He knows his stuff, accomplished a lot while waiting for the filter to come that somehow had never been installed on our Heat pump system. Our boiler was making noises that were concerning so, I contacted Hanson Heating and Air. They were quick to respond and set an appointment for the next day. We’re glad we found this company! Michael came to our house and got our Kohler stand-by generator running after many months in a non-functioning state (it came with the house we purchased). He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. When a couple of parts needed to be ordered, the office kept me in the loop, and was able to move to appointment up when the parts arrived early. Will definitely have them back out for normal maintenance.

Michael was awesome! Quickly diagnosed my heater issue as well as cleaned out my filter and trap. JW Hanson is the only heating company I use and I recommend them highly!

Michael, the tech from JW Hanson Heating and Air, has been very persistent in troubleshooting gas leaks in the very old heaters in our house. He identified where they were and the best route to fixing them. He's using his problem solving and critical thinking skills. I have every confidence in his understanding of the job and the most efficient resolution.

I had a tough time finding someone to service my Kohler generator and it turns out that JW Hanson technician Michael was specially trained and certified by Kohler. I was super impressed by Michael's knowledge and attention to detail in diagnosing and fixing the generator problem. He was efficient and also did a good job of communicating about the repair and future maintenance.

Our first service with this company. They were communicative, on time , knowledgable and very respectful. They diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly, having all the parts readily available. Hired JW Hanson couple of times for generator maintenance. Both times the scheduling was easy with the courteous office folks, and the technician Michael was excellent - on time with great communication and top notch work. Pricing is fair. They are now my preferred HVAC and Generator folks in Sonoma area.
