all at reasonable prices. I opted for complete replacement of the drain system. "TD" was quick, efficient and easy to communicate with! He was polite and took the extra time to cleanup thoroughly before leaving! Definitely a 5 star+ company!

We decided to call Moore Home Services after being disillusioned with our prior heat pump service provider. The phone was answered by a real person, not an AI robot, and we quickly had a service appointment for the next morning (Saturday). The technician, Adrian, showed up early in the designated time window at our house in Bodega Bay. He was truly nice and professional, and quickly earned our trust. Over the course of the next two hours he inspected, thoroughly cleaned, and documented our heat pump HVAC; far more thoroughly than any other tech we have had for any of the heat pump systems we have owned over the past 32 years. We had been referred to Moore by our neighbor, who is a realtor and is knowledgeable about many of the service providers in West Sonoma County. From today’s experience, the referral was right on and we are going to recommend Adrian and Moore Home Services to our neighbors for their HVAC needs as well. They were great.

I just had a pleasant experience with a couple of Moore Home Services technicians. Unfortunately, we are looking at a 31 year old problem and it was not the fix we were hoping for, but dealing with these two professionals made it, again, pleasant. Sean was cordial and even disarming in his excellent manner. David made us aware of our options, didn't mind me trying to" bottom line" things right away, and he was unflustered by my nervous energy. After having a positive and exemplary experience with their staff, when dealing with our HVAC issues, we decided to go ahead and take advantage of their credit plan for installation of a brand new unit. This was a great value and we were given discounts for our Veteran status as well as our older age. The Installers arrived right on time, both young men were well groomed and presentable and could not have been more personable. They took about 3 hours for the whole job, including lining our vents and clean-up. Thank you so much to Michael and Edward. We are warm for the winter. called with an emergency water leak on a Saturday. Got an AI customer service person who did not understand our answers and could not service us for three days. Absolutely unacceptable. Need to speak with a live person when we are having an emergency not an AI representative.

We went with Ongaro and Sons for our re-pipe and drainage work because of their long history and Yelp reviews. We’re very impressed with
Kyle and his team, Russell, Zack, and Omar. Throughout the entire project, they conducted themselves professionally, respectful, and kept place clean with minmal disruptions. Kyle was our main point of contact. He addressed all our concerns and curiosities. He was always the first to arrive and last to leave. At the end of each day, he would update us of his team’s progress and ask if we’d any questions. When Kyle and team found issues during the project, he always explained to us of the problem, offered options on the approach, and pros and cons of each. We really appreciate he and his team’s honesty, transparency, and suggestions.
Needless to say, we would definitely reach out to Ongaro and Sons for future projects because of our amazing experience with Team Kyle!

A skilled team installed a new water heater, various shut off valves, a main pressure reducing valve and various incidentals. They worked steadily throughout one day and our water was back in operation by 4:00 p.m. the team leader provided a thorough explanation of all the work that was done and was available to answer any questions. We highly recommend Ungaro and Sons for a job well done.

I’ve been waiting for 11 years to have air-conditioning and I couldn’t be happier with my new mini splits ceiling cassette system. Ongaro’s Team showed up on time & Mark was a great team leader. They were careful in making sure that everything was very clean afterwards & furniture was back in its exact place. I’m so happy about about how professional the install went & how quiet my new system is. So excited to get PG&E bill without any old gas heater charges on it 🌟

Ongaro has done a great job with installing my heater and maintaining all my heating, cooling, and water heater needs over the last few years. They are always very professional and thorough. Recently when a job took them a lot longer than they planned due to unforeseen complications, they didn't charge me anything over what they had quoted me, which I appreciated. They usually send photos of the work they have completed, which I appreciate since I am not actually going to get up in my attic myself. I have been very happy with their service.

We got a new central a/c system. All reps were courteous and professional. The estimators asked good questions and were tuned in to our needs. The estimate was fair. The installers Joey and Nathan were courteous, professional and considerate of our house and yard. Work was performed on schedule & was excellent in quality, service & product.

On Saturday morning, we woke to a spouting outdoor pipe. We called.Ongaro & Sons Immediately. The representative was so efficient and understood that we needed a repair done as soon as possible, Or we’d be out of water for the weekend, at least. She set up a same day repair. By 4 o’clock, our problem is solved. Jeff, the plumber, was a skilled professional! We’ve used Ongaro & Sons Heating And Plumbing for many projects over the years, and they’ve never failed. We recommend them highly.

I had some extensive invasive electrical work done on my home. A Contreras and J Sealund were the technicians. They were very respectful of my belongings, taking great care. I appreciated their professionalism. I will call Ongaro for all my home repair and maintenance projects in the future.

Amado was amazing in installing the American Standard water heater. He was professional and very diligent in every detail. And I have to acknowledge that David Weatherly for his expert advice in what was best for our home.

From the initial assessment to the install of an upgraded electrical panel Ongaro made sure we knew what was happening and when. Alex and Justin were professional and courteous throughout the install. The timeline for the project was clearly stated and adhered to. The estimate for the work was accurate and not a penny over. Ongaro has a rep as being on the pricier side but you get what you pay for, quality work done right.
